Apartment holiday rentals in Soverato

Aldo is a genius. He picked us up at the train station, which was 10 minutes from the accommodation. We arrived in the afternoon and he gave us a beautiful snack with wine. He was always very attentive and responded quickly to my concerns. It was a super necessary stay. I would come back without thinking.

Simple but functional accommodation, equipped with everything you need, we really appreciated the large balcony overlooking the sea equipped with table and chairs, very pleasant for breakfast and lunch. The beach is just a stone's throw away, both free and equipped, just beyond the road and the pine forest. Supermarket 10 minutes' walk, weekly market on Fridays. The area tends to be noisy in the evening and at night due to the frequent passage of cars with loud music and large motorcycles: fortunately, the apartment is equipped with double-glazed windows and air conditioning, so the problem is contained. Alessandro was very kind and helpful: not being present on site, he provided us with the reference of a person to contact for any needs during the stay. Overall rating 100% positive.

Fantastic place for 2, well located in the heart of Soverato. Very clean and tidy with some handy amenities and little nice touches like juice in the fridge. Great communication from Vittorio, always responsive and helpful. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We stayed for two weeks in this beautiful structure recently renovated and found what we are looking for. Absolute peace. The walk through the olive trees rather than the cool that even in this hot August offered the pergola covered by the vine. The beach can be reached in two minutes by car completely deserted and a clean sea. If you want a little more life, just move a few kilometers where you can find some great restaurants. Accommodation according to our point of view to live. It would be absolutely wasted to use it just to go to sleep, but then everyone does what they want. We were greeted by the host's parents, two exquisite people, particularly Mrs. Tina, full of advice on events festivals and more. We had a really good time, our dog liked it too. We'll do our best to come back

Gaetano is very kind and helpful. The place is perfect for a family with two children or three adults. It is immediately next to the Corso and a few minutes walk from the waterfront and the beach.

Everything is impeccable! The house is perfectly furnished, with style, in every detail; the house as well as in the photos and including everything! Kind and friendly owner, absolutely an experience to repeat! Tip!!!

Anthony's apartment is beautifully decorated, very clean and spacious. The apartment is close to the main area of Soverato but far enough away that you area not disturb by all the activity going on. Also just a short walk to the beach area. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Francesco's place in located in a relatively quiet place (gets quite noisy on the weekends, including loud music at the pool in the afternoon). Our kids loved the big pool! We went in the mornings, when it wasn't crowded. We also liked the beach a lot, we went in the evening, when it was quiet and the sunsets were amazing. To access the gym, one needs a key, which I was told, they only give to owners, not guests. Francesco was very kind and found a solution, so that my husband could use it. For me, a runner, the only downside of the location is no paths to run on and roads with no side. Otherwise, we loved the place! The apartment itself was small but more than enough for the 4 of us. My only complaint could be it wasn't supe clean and the kitchen equipment was quite basic (no bread knife or toaster). The air-con was great :) Francesco was always available for questions via messages and replied swiftly. All in all, I would definitely recommend the place! Thank you, Francesco :)

My family and I had a great time in Gabriella's apartment, an extremely good person, who was very helpful in recommending some references in the area and suggesting what to visit. The apartment is equipped with everything you need even for a long stay. I really appreciated the presence of mosquito nets applied to every opening (window) in the apartment. The proximity of the accommodation to the sea is one of its strengths. In short, I consider it a great experience to repeat in the near future.

The stay at Elisa's property was up to expectations. The house is cozy and equipped with everything you need: super equipped kitchen and essential air conditioning with the temperatures of thisyear. Elisa was always available, kind and always attentive to our needs. Experience to repeat.

Marta and Nicodemo are two great hosts! With my partner, we contacted them at the beginning of July and, right away, they were super friendly and professional. They took care of every detail to ensure a great stay at "Conchiglia Blu". Communication was always thorough and quick; the room was impeccable, both for cleanliness and furnishings; surprise, they made us find everything we needed to have breakfast (milk, juices, snacks of various kinds, and so on). Last but not least, a breathtaking view of the sea. The location of the apartment is excellent: "Conchiglia Blu" is located between Squillace Lido and Soverato, as well as a short distance from all the most beautiful beaches of the Costa degli Aranci (never more than a 10-minute drive). On foot, with a maximum of 2, a 5-minute walk, you can reach the Vasche di Cassiodoro and the beaches of Torrazzo and Bilbò. We'll definitely be back to see them!

We have now stayed in Uldrich's apartment for the second time. As with our first stay 3 years ago, the place was very clean and perfectly equipped! Uldrich responds exceptionally quickly to questions and is very helpful. Unfortunately, we only had time for two nights, but we enjoyed this time very much and recovered perfectly. If we are in the area again, we will definitely stay there again!

Elisa was helpful and very kind right away. The apartment is equipped with every comfort, rooms with new furnishings, 3 air conditioners, sofa, TV, washing machine, dishes and everything you need to spend a holiday serenely; there is also a large terrace with table and chairs. The house, located inside a large residence, is only 500 meters from Isca beach and only 14 minutes from Soverato. Perfect stay in everything!

The REAL slow life! If you are looking for relaxation, tranquility and well-being here you will find it: beautiful, bucolic places, silence, the sea (the Ionian is the most beautiful and undervalued in Italy), km of almost deserted free beaches in August, good food (many restaurants/farms in the area at very honest prices) and excellent wines. The villa is perfect for both groups of friends and families! Salvatore is a great host, ask him what you want from your vacation and he will be able to show you the best experiences. Will be back!

We had a great stay here. Place was spotless and had all the basic equipment. We appreciated having the extra toilet and a nice size terrace in addition to a roof deck. Neighbours were also friendly. You do need a car to get around the local area.

Had two nice nights! Great ocean view, close to the sea ( a bit tricky to get to the beach if you have small children though) But the pool at the building was great, and Danilo was a great host. Thank you! :)
