Felipe fue muy amable con nosotras, además de que respondía mucho rápido. El predio esta muy completo y ten mucha seguridad en el lobby, además, puedes dejar tu equipaje si llegas antes de tu check-in o si sales después de tu check-out, lo que fue una gran ayuda para nosotras. El departamento super limpio y completo, recomendable.

This apartment is a little dream, compact in the most charming way. Every detail felt so thoughtful. From the curated design objects to the vintage furniture, everything had soul. We slept wonderfully up on the mezzanine, in the rose-colored bedding, which I really loved :) Waking up to that view each morning made it all feel a little cinematic. Vítor was incredibly kind, helpful, and always just a message away. The neighborhood felt safe, and getting around was super easy. Ubers were always nearby. There’s even a small washing machine for light laundry loads. Truly, this place had everything we needed and more. Highly, highly recommended. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Grande estadia. Uma vista deslumbrante num lugar muito bacana pra passear. Tive imprevistos na estadia e a resposta dos anfitriões mostrou como eles são preocupados em oferecer um bom serviço. Recomendei para meus amigos e voltaria a me hospedar com eles.

wow just wow.. we are absolutely in love with Quitandinha. We had an amazing time, we got to relax and spend time with our relatives that we haven't seen in 25 years so the place made it extra special. Dona Cida and seu Belchior, no words to describe them, we actually became friends and will definitely come back. I highly recommend this airbnb. Phill was very attentive and replied to my questions within minutes. Thank you Quitandinha for the best 6 days of my life.

Everything was perfect and as described. Renato was great as well. Would highly recommend!

Primeiro as coisas ruins: 1. A caseira estava as 18:30 horas terminando a limpeza; 2. A suíte de fora da casa precisa de reforma, havia umidade nas paredes; 2. As 11:20 a caseira veio nos cobrar a saída do imóvel, quase morri de susto; 3. Tapetes dos banheiro sujos. 4. Alguns travesseiros manchados, mas na com 70% deles limpos. Coisas boas: 1. A casa na parte interna está compatível com as fotos; 2. Caseira educada; 3. Casa sem cheiro de mofo; 4. Lareira com boa vazão de fumaça; 5. Sentimos que a casa é um lar. 6. O Fred está buscando deixar a casa cada dia melhor para a locação. 7. Lugar muito bonito com diversão externa, e seguro. Nós voltaríamos.

Chalé perfeito, com todas as comodidades necessárias a uma excelente estadia. Dos móveis, aos utensílios e roupas de cama, tudo de primeira qualidade. Lugar tranquilo, com boa privacidade e com uma paisagem deslumbrante. Anfitrião atencioso e proativo. Luana, que nos recepcionou, foi solícita e deu várias dicas da região.

Tudo excelente! Limpeza da casa, localização, segurança, tranquilidade, estrutura, colchões, espaços internos e externos, tudo sem exceção muito bom! Elaine e Albert são anfitriões extremamente solicitos e atenciosos, preocupados para que nossa estadia fosse a melhor possível inclusive antes de chegarmos na casa. Curtimos muito e com certeza voltaremos mais vezes.

We loved the many trees and other vegetation surrounding our guest house. We had the chance to observe many bird species (although they moved quickly) as well as marmosets. It was almost like being in a treehouse in a jungle. We also appreciated being able to order groceries for our arrival. The personal attention we received was appreciated. For nature lovers this is an ideal AirBnB.

Alé is truly one of the best hosts I’ve encountered on this platform. He’s genuinely dedicated to helping his guests and goes above and beyond to ensure their stay in Rio is exceptional. If his place is available for your dates, don’t hesitate, you’re in for a real treat. It’s easily one of the best apartments I’ve ever stayed in. When my flight was unexpectedly canceled and my trip got extended, Alé didn’t hesitate to accommodate me. He adjusted the booking and made sure I had everything I needed, without any hassle. El departamento del Bluehaus es muy lindo, fuimos con mi pareja y tiene de todo, muy bien equipada! La pieza en el segundo tiene una vista espectacular, y tambien la terraza. De los mejores barrios de São Paulo, muy cerca de supermercados, restaurantes y tiendas. Fueron muy atentos en responder todas nuestras dudas. Recomiendo de todas maneras!

Alexandre um excelente anfitrião! Apartamento organizado, limpo e bem localizado, com bares, restaurante, farmacia e mercado próximos. Praia linda na frente do residencial. Nota 10 para vc Alexandre !!!
