The Bellavista apartment has a beautiful view of the sea. Located on the 1st floor , it consists of a living room with kitchenette from which you access the balcony, 1 double bedroom, 1 room with 2 single beds that may be combined to get a second double bed, 1 double bed, 1 bathroom with shower . It has all the comforts of air conditioning, washing machine, WiFi... There is a reserved parking area available for guests in the condominium courtyard.

This house is equipped with two en-suite bathrooms and an outdoor shower, two bedrooms, an equipped kitchen and a small living area. Outside there is a large terrace with a wooden table and umbrella, accompanied by tek chairs: the perfect setting to enjoy the view! The location is unbeatable! We've walked to the most beautiful beach on the island every day. We enjoyed eating on the apartment's terrace, it had everything you needed to be comfortable, cook and relax. It has beautiful views and in general the whole area is very rugged, surrounded by nature, we didn't need to visit any other place on the island other than Alghero. It would be desirable to have wifi, but we were able to organize ourselves well with Roaming. We would come back and we highly recommend it, thank you for everything Cristina, you 🥰🥰 have been very kind, always attentive with your help and recommendations.

This was our second stay in Gianella's lovely apartment. The location is amazing- it's a huge benefit to be such a short walk to La Pelosa and avoid the traffic and parking. Gianella is a wonderful host and super responsive. She even kindly allowed us to check out late. We will certainly be back again. In highly recommend picking up food in some of the great delicatessens in Stintino and having lunch or dinner in the apartment's outdoor area.

The house is very nice, clean and tidy. And in a quiet area within walking distance of the sea. Equipped with every useful item. The veranda is fantastic, great for eating but also as a workspace. The phone doesn't have a good signal, but you can work quietly. The outdoor shower is also very useful.

We had a very nice 15 day Holliday's at Antonella's house. The environment is very relaxing, we very much enjoyed the evenings in the veranda and the awesome beach just in front of the complex. The house looks just like the pictures, its simple, functional and clean. The beach in front of the house requires booking in advance, but it was easy to do it online in advance and payed 108 euro for a 15 day period for 2 adults. If you decide to book this house do not wait for booking the beach because its a limited number and booking the day before is almost impossible. Overall I think it totally worth it! I would definitely come back although a bit overpriced for the June period. Thank you Antonella!
