Cozy cottage overlooking Öresjö in a quiet residential area close to nature. Sleeping loft with two beds and sofa bed for two persons. Fireplace for cozy fires is available, and firewood is included. The kitchen has an induction stove, oven, fridge and freezer, microwave and coffee maker. Fully tiled bathroom with toilet and shower and washing machine. The cottage is about 30 sqm and is about 1 km away from the public swimming area, a couple of minutes walk from the lake and with a 20-minute walk to the nature reserve Kröklings hage and Mölarps mill.

Unwind in this unique lake cottage in a fantastic location at Öresjön. Quiet location with beautiful sunset. Fishing 🎣 Sofa bed with room for 2 on the ground floor and loft with room for 2 -3 beds/mattresses. Small bathroom/wc. Sink outside (washing is done outside). However, the cottage has a smaller fridge, a simpler hot plate (double plates) and a microwave. 2 barbecues outside ( charcoal grill is not included). Boat/canoe access Sheets/towels are not included but can be arranged some weeks for SEK 150 per set.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids) .The cottage is about 30 square meters and associated sauna cabin with shower, toilet, and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Great opportunities for fishing, motorboat to hire!

For next summer, pls make a contact. Vores bolig har en fantastisk beliggenhed med udsigt ud over søen. Huset (139 m2) ligger ved søen Ømmern, 50 km fra Gøteborg. Huset, som er placeret på egen halvø (3,5 hektar), ligger isoleret forenden og har sol fra morgen til aften. Fra terrassen går du direkte ud i søen med egen sandstrand og bådebro. Ud over hovedhuset med stor stue m/ pejs, køkken, 4 soveværelser (8 p), findes der et enkelt anneks med plads til 4 extra på sommeren (kan ej opvarmes).

With a stay in this little house you get the best of two worlds, a typical Swedish country stay, tranquil with only the sound of bird song and the little stream, the friendly town Borås with all the amenities just 10 minutes away, then the big city life in Gothenburg 55 minutes away.

Welcome to a small apartment in the farm's barn with its own patio and nature as well as the sheep. The farm, which is from the 1880s, is about 20 km from Borås, and 7 km to the nearest community with a larger ICA store. It is about 5 km to a fantastic swimming area and of course there is a parking space for the car at the house.
