Holiday rentals with a patio in Spetses

The place was very beautiful just like the photos! Mrs. Sophia was very kind and helpful. The location is very good at a distance from the shops but also very quiet at the same time with very beautiful view of the sea. We had a great time! Thanks for everything!!

The apartment is very nicely decorated and very well equipped. There really is everything. There were even cleaning supplies. The kitchen has a lot of dishes, many appliances and Natalia has also already provided snacks and water for us. There was also coffee and coffee capsules. The pressure in the shower was great, the beds comfortable and - very rarely in apartments - there was plenty of storage space. Natalia is very friendly, helpful and easily accessible. The apartment is right in the village and the supermarket is a 2-minute walk away. The beach - with pretty little mussels for gathering - is also only a 4-6 minute walk. Also superbly located for a trip to Hydra. Terrace and garden very tidy and lovingly furnished. The back bedroom can be completely darkened and the front also quite well. There are a few dogs in the village, but they were all peaceful. Since the terrace is not quite fenced, one of them came to visit. Clear recommendation! Thanks Natalia

The house was nice and comfortable, with fully equipped kitchen. It is well-located in a quiet neighbourhood nearby Spetses downtown. We were a group of 7 people and had lots of space for all inside and outside in the terraces. Katerina was a helpful and friendly host. Definitely a great choice for large groups!

We loved our stay at Thomais' place. Her dad was really accomodating & helped us with everything we needed. The room was lovely and it was amazing waking up there :) We will be back for sure.

We LOVED Lijiao's beautiful, spacious, peaceful holiday home! Couldn't believe what brilliant value it was for the price. Would highly recommend if you want a quiet, peaceful break away in a lovely little Greek village. Lijiao was an excellent host - very friendly and helpful and the communication was brilliant. Villa Anel was a wonderful home in Spetses. Fantastic location and close to the port. It was very easy to walk into town daily. The hosts were very responsive and helped with luggage transfers to the port. I would highly recommend staying at Villa Anel while in Spetses!

Milva’s place is a stylish little oasis of calm. We stayed with our 7 year old and 17 month old and it was perfect for us. Milva’s attention to detail is obvious from the thoughtful welcome basket to the beautifully designed space. The outdoor area is a dreamy, peaceful place to spend time with a glass of wine - watching the glorious view and listening to the sounds. The beds are super comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, the pool is lovely. The house is spotlessly clean, kept wonderfully by the two lovely cleaners who visit every couple of days. The house is just far enough from town to feel like a real escape but within 10 minutes, you can be eating at a Taverna in Porto Heli. Check in was perfect with Milva’s Dad George who was so welcoming and kind. Milva’s house is our favourite Air Bn’B to date and we will certainly be back. Thanks Milva and George!

The photos of villa Kallia do not do it justice, it is even more beautiful than it looks. There is a choice of delightful balconies.The house was very comfortable and well equipped , and although in a quiet area, it was a very short walk to the beautiful old port where there is a large range of lovely seaside restaurants. Follow the coast road and you arrive in the main town on foot in around 20 minutes. Nikos was very helpful and always available when we had a question. There are mirrors in all the bedrooms inside the wardrobe doors. We gad a lovely stay

Nice house with all the amenities that you need for a relaxing stay. Easy access to an amazing beach and nice garden to spent some quality and relaxing time. Will book it again easily. Also the host was available whenever we want her and she was very helpful.

She was a fantastic host, very friendly, polite, and helpful throughout my stay. The house was exactly as described, clean, and comfortable. It’s also in a great location, just a 5-minute walk from the center.

The house was beautiful inside and out. Sophia met us off the ferry, arranged a taxi for us and recommended lots of things to do, restaurants and activities which we all really enjoyed. The view from the outside terrace was stunning and we loved our stay, didn’t want to leave!

Eirini was quickly accessible. And gave us clear information about the accommodation and the surrounding area of the apartment. We felt very comfortable and are happy to recommend the accommodation, which is very centrally located!

Very good welcome from Vasiliki, comfortable accommodation and with everything we needed, we spent 3 pleasant nights there.

Very nice and clean rooms, We had a party , she provided us extra pots and dishes and allowed us to use the yard with out extra charges , arranged for our transportations, When we were leaving the facility and checking out, there was no taxi available at that time , she took us by her Owen car and did not accept any fee for that The rooftop area at a moonlight night was amazing for me and my wife. Really enjoyed our stay

The Loft is ..wow! Expectations were high but we were not disappointed. The large outside spaces are a real bonus and the views are amazing from both inside and outside. A great deal of care and attention has gone into creating this space... it is luxurious, comfortable and practical. Bed and pillows are very good. Parking is very convenient ... as is the shop over road. Charming and pretty, Napflio old town is a 15 minute stroll away and there are fantastic places to swim and beaches and other attractions nearby to explore. It is an easy 2 hour drive from Athens.

It was a great place, open plan, with a huge balcony at the front, and one also off one of the bedrooms. Once we figured out which way the harbour was then we were ok 😂. There is a Lidl just around the corner which helped us stock up. The washing machine was very handy as the days were getting warmer and it was much needed.

Loved staying here! The host greeted us outside the apartment and got his son to help us find an extra parking spot right outside the building for the second car. The apartment itself was squeaky clean and exactly as described in the listing. The host even left us a cake, fruit and a bottle of rosé. Nafplio itself was beautiful with lots of great restaurants, bars and shopping! Would definitely stay here again and already considering coming back next year.

Very cute apartment, well located, everything you need inside for a few days in Porto Heli. Luan was super responsive and friendly and this made our stay even better.

Wow. We've stayed in some interesting and funky places over the years, however, the Art Basement has to be one of the funkiest! The atmosphere was fun, anything and everything one might need or want is right there. Lots to see and explore right there in the Basement! Plus, the kitchen was well stocked, the bed was comfortable, the water was hot, the place is clean... And the funk factor is a 10. (Loved the radios and typewriter!) As for the location, we could walk to restaurants or shopping. With a car, it was super easy to get around Nafplion and relatively short drives out to Epidaurius and Mycenae. It's under two hours to get back to Athens. Yes! We would recommend this location to anybody who's exploring the Pelopenese Peninsula. Stay in Nafplion and book the Art Basement. You'll love it! Opa!
