Hesitant to share how great it was because we will be back! The house is in a great location, feels like home, and had anything we could possibly need. Short drive to Siesta Key and several great beaches. Kitchen was perfect for cooking at the house. Pool was perfect for evening swims and the backyard had plenty of room for a game of catch.

Fantastic Airbnb! Seaglass Management and Joy are great to work with. Very responsive! Great location, very safe, amazing pool and jacuzzi, close to downtown, restaurants and the Legacy bike trail. Will definitely book again in the near future.

Vanessa and Nicole’s place was even better than we expected! It was spotless, beautifully decorated and we felt right at home. You can tell how much thought and care they put into even the little things to make guests comfortable. They were friendly and extremely proactive with communication when we reached out about a minor issue with the shower drain. We couldn’t have had a better stay and look forward to coming back in the future!

Our stay at Carol’s house exceeded our expectations! The home was absolutely spotless upon our arrival and it was by far the most well-stocked place we have stayed at. The beds were very comfortable, and accommodated our party of 5 perfectly. We loved using the pool and appreciated all of the towels that were available for use. Additionally, Carol was so flexible with us and provided both early check in and late check out due to our flight schedule. Lastly, the landscaping is GORGEOUS-beautiful tropical plants surround the backyard and made for a very relaxing environment for us to enjoy our morning coffee! We would love to stay here again!

Great place, we enjoyed the house so much, my wife and I really enjoyed it but our 15 yr old dog got a post vacation depression after being at this house. He was so happy and so were we. Great location, the house has everything you need to disconnect and enjoy few days by the pool. Andrew is a very quick responsive host. Perfect place, perfect days!

We just spent 6 days at Coastal on Hyde and none of us wanted to leave! It was the perfect setting for our beach vacation, not directly on the beach. We were looking for something more private with a pool and this was a great choice. The house is centrally located to the gorgeous Siesta Key Beach, the downtown waterfront, the beautiful Marie Selby Gardens, as well as many restaurants. The house itself is open and airy with simple, but elegant furnishings. It felt cozy from the moment we walked in. As others have stated, the pool and backyard were perfect for the adults and the kids. We spent many hours out there and it felt private and peaceful. There is a small park with a playground in walking distance which was fun for the kids to scooter around. The house is well-stocked with plenty of items for the beach and for cooking meals. Luis was very responsive and friendly. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again if we return to Sarasota.

The house was really great as were the hostesses. There were a few things like the air having to be set to 73 and no lower that seemed a bit odd for a summer day in Florida, but there were a ton of ceiling fans that helped keep things cool. The back yard and pool were a perfect little escape and it was a quick uber ride to some nice restaurants. If you want to be walking distance to the beach/water this may not be what you are looking for but Siesta Key is still less than a 20 minute car ride. Overall I would definitely stay with this group again. Instructions were clear and responsiveness/attentiveness was on point!

Lisa' house is amazing, you feel like is you are in your own house. The house has a beautiful decoration, very clean and neat. The space is private and big. Her yard is really nice to spend time with the family doing barbecue, talking and resting. My kids and grandma spend really good time on the play room, playing in the ping pong table and other table games. The house location is perfect, very close of everything. Lisa's guest book is super, it was our guide to visit nice places and eat really good food. She is an amazing host, always helpful and response very quick. I highly recommend it.

We needed a large place for a family reunion and I had specific items needed. We needed king comfortable beds, enough rooms and baths for 11. The master needed to be downstairs for my elderly parents. The living room seating area needed to accommodate all of us. And of course a pool. This house delivered and so much more! Best Airbnb bed I’ve ever slept in. The kitchen was large and clean. We absolutely loved the place and didn’t want to leave. Mike the property mgr was super responsive to any of our needs. Hope to be back next year!

This was our third visit and we just love this house. Already planning another week this falll and maybe a couple of long weekends. The location is perfect to everything we love to do in Sarasota and the size of the house is perfect for us.

We had the most perfect stay at Aubrey’s! We loved everything about it! Great location, so comfortable and nice, close to great restaurants and close to beach as well. The design features of the house and everything in it is very well curated and a house you want to spend time in and enjoy the beauty. The beach chairs and umbrella were perfect for the beach. Such a lovely and stylish home! We enjoyed our stay at Conrad and Honorata’s home near our favorite beach and restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable. My pups and I took leisurely walks during our stay and they excitedly explored the fenced in backyard garden with abundant fruit trees and a large patio area. My favorite was being able to access the patio and backyard right from the master bedroom. This was an amazing convenience during our visit. Looking forward to returning soon!

Matt’s place was perfect for our anniversary trip. He was proactive in his responses and checked in on us once we got settled. We didn’t have to use the whole place for just us two but had we brought our kids, there would have been plenty of room. The place is close to the beaches, dining spots, and shopping. Will definitely return in the future.

We had a great, weeklong stay. This was actually one of the most seamless Airbnb stays I’ve ever had - instructions were clear and the house was as expected. Easy to get to all the nearby beaches, restaurants, and shopping. The host was friendly, accessible and responsive.

Stayed at Adams place for like 8 days or so. Everything was great and we absolutely loved the property. The pool and back patio was great. Would definitely stay here again.

This house was everything and more it was very clean and had everything my family and I needed; 3 bedrooms, tv in every room even a tv outside on the patio, two bathrooms, washer and dryer, the master bedroom was everything... When I return to Florida this will be my place to stay. Thanks Rachel for everything and for always responding to my messages in a timely manner.

We absolutely loved our stay—this was by far the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed in, which made it instantly comfortable and relaxing. The home is beautifully maintained with thoughtful touches throughout. A few suggestions: the pool could use some shade, as the water gets quite warm during the day (almost like a hot tub!). Also, child-safe locks on the exterior doors would be a great addition, especially with the pool and nearby road in mind. For sleeping comfort, heavier curtains in the bedroom or an option to turn off the pool lights at night would help with better rest. The shampoo and conditioner provided were the best we’ve ever used—a small touch that made a big impression. The dishwasher wasn’t working during our stay, but we’re confident the hosts would’ve addressed it if we had reached out. Overall, a fantastic stay—we’d happily return!

Jane’s home was absolutely spotless and beautiful—plenty of space for our girls’ trip of 8. We ran into one issue with unexpected drilling on the back patio from the pool crew, but Jane immediately responded and took action. The problem was quickly resolved, and we were able to enjoy the rest of our weekend without a hitch. The house is stunning—truly even better in person. We spent most of our time in Siesta Key and were pleasantly surprised that the drive/Ubers weren’t bad at all—much closer than expected. I highly recommend this spot and can’t wait to return!
