Boat place at private dock for smaller boat At 25 sqm you will find 4 beds (sleeping loft and sofa bed), fully equipped kitchen (though no oven) as well as modern bathroom with underfloor heating. There is ac and wifi in the house. A well-stocked balcony with outdoor furniture in the summer. 150-200 m away you will find the above mentioned bathing areas. In Saxemara there is also a country shop with a good selection. 7km away is Ronneby.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway by the water. The cottage has an open floor plan. There is a 160 cm double bed and a sofa bed, dining area. Kitchen with stove, oven, fridge/freezer. Toilet with shower. Access to swimming dock and small beach. Within walking distance is Ekenäs swimming area or why not take the tour boat out to Karön's swimming area where there is also a summer restaurant. There is also a restaurant within walking distance of the cottage. If you want to experience the archipelago, you can take a ride with the archipelago boat.

Toilet visits are done on luxury das. Pets are not allowed in the cabin.

Stugan ligger längst ut på en halvö och nås med bil. I närheten finns skeppsvarv, café och butik. Perfekta vistelsen för vattenaktiviteter, fiske, utforska naturen eller bara att koppla av. Naturträdgård samt en gräsmatta med studsmatta för spel och lek. TV samt Wifi finns. Full tillgång till hela huset och tomt förutom förrådsbodar.

Scenic cottage near the sea

Small, simple but cozy cottage directly adjacent to the forest and close to the sea. Located in Vieryd, right between Ronneby and Bräkne-Hoby on a scenic coastal stretch. About 600 meters to the sea. Small swimming area is within walking distance of the cottage (10 minutes), but there are also good parking facilities at the swimming area. Boat for hire with associated smaller engine, cost SEK 300/day + petrol cost. The boat is in the water at the swimming area (see description above).

Haus Alva

Welcome to this lovingly furnished tiny house with a beautiful sea view. Here you can enjoy nature, but are also centrally located. The World Heritage city of Karlskrona (30 min.), Ronneby (15 min.), and Karlshamn (25 min.). The house is located 300 meters from the end of a quiet, small cul-de-sac. The adjacent main house is usually unoccupied during the rental period. A canoe is included free of charge. Towels and bed linen are provided, and a final cleaning is included.

Tillgång till barnvänlig strand som delas med värdfamilj. Boendet lämpar sig för familj upp till 4 personer. Vid sidan av detta boende finns även en lägenhet för 2 personer att hyra på Airbnb den heter Seaside apartment. Även huvudhuset går att hyra när vi är bortresta. ”Villa archipelago”
