Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Sparks

The upstairs was getting heated up during the day. Keeping the windows open definitely helped a lot to cool down the room. Other than that everything rose was perfect . The new tv with sound bars was perfect for evening time movies. The hot tib was a perfect addition. We all enjoyed it. Spacious parking. Host was very responsive. We loved it.

This was our second stay and definitely won't be our last. We had other family members with us this trip and it was perfect accommodations for all of us. Location is perfect for those who love to fish and house is cozy and feels like home for those who want to relax.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. The bedrooms were cozy and well-appointed, and the beds were incredibly comfortable—some of the best sleep I’ve had while traveling. Everything was just as described, and it really felt like a home away from home. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The host was very responsive and answered all questions. The place was immaculate. Has a huge lot where we were able to build multiple sled runs for our kids. It was quite the experience having some of us playing in the hot tub while watching others fly by on a sled. This place has everything. Surroundings are beautiful and peaceful with plenty to explore on a hike. This will be our go-to place in the future.

The house was very quiet. The location was great and the instructions to find the entrance were perfect. The entrance is in the alley but the directions provided got us where we needed to be. It was super clean and peaceful. The host was super responsive to all communications sent.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. I really enjoyed the openness of the living room and kitchen area. I also really enjoyed the patio and the hot tub. I really liked the comforter set I got to sleep with. Overall It was a great place to stay! I highly recommend it!

Wonderful stay for a group of 8 there for snowboarding. It had all of my “musts”: 1. Convenient access to village/gondola - using the Northstar app you can request the bus to come right in front of the house 2. Great, spacious, well equipped/updated kitchen with big dining table - we love cooking our family style breakfasts and dinners 3. Multiple rooms and bathrooms - each room had its own full bathroom! 4. Big, functioning hot tub that was right there on the deck and easy to get to ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A wonderful stay for our long ski weekend. Comfortable beds, quality linens, thoughtful, touches, like quiet fans to circulate heat. Eco-friendly touches that were noticeable yet understated. Hope to stay again next season. We had a minor issue with the gas fireplace, and the property management was very responsive. Thank you!

Great location in Tahoe - less than 10 min drive to the lake. Very close to supermarket. House was very comfortable. Bedrooms first floor. Open living space at the top with deck and 1/2 bath. House was fully equipped - including kitchen supplies, spices/cooking, cleaning, laundry, bathroom toiletries. Beds were comfortable.

Natalie went above and beyond making us feel right at home from the moment we walked in the front door. She is a great communicator and a pleasure to work with.

Tess was an amazing host. Very responsive and also proactive on reaching out during our stay to make sure everything was going well. Check in was an extremely easy process and inside we found a very helpful guidebook on how to work all of the household amenities. The house was very spacious and clean. The backyard was beautiful: overlooking the golf course, with a jacuzzi and grill. They also had a large assortment of fun board games in the living area! Check out was easy with clear instructions. Our stay was wonderful and I definitely recommend this AirBnB if you are looking to stay in the Incline Village area.

I like how quiet and serene it was. Felt like we had the neighborhood to ourselves. Looks like Olga is doing a lot of updating to the the chalet. We will stay again and would love to see how it looks next year

The perfect retreat nestled in a woodsy, peaceful area right by the Northstar Village. The place was stocked with plenty of towels (the makeup towels were much appreciated!) and linens. The hot tub, arcade machine, and massage chair were great bonuses. Kevin & Jennifer were communicative and responsive leading up to our stay and all throughout. We encountered a slight issue with the check-in code and some of the lights weren't working when we arrived, but Kevin & Jennifer reset the code quickly and immediately sent over extra lightbulbs. They also put together a beautifully designed Canva for guests with house instructions and local recommendations, a Spotify playlist that we rocked the entire time, and left some homemade cookie dough in the freezer for our stay! A+ hosts and we hope to be back in the future.
