The apartment was just like the photos. Very beautiful and it felt like home. Aggeliki helped this, of course, who was always willing to respond and help with everything we needed. The apartment was super clean and provided all the services listed. Close to many beaches either on foot or by car, shops , restaurants , supermarkets , bakeries . We'll go with it again!

Peaceful spot with a great garden and outdoor space, a short walk down to a beach, and not far from a beach with more sand and sun beds. The hosts were so generous and we enjoyed the local olive oil, olives and oregano!

The location is literally on the sea with a great view. The decor is a bit dated and the bathroom would have liked a renovation but everything was functional and spotless.

We had a great time, it felt like home, the host was very nice, kind and communicative. Ideally how the air conditioner worked properly and quietly, which is important as we were there for days with a heat wave. The furnishings were stylish and tasteful.

I loved my stay in Spetses with Ευγενία. I don’t think I’ve met a kinder host in a long time! I decided to travel to Spetses off-season in Winter, which meant that a lot of cafes, restaurants and shops were going to be closed. But Ευγενία went out of her way to make sure I had a great time. We spent time together walking the island, she offered bicycle tours, she was a great guide with a lot of historical knowledge about the island and its inhabitants.. and she even pointed out the island’s best restaurants! I couldn’t have asked for more. Communication with my host was great (she responds in only a few minutes), her place was clean and tidy, with a fully equipped kitchen, great TV, board games and very comfortable large bed! I would definitely stay again (especially in the summer months).

You can expect a very nicely landscaped complex with a pool. The house is clean and everything you need is available. The only small drawback: If you want to find a pure sandy beach you have to drive very far.

This has been one of the most outstanding places we have ever stayed in! Every view around the property is glorious! The place itself is utterly gorgeous, luxurious, and the area is beautiful and peaceful, and the pool! Oh that pool, just the best ever infinity pool, 18 metres long, little beach next door. Views across to Hydra and other islands. Our terrace was big , and comfortable seating provided. Breakfast was excellent. John was most helpful and responsive. We loved every minute of our time there. As well, only 25 minutes from Hydra island by ferry, and 12km from Ermioni port to travel anywhere! We were sad to leave. Many thanks to John and his delightful staff.

An idyllic, stylish and comfortable stay in so wonderful place. We have found everything in the house what we needed. The location was really quiet, nice pool, close to the beach. It is very comfortable to go to Spetses island from the place. But the most important - breathtaking view to the see and Spetses island from all the windows and balconies! Our stay was perfect!

Beautiful house with stunning sea view from all the rooms, even more beautiful than in the pictures. great pool, lovely kitchen, good amenities (espresso machine, gas BBQ and even kayaks). there is a little almost privet beautiful beach two minutes walk from the house Sophia is the nicest host ever. she was very responsive, took care of all our needs and gave great recommendations we had the best relaxing holiday. thank you Sophia for sharing your place.

We loved staying in this tranquil place, quiet and beautiful, perfect for a break from it all. The fact that the sea is at the end of the garden is a huge bonus.

Little piece of heaven, a beautifully flowered and wooded garden, gently sloping towards the sea. A flight of walking and you swim in the Myrto Sea, 100m to the right a private beach, 150m on the left past the rock at the tip you reach Aghios Emilianos beach. Beautiful view of the house or garden, a pine shading a terrace for lunch, or deckchairs for a nap during hot hours. Well-equipped, comfortable house, but we live outside! Perfect welcome, quiet 2 weeks stay (the 2 adjacent houses were unoccupied). Poarto Heli and its restaurants 10 minutes away, supermarkets, same supermarkets, boats for Spetses 5 minutes away on Kosta beach (excellent Drouzas Taverne). Recommended for a quiet vacation!

We were a group of four adults in our thirties, travelling for Easter holidays. The place was amazing, very spacious, well constructed super confortable and in a lovely and posh location, suitable also for family stays. Sofia is an amazing lady, very polite and well mannered, took real good care of us. We will definitely consider this for summer vacation as well. Highly recommended!

The host was incredibly kind and welcoming. She let us in the property way before the check in time, which was greatly appreciated. She also let us use her private dryer for our clothes. We were dealing with unstable circumstances due to the weather, and her kindness made our day so much better. Will definitely go back if we are in the area again.

We were hesitant to book because it was a new listing, but we are so glad we did! The space was perfect for our group of 5! Centrally located to the best shops and restaurants, but also private and homey feeling. Greek accommodations can be cramped and dated - but not this one! Perfect, modern, and clean.
