Elena's place is perfectly located. Easy walk to tavernas, cafe's restaurants, the harbour, and shops etc. The house itself is very rustic and homely, with basic facilities. It has a wonderful balcony with harbour views. Elena was very responsive and helpful, as was her mum who lived next door. If you want an authentic Greek experience I highly recommend this listing.

Small house very nice and with air conditioning which is very appreciable in view of the Greek climate. The small courtyard is great for breakfasts in the morning freshness but also for eating in the evening. Everything is planned to make you feel good. The only small downside is the parking, but we always manage to find a small space somewhere😊. I highly recommend it for a quiet vacation and to discover the south-east of the Peloponnese

The house is beautifully restored in an authentic manner and with attention to details, whilst offering all necessities for a comfortable stay. It is very central, one minute walk from the beach, and very near both to the centre of the city, cafes, restaurants etc on one side, and to the beautiful saint Nikolaos monastery and the walk to the lighthouse on the other side. The immediate proximity to a great bakery and two supermarkets is also a plus! All in all, a perfect place for a stay in Spetses!

Mr. Lori welcomed us on behalf of the owner and made us feel right at home immediately. He explained how everything worked in the home in simple terms. The home is new, with great a/c, lighting and for me most importantly a Nespresso machine. Well located at the entry to Ververonda, close to all of Porto Heli’s attractions. Would definitely stay again.

It was a great stay at the villa. The kitchen and house is well equipped. The pool is very private with an amazing view. If you come with kids, you should bring your own toys as the villa does not have any. The house is well equipped with Moskito nets in front of the windows and doors, nevertheless, we had really problems with mosquitoes one day. We realized that they provided every room with mosquito repellent refusers and the mosquito issue was almost gone 👍 The tap water is very salty but we had no problem with it. All in all, we would love to come back some day!

Very nice house with beautiful surroundings. Very clean! When we came we were warmly welcomed by Anna and generous gifts: fresh fruit, homemade marmelades, olivoil from their farm, wine and more. Good snorkling nearby, we saw a lot of fish, octopus and a big turtle. Everything was perfect! Thanks! Aja and Michael

The property in the town of Ermioni which is a very good town to get from it to beautiful beaches in the area The listing owner gave very useful tips for exploring the area and experiences in the area The space is reserved with a new and very good shower for families allows for great privacy

I cannot be more thankful to Sophia and her family for taking me in on short notice. The flat I stayed in was clean, comfortable and delightful. Everything I needed for breakfast in the morning was home-cooked, plentiful and delicious during my time I felt as if I was adopted by a lovely Greek family. I happily recommend staying here. The location is minutes from the city center, which made sleeping at night, quiet and peaceful.

We stayed for 10 days with our 1 year old son. Panos' place is so great we didn't want to go home! Very welcoming, friendly host and his mother is probably the nicest person in Greece! 10/10

Elli was super welcoming with many touches and very available and responsive. Bedding is good and the A/C is working well. The location is perfect: 10 mi from Agia Marina, and 10 min from the city center (port). Super well-equipped and spacious (possible to make a machine and spread out). For a short or long stay it is great. Elli is a great host for a great place to stay! 🌸

Words cannot begin to describe what an amazing time we had. Argyris is an outstanding person and his Airbnb has everything. He was incredibly helpful, going above and beyond with recommendations, helping us with logistics, and making it a special time for our entire family. We came as a family for a wedding and the apartment had everything we could need, including treats on arrival. Our son was extremely happy and the outside area was a major plus for us. We can’t wait to come back and have left a piece of our heart on the island!

Super great apartment, very spacious and very clean. The location is practically in the middle of the action of Porto Xeli. Eleni is a super host.

Stéphanie was great. She contacted me before hand and gave me the gps location and instructions, then waited for me when I was running late and met me to take me to the suite. She was very clear with instructions and helpful with recommendations and was always responsive when I had any questions. It was a very comfortable spot and really enjoyable relaxing stay.

Great clean apartment in the center of Porto Heli. Lovely terrace. Has a washing machine which works great. Bed very comfortable and good air con. One of the best stays on our holiday.

Great experience. Anna and her friend, Maria, were both very helpful. The place is as beautiful as the pictures make you think, and if you love kittens, be prepared to find them waiting for you at the entrance. We rented bikes to get around the island, and we totally suggest the experience to really enjoy your surroundings! l

Absolutely 5 star. Petros was super helpful with everything. Restaurant suggestions were great and made the stay even better.
