Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Spotsylvania County

Very secluded location. Beautiful outside sitting area that backs to the trees. 2 bedrooms that are on opposite sides of the apartment that allows privacy for both rooms. Full kitchen area and TV in sitting area

This was the nicest Airbnb I've rented in YEARS. It is very well-appointed and maintained, with everything we needed to have a wonderful weekend. It is nestled away in the bottom floor of a beautiful house, but you very much feel like you're all on your own. Separate entrance, plenty of parking space. The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and woodsy. The hosts were very responsive and gave us some great restaurant recommendations. It was a little over ten minutes to drive to the convention center, so very convenient! Just be aware that the room with one twin bed is inside of the master bedroom- a repurposed dressing room. So whoever stays in there will have to walk through another bedroom to get to their bed. It wasn't a problem for us, but I thought it would be helpful to mention it for those looking for fully private spaces for all guests. I would 100% stay again the next time I'm in Fredericksburg. Very nice getaway. William was always quick to respond to any questions. The space is nice and comfortable. It is located in a prime location close to shopping and restaurants. Great to walk everywhere and not have to drive. Comfy bed and nice hot shower. Highly recommend.

This apartment was very homey and comfortable. I especially like the fact that it’s pretty private and the area is quiet. Eyleen is a very grey host. She’s very responsive and always made sure that I was enjoying my stay and if I needed anything to let her know. I can appreciate a host like her. Definitely recommend this apartment if you’re gonna be in the area.

The house was great! We were able to fit two 19 foot bass boats in the driveway, and could have fit 4 easily. The ramp is in the same neighborhood less than 2 minutes away with ample parking. The house is clean, and back porch is wonderful. This will be our new spot for our yearly tournaments.

We loved it! It’s a very nice and quiet area for a perfect weekend getaway at the lake. Of course, we were sold on the idea of having a private dock to use as well. House has plenty of space and we had a lot of fun with their different puzzles and board games available. Zack and Kate are very responsive and friendly hosts.

We had a great time at Greg’s and Nicole’s place! I highly recommend it. We especially appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was, as it is somewhat rare to find when staying at a rental.

We stayed here with some friends and all our small kids. The place was really clean and had all we needed - the kitchen was stocked with all the tools and basics you need for cooking, the property had plenty of space for the kids to play, the downstairs kept the kids occupied in the mornings, and there is a really nice dock to fish. Perhaps the best part was the ability to rent a boat directly from the owners for the weekend - we had an absolute blast doing this. Overall, this place was a great find, and a rare occurrence where i'd like to stay there again instead of trying something new (I usually don't prefer repeat rentals). The checkout procedure included doing the dishes, but the place has a dishwasher so it was ok, and checkout was at 11AM which is optimal. The house is clearly getting intermittent updates and upgrades, and feels very well taken care of and updated. Our only issue was with the outdoor video cameras which were monitored as we were staying at the place.

Great location in downtown Fredericksburg. Can walk to all restaurants and bars within a few minutes. Convenient to train station. Cute house with original wood floors but modern kitchen and baths.

Relaxing, peaceful, convenient, and fun—words that easily describe this amazing place. We had so much fun spending time here as a family, enjoying one another’s company and recharging. Thank you for a great stay! We would gladly return again if we could!

Was down for the Va state bass federation championship for lake Anna and Jackie’s Home didn’t disappoint! The driveway accommodated 3 bass boats along with our trucks! Very comfortable and slept great! 😉

Matt and Tina’s home surpassed expectations on all fronts. This is an absolutely beautiful home on a quiet, and peaceful property. The entire property is one of the most beautiful I have ever seen, and is chocked full of amenities and led to an unbelievable weekend. The stand-out for me was the two-tier dock, it is very well done. Matt and Tina were incredibly responsive and generous with check-in times and catered to our large group well. Excellent hosts! Thank you for the opportunity to stay in such a wonderful home in Lake Anna, VA!

Absolutely perfect! I can't say enough about the condo and the host!! The condo was roomy, extremely clean, and had everything we needed and more. Sam went above and beyond to ensure our stay was everything we were looking for! We are already looking at reserving our next stay!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Scott and Carrie's. The location was GREAT as the walk to downtown Fredericksburg was so close! It was clean and cozy. We would stay here again and would recommend to others!

Perfect spot for people who plan on bringing their personal boat to Lake Anna. Condo was clean and had all the amenities including prime proximity to the marina, locally owned restaurants and shopping. Would book again in a heartbeat. Had a great time!

I highly recommend staying here! The pictures truly don't do it justice. The condo was extremely spacious, spotless, and comfortable. The location is unbeatable — just 50 feet from an outdoor rental service where we easily rented kayaks, about a 7-minute drive to the local State Park, and only 10 minutes from a variety of incredible restaurants. I’m already looking forward to visiting again!

Jonnathan's place is a beautiful, clean, spacious condo conveniently located next to the marina. We so enjoyed our stay & having a designated boat slip to dock our boat was an extra added bonus! Absolutely perfect place to stay for a weekend lake getaway! We are already looking forward to our next stay!
