Located in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown, this private apartment has all the amenities close. Sunny and open, this is a large space, and is perfect for longer stays. Smoking permitted outside, green friendly same rule. Owner lives on the main floor, so security is not an issue. Coffeemaker (and coffee), microwave, stove/oven, washer/dryer all included. Antenna tv only, so bring a Chromecast or Firestick to plug in! I use physical keys, so let me know the general time of your arrival.

The house is located right on the busline to downtown shopping and events and five minutes from Sacred Heart Medical Center. We are also within walking distance of neighborhood restaurants and shopping. After raising our daughters we found ourselves living primarily in the apartment we added when we finished our basement. We have been AirB&B guests on several trips and decided to become hosts.

Sleeps 10 & 7 mins to downtown. This house was built in 1909. Please read my entire listing and rules prior to booking. We will not be held responsible because you failed to read the rules, extra guest fee’s and pet fee’s for dogs.
