Charming Greek host - quiet and peaceful place. Functional space, looked like the photos. BBQ would be a great space although we did not use it. Car essential.

Milva’s place is a stylish little oasis of calm. We stayed with our 7 year old and 17 month old and it was perfect for us. Milva’s attention to detail is obvious from the thoughtful welcome basket to the beautifully designed space. The outdoor area is a dreamy, peaceful place to spend time with a glass of wine - watching the glorious view and listening to the sounds. The beds are super comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, the pool is lovely. The house is spotlessly clean, kept wonderfully by the two lovely cleaners who visit every couple of days. The house is just far enough from town to feel like a real escape but within 10 minutes, you can be eating at a Taverna in Porto Heli. Check in was perfect with Milva’s Dad George who was so welcoming and kind. Milva’s house is our favourite Air Bn’B to date and we will certainly be back. Thanks Milva and George!

Thanks again Sue for a lovely peaceful few nights tucked away in Ermioni. The cottage is so sweet, cool and comfortable and contained everything you could possibly need. Sue was extremely helpful when showing us around and always responsive to messages - would definitely recommend as a fantastic holiday spot.

Had a wonderful stay with a small group in this lovely villa. The accommodation was clean and modern but with traditional charm. The local area is stunning with lots to do including easy access to the island of Spetses. Theophilos was a friendly and attentive host who was very communicative and gave really helpful advice on the local area. Overall 10/10 - Will be back!

It was a great stay at the villa. The kitchen and house is well equipped. The pool is very private with an amazing view. If you come with kids, you should bring your own toys as the villa does not have any. The house is well equipped with Moskito nets in front of the windows and doors, nevertheless, we had really problems with mosquitoes one day. We realized that they provided every room with mosquito repellent refusers and the mosquito issue was almost gone 👍 The tap water is very salty but we had no problem with it. All in all, we would love to come back some day!

We had a wonderful stay. The house is very beautiful, tastefully made and with quality materials. The infinity pool with sea views is magical. The hosts are very welcoming and attentive (gifts with local products) and gave us tips for sightseeing, beaches. The area is beautiful, with beaches with crystal clear water like in all of Peloponnese. I recommend it 100%.

We had a wonderful time at Xristina’s beautiful house which is conveniently situated in a peaceful neighbourhood near the shops and restaurants. Communication with Xristina was always very easy. She is responsive and friendly and always willing to help.

Very helpful host, responsive. Clean and equipped space, with beautiful and traditional style. The location of the accommodation is very close to the port of Dapia in a quiet neighborhood.

Lovely, authentic Greek house all to yourself.. It feels like part of the place - has soul. Beautiful view over the harbour. Lots of space. V v helpful about check in - I was delayed and arrived at midnight (3 hrs late!) and Evgenia was waiting with a huge smile and lots of friendly advice. Highly recommend.

What a lovely home! Loved the garden and upper terrace. Excellent central location. Angelos is very responsive, a great host. And many thanks to Maria and the trycicle gentleman for meeting us at the port and taking care of all our luggage.

Great house , awesome veranda sea view, 5 min walk to Agios Mamas, three bedrooms living room two bathrooms , kitchen fully equipped , spotless , generally like our home, great people the hosts live below , very thoughtful house and should be noticed by those who stay. EXCELLENT!

Christina’s house is just perfect. If you want to spend quiet and peaceful time on the island this house is the best place to do so. The hora (main village) is far enough to avoid all big city life :) and close enough to visit a taverna or a bar at night. The sea in a walking distance, you have to go uphill if you want go back home (but again you would love to go back and chill after on the balcony watching the colours of the sunset). Even if the island is a total beauty, you want to spend time at the house since it’s cozy, stylish and the view from the balcony is stunning. Just go, stop reading :))

We loved staying in the cosy house! It was our spetses home for the last ten days with everything we needed and made our holiday even more magical. The terrace is beautiful and the house has everything you need. Our hosts were very helpful and made our stay a total pleasure. We will definitely be back!

The house is practical, well decorated and with all the essentials for a good stay. The sea view from the balcony is truly stunning, you want to stay there for hours. Self check-in and checkout are very convenient and Dafni sends her recommended places before our arrival. The neighborhood is very nice, wooded and close to several beaches. There were a lot of people during our stay, and since they are terraced houses, you can hear the other neighbors on their balconies. Spetses is a really beautiful destination.

We LOVED Lijiao's beautiful, spacious, peaceful holiday home! Couldn't believe what brilliant value it was for the price. Would highly recommend if you want a quiet, peaceful break away in a lovely little Greek village. Lijiao was an excellent host - very friendly and helpful and the communication was brilliant. Wonderful place! We had a great time! The house is absolutely beautiful - it is very nicely done, has everything you need, is clean, spacious and has amazing terraces on two sides. The pool is small, but very nice. And the views to the sea are simply stunning! We stayed with 4 people and loved how remote the house was - just felt like we had the place to ourselves but could still walk to the beach in 15 min. You definitely need a car to stay there, but with that it is easy to get to the nearby towns. The host was very responsive and friendly. Can only highly recommend- will definitely come back if ever in the area again.

Villa Anel was a wonderful home in Spetses. Fantastic location and close to the port. It was very easy to walk into town daily. The hosts were very responsive and helped with luggage transfers to the port. I would highly recommend staying at Villa Anel while in Spetses!

We had a very good stay in Spetses and at Aspa's house. She met us in person on the way to the house and we received a warm welcome. There were never any problems; everything went smoothly and well. I can highly recommend Aspa's accommodation!

The place is already wonderful on its own: a quiet house, surrounded by olive trees, overlooking the sea with magnificent views and a choice of beaches - quiet or with a small bar - just below on foot. But the house itself is very nice, airy, shaded, and tastefully furnished with small touches: you willingly spend time there. And finally Eirini and her family are charming hosts, discreet enough to make us believe that we are alone in the world on vacation, but present and very kind if we have a concern or a request. Eirini is responsive and clear, including remotely. I would recommend Eirini's house without reservation. A great stay.

This villa was a dream vacation destination. The pictures simply don't do it justice. It's the perfect villa for a family or group of friends looking to explore the lovely Porto Cheli area. The space was generous and amenities were wonderful. The pool alone was enough for us to decide to stay in and enjoy the beautiful view and weather. Thank you to Eleni for a wonderful stay.
