Great stay spacious and things to do like play pool and watch movies in the movie room will be staying again

this was easy feom beginning to end. nice spot way up high, lovely studio, super comfy bed, Giant Jacuzzi tub, clean, totally quiet. the pool at the Signature Tower 2 was nice. Easy check in, valets were fast. would totally stay there again.

The place was great! It is near the Strip with many things to do near by. Cynthia was a great host. I totally recommend staying her.

Very comfortable clean apartment! Nothing fancy, but tidy and cute. Convenient to freeway, grocery and shopping. Had one night with loud neighbors, and Rashidat was very helpful and open in addressing this. The rest of our stay was quiet and cozy. Perfect spot to stay with colleagues, as each bedroom felt private and had their own bathrooms.

We were only here one night but it was quiet and safe.

We will be going back for sure! Great place to relax off the strip but a quick walk, shuttle, or uber to everything.

Great location, amazing host

A great well furnished and equipped space in a secure gated area in close proximity to the strip. The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed to make a meal and the space was homey, comfortable and clean.

This Airbnb was fantastic! The location was perfect, super convenient for getting around and exploring. The place itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

This space definitely outshines the pictures and or listing itself. It was clean, beautifully decorated offered all the amenities. Quiet and quaint location. He is friendly and responsive and makes himself available if necessary. I would definitely stay with him again.

We had a great stay in Duong’s beautiful home! The house was up to our expectations very homey and clean. The kids had an enjoyable experience with outdoor mini golf and board games! Duong’s instruction from check in to check out were very clear and easy. Would definitely stay there again!

Taylor's home was absolutely wonderful, just as it was advertised. We came with family from four different states to meet in Las Vegas. And her home was perfect for all of us . And the amenities thats provided, makes her guest feel right at home. If you have large group of family and friends , This is the place for you!!!

We had a great stay! The house was clean, spacious, and super comfortable for our group of 12. The location was perfect for our Vegas plans, and check-in was smooth and easy. The host was very responsive and accommodating, especially with our request for early check-in and late checkout, we really appreciated that! My kids and I got stranded after 15 was closed. We needed a place last-minute and Scott accommodated us almost immediately! It was such a relief. We stayed overnight and got to our destination the next day. The place was tons of fun for the kids and was just what we needed. Thanks, Scott!

Our family of 5 loved our Airbnb at Palm Place. It was spacious and clean and had a great view of the strip. We would definitely come back again.

LaToya was very responsive and able to assist us with our accommodations. The unit was clean and quiet. Onsite market place and coffee stand made it easy and convenient for food/drink needs.

I want to say I’ve did multiple booking through xperience vacation club & they have always took good care of me during my stay always at check in the room has been clean you can actually smell that they came in & cleaned the suite I love that so for that it is a 5 star rating for me .

Just as described. Clean, comfortable place to stay in a quite complex. Our dog really loved the park across the street. It was nice to be close enough to drive to the strip (or take a Lyft), but have a quite and peaceful place to sleep away from the strip. I also like to visit local places when I travel so this is great if you don't want to stick to just the strip. Highly recommend Taru if you like Sushi. Ken was responsive and attentive. The place isn't perfect, but it feels like someone's home which was supposed to be the point of Air BnB. It's also a good value so. If we make it out to Vegas again I'll definitely look up Ken's availability first.

Was what you'd expect from the pictures of the suite. Also, has great water pressure in the shower. I've never seen the Sphere before but you can view it from the right side of the balcony. This part isn't anything to do with the room but one thing I didn't know as a first time guest to the Signature Towers or MGM was that all 3 towers and MGM are connected on the inside and can walk to all of them without having to get all hot walking around outside. I would definitely stay here again, was a nice place and very comfortable.

Lovely stay in Vegas with more space than a typical hotel room and cheaper than a hotel on the strip. Being able to walk out onto a balcony for some sun & fresh air without having to leave your room was great. Getting food delivered to the lobby from local restaurants was super quick and having a kitchen with a microwave was a plus. If you don’t care about gambling, this is a great option!
