Accommodates up to 8 people. nice pool in the garden (June-August only). Sauna in the basement, large TV in the living room are available. On nice evenings, you are also welcome to grill in the garden with the new 2024 Weber gas grill. A beautiful large garden invites you to relax. In bad weather, a salettl is also available for 9 people.

We offer you a cozy fully equipped apartment with own kitchen in the ground floor of our House which is located in the beautiful village of Leobendorf very close to Vienna. It has a private entry trough the garden. The public transport is just 15 minutes away and it just takes another 20 minutes with the train to the city center. Leobendorf it self also offers a lot of beautiful places, for example the castle Kreuzenstein, which you can explore walking.

Charming appartment in ancient house

The appartment is on the basement floor of an ancient house built before the turn of the 19th century (1884), with the original doors and windows and in one room a decorated ceiling. It is located in the little centre of Kritzendorf between Vienna and Tulln. You are not far away from the danube and the nearby meadowy woods. The famous Strombad - a bathing area along the river - is a 10minutes walk away. Vienna is easily reached via train in 20-30 min.

This beautiful and well-equipped apartment with free parking in front of our house with garden offers plenty of space and is located in a very safe, green and quiet residential area, only 10 minutes' walk to the Danube Island and also the Vienna city center is relatively quick and easy to reach. The bus station is located just steps away from the house. By car, depending on traffic, you can reach the numerous Viennese sights in about 15-30 minutes.

Our house is located in the heart of St. Andrä-Wördern, on the edge of the Vienna Woods, in the immediate vicinity of the Danube Cycle Path, the city of Vienna, Tulln and Krems with the wonderful Wachau. Very well connected to public transport such as train and bus. Bathing lake and hiking opportunities on foot or by bike are easily accessible. Family and pet friendly. Shopping in the immediate vicinity. Bike racks available.

In the middle of a small garden in the shade of a huge cherry tree is our newly furnished tiny house, just 100 meters from the Danube and a 10-minute walk to Korneuburg train station. On just 37 square meters you will find a fully equipped house with fireplace, sleeping gallery, kitchen and terrace. Ideal for couples or families with up to two children. The sofa is extendable and offers a lying surface of 115 x 190 cm.
