Waterfront holiday rentals in Sparks

This is such a beautiful complex inside has everything you need from kitchen appliances to an amazing shower/tub to relax in. The real reason why I chose this Airbnb was for the sparks marina which is located right outside of there pool just such an incredible view of the lake and all the nature surrounding it if your not really into the downtown casino life. The legends mall is also about a 15 minute walk from the complex to get some shopping in. If you’re looking for some delicious drinks and food i recommend the water bar next door as well they have some really delicious juicy burgers that you can enjoy also viewing the lake. Global's listing was well worth the visit. It is such a peaceful spot both inside and out. We walked around the lake, worked out in the gym, ate at the restaurant next door, had coffee and bagels at the coffee shop downstairs, watched 2 late nite movies on the ultra wide screen TV and utilized the well stocked kitchen to warm up left overs and make popcorn. It was so easyto just to relax around the complex, however we were also so close to all the activities we planned...15 minutes from the Belice musical that we attended in Reno, 7 minutes from the rifle range in Sparks, and 15 minutes from the Automotive Museum in Reno. Oh and the bed was super comfy!! This was an amazing getaway to celebrate my husband's 65th birthday. Thanks to Chris for sharing his space & hospitality!

Wonderful condo: quiet, super clean and well-decorated, high ceilings, big windows, great view. An especially great stay of you are a dog owner… there is a walking trail around the lake right outside the door. Also walkable to great shopping and restaurants.

Plushy was a great host and extremely responsive. Location is also beautiful and right next to the river. We woke up to a snowy view in the morning at it was lovely.

This is the third time we stayed with the Lusso’s. That tells you something. They checked on us from time to time and provided contact info if anything was needed. Well done Lusso’s!

Absolutely gorgeous place. Very good communication between me and the proprietor. Cannot wait to stay again! The place is lovely and beyond accommodating!

The house was well appointed and clean. The carpets were as clean as can be expected in a main room/dining room but had some stains. The hot tub was great, beds were comfy, overall a great layout for family vacation. I wish there had been a baby gate available for the very steep stairs off the main room. I would recommend for older kids only without a gate.

Convenient location, helpful hosts. The house was perfect for a larger group stay - we were really happy with the stay overall.

Great price for a waterfront and easily accessible place. 15 minute Uber/lyft ride away from everything. Very clean and LOTS of beds for larger groups

A great location for a getaway with a medium sized group! The house was very nice, we wished we came in the summer so we could hangout in the backyard area and river. Would come back again!

Super easy to work with and a great place to stay with plenty to do.

We loved staying on the marina. The house is big. Beds were comfortable. We didn't want to leave. The home is has many amenities near by. We walked to dinner and coffee in the mornings.

In town for 9 days to attend my daughter’s body building competition, we were looking for a home spacious enough for 10 people and we found it here. So much space, big rooms, beautiful views. Love that we were able to walk to restaurants, coffee shops, stores, movies. Lake is across the street (2mi walk) very peaceful. Walked across the street to go fishing every day and caught some nice trout. Would definitely recommend Jacob’s home.

This penthouse has an incredible view of the city! We enjoyed our stay and perfect location for the hot air ballon race and 10 min to the airport which helped us with our very early flight, thanks for everything!

We had a wonderful time visiting Tahoe and staying at Meghan's family home. We were particularly happy with the kid's room and amenities, which kept both our 11 year old and toddler very happy, which in turn gave us lots of much-appreciated quiet and peaceful downtime. Of course, visiting Tahoe meant plenty of outdoor activities, including beach, hiking, and a little shopping. This location has access to a pier, so an old friend of mine picked us up on his boat from there and took us to lunch at Garwoods across the lake. Huge thanks to Meghan and her family for allowing us the use of her family home to make our vacation that much more special. We'll certainly be back!

What a wonderful, wonderful, beautiful home. Clean, extremely well-equipped, and the most glorious setting on the edge of the lake. Communication with the owner was super helpful, thorough, and immediate. No disappointments! We loved our stay and can't recommend highly enough.

We had a great stay in Lake Tahoe. The views from the condo are absolutely amazing! Expensive to have this view but of course it was our one chance to visit Lake Tahoe & we splurged on this rental. Condo had everything we needed. If I had any recommendation it would be to have a cozy/ comfortable couch in the living room & cozy/soft blankets for the living room. This would be nice as you enjoy the amazing views or while relaxing with the fresh air in the evening. We did visit mid October. We loved being so close to Sand Harbor too! Absolutely gorgeous!! Easy/short drive from the condo & trails that are easy to access. During our week visit we had sunshine, rain, & snow. It was a beautiful week! Our favorite breakfast was at Tunnel Creek Cafe. We also loved the MS Dixie boat tour out of Zephyr Cove, down south, had great views of Emerald Bay. We also did the UTV tour to Genoa Peak. This was a great experience. We all loved it, including our kids 8 yrs old & 11 years old.
