Fantastic stay! Beautiful and clean place with plenty of room for 6 of us to have a very comfortable stay. Kim was super friendly, responsive, and accommodating at every stage. Having a garage was a huge plus, and also being right on the shuttle line to access the village restaurants/shops, ski resort, and rec center. Kitchen and bathrooms were very well stocked with everything we needed. Highly recommend this property and hope to stay here again!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4-night stay at Peggy's Airbnb! The location is unbeatable – just a quick 5-minute drive to Diamond Peak ski resort, making our ski trip incredibly easy, especially with our group of 7. This was a huge plus for us! The property was very clean upon arrival, which we really appreciated. Traveling as two families, we found the home mostly well-equipped for our needs. The amenities were generally sufficient for a pleasant stay. Regarding value, the price was higher compared to some other properties we've rented in this complex before, which were sometimes more spacious. Overall, we had a wonderful and hassle-free stay. The proximity to Diamond Peak, the cleanliness, and the general comfort made for a great vacation. We would definitely recommend this property, especially to families or groups looking for a conveniently located and clean base for their Diamond Peak adventures. Thank you Peggy for a great stay!

A beautiful property on the golf course! We stayed here for a multi-family ski trip and the double en-suite bedrooms were perfect. They are very responsive to messages. The hot tub unfortunately wasn't working on the day of arrival, but the owners/management were very prompt and attentive on sending someone out to inspect it and fix it, even for a weekend. The house is very homey and the kitchen is very well stocked with pots, pans, appliances. A few of the bathrooms have heated floors which was a nice perk. Shuttle to Northstar is very easy to use with the app and picks up at the end of the driveway.

This place was perfect for our ski vacation! Everything from the shuttle that picks you up from the end of the driveway straight to the village to the well laid out floor plan of the home. The kitchen was well stocked and the hot tub was the perfect add on feature for us as well. Cecilia (the host) was extremely attentive and responded quickly. There were 8 of us (2 families of 4) and the space was perfect for us. Pro Tip: Join Epic Mountain Gear for $50 per person and they will deliver your ski rentals to the house and hold them for you every night right next to the gondola for free. You don't even need to bring back your gear to the house! We ski for spring break every year at different locations but we will for certain be back to Northstar and rent this home again! So far this one was our favorite! 100% recommended!!!

Big basket of gratitude . Allison had the place available over the end of year holidays when everything else was completely full. We looked to cross country ski, and found the location convenient to Northstar, Tahoe XC, and Mount Rose Nevada Nordic. Right on the way out of Tahoe on highway 80, we also skied Tahoe-Donner. Beware, when the winter storms blow through, the highway was restricted to four-wheel drive or chains when temperatures drop through freezing. besides, a good location for skiing, Allison's place has everything needed to shore up in Kings Beach for a little vacation. The fireplace is comforting, and the full kitchen very practical, with everything you need to make croissants.

We had a great stay! The place was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals, which made things so easy (even had a wine stopper! Small details matter.) The location was perfect—just a short drive to King’s Beach, and convenient for exploring the area. We also really enjoyed the community amenities—the pool was great for relaxing, and the pickleball court was a fun bonus. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Great place to stay! Wonderful amenities & location. We loved the pool & hot tub! We barely spent time inside because the back yard was amazing! The inside was great as well and has a unique layout. Would absolutely stay here again and will recommend this place to everyone!

My family had such an incredible stay at twin stars properties. We loved that it was such easy access to the walking trail and we took our son and dogs all along this lakeside trail to Scheels shopping center and the park. Home was incredible very beautiful and comfortable and really helped elevate our whole experience.

Merlin's place was so much bigger than it looks in the photos. Great furniture, good view out to the horses and setting sun. The bed (There are two rooms) was insanely comfortable, slept so well. It feels remote but is so close to downtown. Like 4-5 minutes. Would definitely stay again.

House was perfect for the group of 8 we had , everything was how explained and how it looked in pics , AC was clutch in the hot weather that weekend , definitely recommend and will return soon thanks Nico

We had a wonderful stay at Madison’s place. We were there for 6 days and everything was perfect. The place was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Madison was an amazing hostess — friendly, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our entire stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Denisse was a great host very responsive and friendly! House was great, spacious and very comfortable. Will definitely be booking again.

Jessica has a superb place in Rino. Her attention to detail which was amazing. She tried to think of things we might have needed and had them in the house for our comfort. She provided several recommendations about our stay, food and such. Her responses were prompt to any inquiries, generally within 30 mins. The beds were not generic hotel beds which are questionable and might end you with a back ache, these were real beds with good pillows that were pleasant to sleep on. She really deserves 6 stars for her place and her consideration of the guests coming (unfortunately 5 stars is the max rating.) One consideration if you stay, beware of the end of the school day. The parents will take up the most street parking in front the house waiting for their children and picking them up. However, the street parking was easy and empty outside of that time. Next time I am in Rino, I would absolutely chose her and her place again.

We staying while passing through Reno. We loved the space immediately! Very cute and up to date design and features. Host was very responsive and loved that she provided a few food items for us to enjoy. The extra beds were super comfortable and such a great feature! Thank you!!

Awesome house and great communication. The house accommodated everyone. It was family friendly with games, nerf guns, kayaks and a paddle boat. 1/4 mile, beautiful, walk to shopping and good food. 100% going to try to stay here again. Thanks for a great weekend!!!

Erin’s place is quite beautiful and peaceful. The house itself is quite new and clean. You can tell it is well maintained the moment you enter the house. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. It is suitable for either short term or long term stays. Erin is very friendly, responsive and helpful, she lives in the same neighborhood just around corner so you can always have a peace of mind as you know she is always there to help. I would love to stay here again.

We stayed at Jana’s house to celebrate a graduation. It was so nice to have a house rather than a hotel as we had a full kitchen to use and a nice space to relax and enjoy family time. I would stay here again in a heart beat.
