I was so surprised with how fast the host answered and how flexible he was we are so thankful for the early check it ! The place looked just like the pictures the pool was perfect ! We really did enjoy our stay!

Thank you so much for giving our family such a wonderful and joyful stay. The host was warm and welcoming, the home was cozy and comfortable, and the neighborhood was peaceful and beautiful. My parents even said they would love to move here and live long-term.

Had a great stay at Ryan’s place this weekend for my birthday. House was spacious and nice, pool is amazing and relaxing as is the hot tub. Enjoyed the quiet of the backyard and house. Location is Easy to get to strip and other surroundings with Smith grocery down the street. House has all amenities you need. My dogs really enjoyed the back yard also. Ryan is an excellent host and very communicative, we would stay here on our next visit to Vegas.

We were extremely pleased with our stay. Myriam was extremely helpful and responsive through the duration of our trip. The location was perfect, the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet and very easy to get to and from the strip and other surrounding areas. The amenities were as described and the house was gorgeous, spacious and welcoming. We would love to return in the future!

House was amazing the back yard with the pool and all the outdoor games was my favorite. Nice neighborhood. Loved everything about this house inside and out.

Art was a terrific host, he was an exceptionally considerate host accommodating me as I am recovering from a broken leg, but had critical business in Summerlin. The house is stocked with EVERYTHING you might need. The home easily accommodated my 2 family members and dogs. Can’t say enough positive things about our 3 days and nights at Art’s place!

Very nice, comfortable,tastefully decorated house, well located in a quiet area and close to the Las Vegas Strip. The exterior is really nice with its beautiful pool and gazebo with barbecue. The rooms are spacious and the bedding is fine. We recommend this rental without any problem.

Kenny was a more than an accommodating host! He was beyond friendly and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. I would definitely recommended others to book with him. The house was beautiful. Thank you again Kenny!

This space definitely outshines the pictures and or listing itself. It was clean, beautifully decorated offered all the amenities. Quiet and quaint location. He is friendly and responsive and makes himself available if necessary. I would definitely stay with him again.

A very nice, comfortable, clean place to stay. Others have mentioned, and I would echo that the host is super responsive, and the house really a nice place to stay. The best recommendation is that I would choose this place first next time I am in LV.

Great location. 5mins from the strip. Grocery store right around the corner and gas station right outside of neighbor hood.

Gigi & Simeon were both amazing hosts, ready to help you with anything that comes up and provide you with all the information and instructions you will need for your stay. The house was very very clean, with all the amenities you could think of and also complimentary snacks. If there is something I appreciate is a clean house, clean bathrooms, carpet was recently vacuumed. Linens had a little smell, but bearable maybe just not the detergent I’m used to. You will feel right at home ! No complaints, Neighborhood felt safe,family friendly. Would definitely stay here again !

David's place is one of the most well designed places and clean I've been to. the only downside i could think of is that their is no chairs in the backyard but still very clean.

It was a great stay, close to downtown , and airport . Quiet neighborhood.

My stay at Zhandong’s home was a perfect fit for 2 people. As shown on the listing, it’s a cozy little home just off the Vegas strip in a quiet little neighborhood. Our stay was short, but he was very accommodating and communicative towards any questions/concerns we had. Thank you Zhandong! I hope to book your home again in the future.

This home was absolutely beautiful! Spacious, located in a great area, and looks exactly as photographed! We held a small family reunion in this house, and it was definitely a great time. The pool was utilized and enjoyed under the Vegas sun. Will definitely stay at another property if they have more options!

The house was great! Very clean and decorated perfectly for all ages! The game room was a nice touch! It was close enough to the strip and everything else we wanted to do, but also far enough away that we weren’t irritated by the sounds of traffic. All the rooms were spacious and the massive kitchen on the 2nd floor was the perfect meeting place for our family every day to start and recap our adventures. The tv in the living room was massive, and although we didn’t use it much, it was a nice touch. Would highly recommend and will stay here again.

Came to Vegas for the weekend with my family and was lucky to stay at Andrew’s place! The house was very spacious, clean, and organized. In addition to the beautiful space, Andrew was very responsive and accommodating with his hosting. Peaceful area, and very close to the strip. All in all, 10/10; would definitely stay here again once back in LV!

Had a lovely stay. The house had a welcoming feel upon entry. Instructions were clearly laid out. Irina was quick to respond and very friendly. I would definitely stay there again!

Great place and worked perfect for us. Centrally located to a wide arrange of restaurants, stores, and other businesses.

My group of friends and I felt at home being in Emily’s home. Malee Anne (co-host) is a very responsive person and helped us out when figuring things around the home. The home is beautiful and we felt cozy during our stay. It had all of the essentials needed for our group and a lot of space for us to not feel confined. I would definitely stay here again. :)

Perfect house for our family of 8. Every one had their own rooms and space to spread out. It was 100+ degrees so the pool was essential. Easy drive to everything we wanted to do on the strip and downtown. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Host was awesome! Very helpful and responsive. Sent us incredible donuts! Would stay again when in Vegas!
