Holiday rentals with a patio in Spokane County

Loved the Hobby Farm! Such a surprise to find something so peaceful in such a busy area. Loved the family history about the farm, and family. Home was very comfortable, and clean! Thanks Allen!

We were extremely satisfied. There were amenities available we did not take advantage of due to our lack of time. We checked in late as our flight came in late. It was close to the airport yet very quiet neighborhood.. but within blacks were restaurants and shopping. If you just wanted to get groceries and head back the kitchen had what you needed to make a meal. The host always answered questions quickly.. If in the area again we would not hesitate to stay again.

Really is such a sweet space! I ended up traveling solo and The Loft was a great place to decompress and unplug. The extra details were so appreciated: storage baskets, ziploc bags, and multiple charging ports. Two things for future travelers: it’s on the 3rd floor so could be challenging for some if your luggage is heavy; and if you’re on the taller side, you might bonk your head in a few places 😉. I’m 5’3” and felt super cozy and tall! I’ll def be looking to stay here again on return trips! It’s just as lovely as the pics show~

Kaylene made our stay in Spokane seamless and super enjoyable. The check in process was very easy and the instructions were very clear. The beautiful apartment was immaculately clean with comfortable beds, living space, and well stocked kitchen. The location is very convenient for all activities in the downtown Spokane area. Couldn’t recommend this place more highly.

Beautiful place, Our only complaint would be how loud the upstairs guests children were constant running around and slamming of what sounded like furniture, not very sound proof. Parking was also a bit of a pain but workable. Other than that, our stay was perfect.

Exceedingly tall ceilings (10 foot or more?!!) very classy finish in all rooms. 1st class bed. Outstanding location-twisting streets all around this place. unique eating places -parks. The hosts are so good at communicating. Easy entry no steps. front of property is for guests only! can park 2 cars side by side. Hosts only use back of property for coming and going

Very spacious, stocked with all essentials plus more, very clean, modern, bright. The king bed, full size kitchen, and trendy colors, textures, and decor really set this place aside from all others!

It was the perfect size for me and my friends and had easy access to the wedding venue. Place was clean and Jim was responsive and made it easy whenever I had questions.

It was a great stay. The directions were easy to follow and it was an easy checkin. The home was comfortable and clean. There was no tv, but there were board games that my kids and I played together. We had fun. Great place.

Pam and John’s house is in a beautiful, friendly, hip neighborhood in a fantastic location, steps from the river walk and near many restaurants and shops. The home was perfect for us - we sat out on the patio with the fire going almost every night. The kitchen , bedrooms, and baths are spacious and comfortable. Multiple smart tvs were easy to use. We rented a bike from their garage which was inexpensive and easy! Pam and John were immediately responsive to questions and issues. Next time we are in Spokane we won’t look any further than this place again!

This place worked out great for our group. We were in town for a softball tournament and had 5 adults and 2 kids. Perfect amount of room for everyone. The kitchen is very well stocked and the home is really comfortable. It is clean and well kept, while also feeling very homey. It has a great back yard and very cute front porch. We really like the location. it is close to downtown, but far enough away you don't feel like you are in the middle of all the downtown commotion. We would definitely book this place again.

This was our 2nd time staying at Phil and Barb's place, and the experience was once again great! The house is very clean and comfortable and has everything we needed for our extended stays. It's only about a 3 minute drive to Spokane Health and Rehabilitation, the VA Hospital, and Joe Albi Sports Complex. If the need arises to stay in Spokane in the future, this is the first place I'll check!

We had a great stay. Matthew was very quick to respond to any and all questions. The kids area with all the toys made it extra fun for my daughter.

Great value and close to the Spokane Sport Horse Farm. We were there for a horse show and didn't need to spend a ton of time there but appreciated the close proximity to where we spent most of our day!

Perfect family space! Great kitchen area to cook & eat together. Living room was cozy & plenty of room. Loved the sleeping areas to spread out & have our own rooms. Enjoyed our mountain condo time here!

Location was good. We were able to enjoy a Farmers Market in the corner park. Weather was great. We were able to have parking right on the street. Never a problem. Felt safe and quiet.

This was a great stay. The place was incredible and the beds were excellent. Very close to the downtown riverfront area and still had the neighborhood feel. We will be back.

This was my first time staying at this location. I was looking for something small and accommodating. It was exactly what I was looking for. We had everything we needed for our stay. The home is well maintained, clean and very spacious for a 2 bdrm!

Kate is amazing! She always makes me feel at home! With me being a wildland firefighter she clipped a paper article for me about a museum exhibit.

This is an ideal getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. The spectacular scenic mountain view from the tall wide window in the living room and balcony is second to none! I captured some amazing picture on my phone, including sunrise, thunder storm & lightning, etc. The condo itself was well stocked with everything you’d need to make it a comfortable home. My kids loved the reading room! Anna, was an amazing hostess! Prompt and clear communication all the time. She made sure we were comfortable and safe! Definitely will stay again!
