Walking distance to the cove of Acquaviva and a minutes car drive down the unspoilt Salento coastline.

Our beautiful historical terrace house was built in 17th century, is located in the middle of historical centre of Gallipoli, near the Basilica di Sant'Agata and was completely renovated with great care in 2018 with the idea of creating a very comfortable, quiet and relaxing place. Great restaurants, chic bars, beautiful Purita beach and shops are all 2 minutes by walk from the front door. Large car parking is about 200 m from our house.

Villa aleardi is 80 metres from the sea and only 150 metres from the centre with restaurants, clubs and shops. Torre San Giovanni is a town with 8 km of white sand, pearl of the Salento Ionian coast. Furniture is complete and in perfect condition, the terrace overlooking the sea with fireplace, barbecue, sink, stools, table and space for cots is very attractive.
