Beachfront holiday rentals in Spanish Wells

Thanks for letting us stay in the lovely one bedroom studio. Everything was clean and fresh. Just like the photographs. It was easy to communicate with June, she was super helpful. Responded within 4 hrs typically. The walk to Gaulding’s Cay beach is only 3 minutes from the cottage. The beach is gorgeous with crystal clear water in a lovely cove. We used the paddle boards a couple of times and went out to the big rock. Great swimming and super quiet. My husband wanted to fly fish, but no fish scene at this spot. I’d definitely recommend Daddy-Joes restaurant, Taco Tuesday. An easy walk from the cottage. Good food and more reasonable than other restaurants. Live music some evenings as well which was fun.

We had a lovely stay at Sonshore Cottage! The house was clean, had a beautiful esthetic, extra beach towels were in the closet for our use, a soft cooler and plenty of ice packs were available for our beach outings, and more! Sarah was also a very responsive host providing us with a lot of local recommendations and help if we had any questions. We will definitely stay at Sonshore Cottage again when we return to Eleuthera!

Dear Alejandra, Thank you for accommodating our proposed booking dates. Self check in was a breeze. We took a leap of faith in selecting our vacation at Coco Plum Hill since you had no reviews. You explained that the renovation of the villa had just finished in April and the listing on the platform had just being uploaded. Wow…so delighted to have been your first guest. The pictures do it no justice. Both main bedrooms have a balcony with spectacular Caribbean views. The kitchen is so well equipped and the furniturings are stylish and comfortable. The outdoors felt like a boutique hotel…lounge areas galore around the house and on the beach. I especially liked rocking on the hammocks while nodding away looking at the turquoise waters. We were 3 couples and we really enjoyed using Coco Plum as a base to explore all that Eleuthera has to offer. Anyone that is considering…run to book this recently renovated property in North Eleauthera. It far exceeded our expectations.

Great location, 2 minute walk from the beach. She was very friendly, responsive and accommodating.

Watercolor was in a prime location close to groceries and the docks for boats. It had wonderful outside sitting areas and plenty of space and privacy for 3 couples. We had cleaning service half way through our visit which was very nice and unintrusive. Anytime we had a question we simply texted Pam and she responded very quickly. Instructions were great, wifi worked well and the beds were comfortable. The deck on top floor made for great star watching and you had a 360 view of the island. Absolutely beautiful. There was a rooster that we had to get used to crowing throughout the wee hours of the morning, but after the first couple of nights we got used to it. And he was a beautiful rooster with a spunky personality, so we adored him.

Can’t believe I just stumbled upon this Airbnb. Loved it!! Will definitely be back again. My son and I felt right at home.

Beautiful spot right next to the sea. We felt very private. There are water shoes that can be used and are helpful to get into the water, as it is all rocks. Josette always replyed very fast to my questions, thankmyou so much for that! We really enjoed this gem.

Our family of 4 had an amazing stay at Rainbow Charm. Our 2 teenagers loved the pool, jumping off the rocks, the hammocks. We have been to Eleuthera 5 times and this is our fav rental when bringing the kids ! The location is great for both north and south beaches/restaurants. We felt safe ( as usual in Eleuthera ) and Chris really knows what guests want at a vacation rental. We didn’t need to reach out to David the caretaker but we did meet him at Mel’s Snack Shack and he’s lovely! We are rebooking the home for our fall trip!

Our Silverairways flight was canceled so we flew in at a different time. Jamie meet us at the dock and gave us her own golf cart to use until the others checked out. She is amazing! We enjoyed the back porch overlooking the sea view! Beds were very comfy. Thanks Jamie, we enjoyed our stay. Nancy L.

My family and I had a wonderful amazing stay at your home. Every day was a beautiful adventure, walking around the island and exploring the beaches and snorkeling. It was serene, rustic, and a breath of fresh air from our busy lives. Glad we brought food as the grocery stores were something to get used to, but it was an adventure, and everybody was so nice. We will for sure come back.

My wife, 2 teenaged children and I had a wonderful time at Pedro and Karen’s place. With its own private beach, it was peaceful and beautiful. The home was very comfortable and perfectly equipped. It was our first time in the Bahamas, and the village of Current provided an excellent glimpse of the evolving island culture. Current Beach is spectacular. We enjoyed driving to other local sights as well and exploring.

Pink Sands cottage is located in an ideal location. Short walk to the beach and you are there in seconds. This beach is one of prettiest I’ve ever seen. Shallow clear blue pristine water and you can walk out into the ocean quite a distance. At the end of the street on located on water way you can rent kayaks and tour through the mangroves. We saw a manatee and dolphins! Lindy’s food truck, Eagles Landing restaurant and the grocery store are all in walking distance. Don’t forget to rent a golf cart. It’s the ideal mode of transportation. We loved the out door shower and our group used that the entire time.

The Bahamas Beach House was a great stay. It’s an extremely charming and homey beach vibe - even better than the photos, in our opinion - with best-in-class beach access. Like all houses on the island, it’s a little worn around the edges and suffers from predictable challenges of grit and bugs. But it was the perfect space for our family with a kid-friendly layout and ample room to host a few friends indoors and out. If we make it back to Spanish Wells, we would definitely book this place again!

Blue Moon was an absolutely amazing right on the Beach at Gaulding Cay Beach. There are no other rentals directly on the beach here. The water was amazing crystal clear just a few steps through the coconut tree. (Not many bugs) We used the SUP and double kayak one afternoon. And everyday we snorkeled the rock everyday. Hanging out listening to the water and coconut trees in a hammock was extremely relaxing. The house has loads of books and a great collection of art. Daddy Joes was just a short walk down the road. Gregory town is just a 4 minute ride in the car. We are looking forward to our next stay. I am dreaming about that beach and hammock!!

We had an absolutely perfect stay here for our anniversary. We felt immediately at home. We miss it so much already. Quiet, private and peaceful little spot in the jungle a short walk to the beach. The instructions they sent were so thorough and helpful. Had a wonderful time exploring the island and having such stunning beaches we visited completely to ourselves most of the time. We rented a vehicle from Chris as suggested in the guide the hosts Mary & Todd sent and he was great.

We had a wonderful stay at "Island Time"! The area is absolutely stunning and the house was everything that we expected. Any issues we had were seen to immediately. We always felt well cared for, and that all of our needs were met. Mellissa's emails were so warm and friendly. It is so obvious that she loves this home and Eleuthera, and we can absolutely see why. Shawne really went above and beyond to help us while we were on the island. You have our extreme gratitude and we are hoping that Eleuthera will one day be home , too!
