Make yourself at home in this stylish, newly renovated, sun-filled upper unit home in eastown Grand Haven. All the basic amenities you'll need, and free parking. It's less than 20 minutes to walk downtown, with lots of shopping and food options, and an 8 minute drive to the beach (40ish minutes if you feel like walking). Grand Haven is the best little beach town. We love it & hope you fall in love too! NOTE : WE’RE ON A BUSIER ROAD, SO TRAFFIC AND PEDESTRIAN NOISE CAN SOMETIMES BE A BIT LOUDER.

Mark was an amazing host and his place is stunning. The neighborhood is peaceful, right on the lake for a nice walk and inly a short drive into downtown for great food. Mark was so nice to provide us with recommendations of things to do, see, and places to eat. The house is stunning and looked like it was taken right out of a good housekeeping magazine. Loved the decor!!! This was the relaxing vacation me & my family needed. Will definitely be staying again!!!

This was the perfect set-up for my fiance & I & our pup. We had plenty of room, it was set up really well, & was super clean. It was easy to get into, the private entrance was great. We also loved the walking path, it was a great neighborhood to walk the pup & go for runs. If we return to that area, we’d definitely stay here again!

The place is SUPER CUTE! The yard is great and the set up is great w/ the firepit. You have a direct view of the bay and the sunsets are great. Parking: Two available spots on property and PLENTY of street parking! Rooms: the rooms are spacious beds are comfortable just be aware of the low ceilings on the stairs/upper hall if your tall (above 5'9). downstairs is normal heights! the rooms are super cute!! washer and dryer are in the barn door room! even though there is 1 bathroom, its a decent size and good lighting and clean! plenty of towels and a first aid kit! kitchen: the appliances work great and easy to prepare. host: ERIC was amazing and so quick to respond. We had an unexpected tornado/severe weather and power outage and he worked with us and even helped us to find something if the power didn't come back on. I am so thankful it did because the place was great. Eric even tried to fix the hot tub after the power outage shorted the power board! Wil definitely be back!

Wonderful place to stay for a much needed mother/daughter weekend. The condo had everything we needed and the space was perfect. Clean, comfortable and lots of extra towels if needed. The distance to downtown is walkable although it was a little chilly so we drove which only took a few minutes. And just another few minute drive to the beach which was beautiful but a little chilly to enjoy. Fortunately we did not have any problems and did not need to contact the host. We did receive a couple messages prior to arriving and just prior to check out that were very informative and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again!
