Guests have loved this layout providing ample room for groups to be together and have their own personal spaces. Access to the Sparks Marina Lake is literally steps away & Legend's outlet, dining, movie theater & entertainment are walkable.

This gorgeous waterfront home is a block from the lake, coffee, & fine dining. It's 3000 sq. feet, 3.5 baths, 2 balconies, a clean 2-car garage, and unlimited hot water. We're in a good neighborhood. There is parking for 10 cars & even semi-trucks. Sixteen people fit nicely. We allow 22 (maybe more if you check in first.) You can easily walk to activities, a beautiful mall, and a big playground. We're on Bayshore Dr. Sometimes available: early check-in, late-out. No-hassle door codes!
