Our stay at the property was very pleasant ! The house accessible with all the beaches we wanted to visit , 10’ 15’ distance as well as under the house had a beach ! The distance to the center was just as 10’. The pool is crystal clear as K. Nikos always cared for the garden with perfection! Very pleasant and friendly person, we will definitely visit it again!

The house was nice and comfortable, with fully equipped kitchen. It is well-located in a quiet neighbourhood nearby Spetses downtown. We were a group of 7 people and had lots of space for all inside and outside in the terraces. Katerina was a helpful and friendly host. Definitely a great choice for large groups!

Very big one level apartment with a huge patio, next to the beach. Great for big family or group of friends who want a private location. Nick was very friendly and gave us lots of great recommendations to do and try in the area. Thank you Nick!

Giorgos' house is a gem! Spacious, spotless and very well equipped. His courtyard is large, tasteful and perfectly illuminated at night. Giorgos' response was immediate and very effective, with clear instructions before we even asked for them. Extra points for the natural coolness of the stone house that never forced us to turn on the air conditioning! Until next time!

Such a beautiful apartment and it was even better looking in real life! We loved the balcony that looked out to the water. It was the perfect place to play games or have a glass of wine. The AC worked well. It was easy to find street parking. I liked that the apartment had a washer and dryer. The TV worked well. Google maps will try to have you drive through the town (up the hills in between the houses). Do not do this! We got stuck on so many narrow roads that don’t actually go through. Just stick to the main road that is closest to the water. The town had lots of cute shops and restaurants within walking distance. We loved the ice cream shop that was just maybe 100-200 meters from the apartment. I highly recommend this Airbnb.

Anna's apartment is very nice, spacious and well equipped and the view from the living room is stunning. We were hosted very well by her mother who gave us good recommendations and indicated the nearby beaches. Ermioni is a nice little town, not too populated, where we found everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The location for visiting the Peloponnese is ideal. The apartment was just like the photos. Very beautiful and it felt like home. Aggeliki helped this, of course, who was always willing to respond and help with everything we needed. The apartment was super clean and provided all the services listed. Close to many beaches either on foot or by car, shops , restaurants , supermarkets , bakeries . We'll go with it again!

I had an amazing stay at Giota’s place! From start to finish, everything was perfect.

Natalia is a great host. Your accommodation leaves nothing or almost nothing to be desired. What was particularly noteworthy was the cleanliness, size and amenities of the accommodation. Unfortunately, we were only passing through, but this is the perfect place to spend at least 1-2 weeks there. From Thirmisia, you can explore the whole of Argolis or the surrounding islands such as Hydra, Poros, Spetses or the volcanic peninsula of Methana. We can very well imagine coming back.

Stayed at this beautiful apartment in the summer of '24, and I can confidently say it’s the best accommodation I've ever experienced in Greece. We've been vacationing in Greece for many years, but this place truly stands out. From the moment we stepped inside, it was clear that this apartment wasn’t designed to be a rental. It’s a private family summer house nestled in a district filled with luxury villas and high-end real estate—so you can imagine the level of quality and exclusivity. Built in the 90s with top-notch materials, the apartment exudes a sense of understated luxury. Everything is exactly as described. The kitchen is incredibly spacious and fully equipped, perfect for any culinary endeavor. But the true gem of this place is the massive terrace, offering a breathtaking view of the sea. There’s nothing quite like enjoying the gentle breeze from the sea as you take in the stunning scenery. So, don't hesitate, book the moment you get the opportunity.

I had a wonderful time in Kyparissi. Spent one week here in April looking after my grandson. Aggeliki and Nicos were very helpful and caring about our comfort. Rooms are spacious and architecturally beautiful. Garden is georgeus and full of various seating and relaxing possibilities. Hope to be back soon.

We absolutely loved staying at Andrea’s’ place. The house and gardens were immaculately kept and so peaceful. The room was as beautiful, and stocked with everything you need including nice touches such as snacks, coffee, milk, juice and water - all replenished daily along with room cleaning. The bathroom was spotless with lovely toiletries. Andreas was such an attentive and friendly host - he had lots of great recommendations and really made us feel at home. We had such a great stay here and would definitely return. Highly recommended!

If you are looking for a quiet slice of island life you can't do better than staying at Faidon's House. Located in a quiet pocket of Aegina away from the hustle of the port area, Faidon's House is a real treat. Numerous tavernas operated by some true characters are within a short walk as are several beach bars to while away the hours staring out at the beautiful horizon of glistening blue sea and stunning island vistas. Alkis is a superb host, responding immediately to any questions we had during our stay as well as sending over some recommendations for places to visit beforehand.

Very tidy and lovely apartment equipped with everything you need. The location is amazing; just a few steps from the beach and the local stores. Xenia and her father, Mr. Makis, are great hosts and there when you need them! Xenia's family made us feel really welcome. Fresh organic vegetables and fruits from their won garden were delivered to our door almost every day! We had a great stay and certainly will get back next summer and the summer after!

The house was the best for us and our two children, the kitchen full and spotless everything! Everything was at our feet and the sea was 2 minutes away on foot. For Mrs. Anastasia I have no words, every morning she was waiting for us outside the door and a treat from her hands, fresh eggs and she was so discreet and helpful, really thanks! 10/10

Great location with incredible views.

This is a very spacious apartment with an equally spacious balcony/terrace to enjoy. The area itself is very quiet - a rural area with a taverna 1km away and shops 2km away. If fresh fish and artichokes are your thing, you may have found the right place. The beach (with a good arm, a genuine thrown-stone away) is long but narrow and you will need to wear swimming shoes to protect your feet. However, we had two very pleasant evening swims where the current gently moved us down the beach. We had previously stayed in Nafplio (a wonderful town!) and used our stay at Paralia Irion to explore the other end of the peninsula which includes some wonderful beaches, world-class archaeological sites and charming towns and villages. We were met by a friend of the hosts' who was very helpful. In summary, we had a lovely stay - we were very sad to have to travel back to Athens to catch our flight home!
