Holiday rentals with breakfast in Spotsylvania County

Denise’s house felt like home. It was so nice to be able to come “home” after each long day. The room was comfortable, the shower fantastic and the atmosphere what I had hoped for, staying in a home. Thank you for opening up your home!

Great area, great place! Price was beyond believable for an Airbnb, clean, quiet and roomy, highly recommend!! Stefan was accessible and very attentive willing to accommodate changes at the last minute!

Home was beautiful and had everything we needed. There were a few hiccups upon arrival but everything was easily taken care of. It was a great layout for our needs with plenty of room. The view of the lake was amazing. Will definitely stay here again.

Not only was the house, room and location just perfect for our Fredericksburg stay, Denise was also a delightful host. So responsive and helpful, flexible, accommodating and just overall a kind person. Great town too for a getaway, especially if you love an historical locale. Side recommendation: rent kayaks or canoes from Rappahannock River Campground. We did a 3.5 mile canoe trip and it was just gorgeous. Even got to see a bald eagle.

Thia met us at the home with hugs and a warm smile. She provided clear instructions for everything, making check-in and check-out hassle free. The home is gorgeous, scenery serene, and neighborhood peaceful. It was wonderful to be able to have a space to host three generations for a special occasion. Everyone enjoyed their stay!

This house met the needs of our large group for a long weekend. It was great to have enough beds for everyone and separate spaces such as the upstairs and downstairs living areas so everyone didn't feel on top of each other. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies so that we could even cook a full meal for the group. The hot tub and deck were a lovely way to end the night.

The house was nice, well stocked with everything you need. very quiet cove. Had family and grandkids down with us, steps from dock into nice shallow area for kids, everyone enjoyed. Use of boat slip was a plus. Also covered dock was great if you wanted to get out of sun.
