Loft holiday rentals in Southeast Region

Our stay was very good in Abraão, the loft is small but very cozy, the air conditioning is very cold. We were greeted at the entrance to the pier and this made it much easier for us to find the Airbnb. Everything was clean in the environment. At a time when we were cooking, the gas ran out and I contacted them and it was exchanged in less than 5 minutes, we really liked this proactivity. We would definitely come back more often. The only bad thing is that there was no iron, for these trips it is very complicated to carry an iron in the suitcase, thankfully in the village everyone walks very simple, we left crumpled anyway lol. We highly recommend the environment

Richard's apartment is a little gem of interior design. Located in the heart of Rio de Janeiro's best neighborhood, Leblon, you can find everything you need within walking distance: supermarkets, bars, restaurants, and the beach just a couple of blocks away. Excellent option for a couple who enjoy the dynamics of a vibrant city. We will definitely be back soon.

Fantastic little apartment in Leblon! In a cute area across from a great grocery store. Check in was a little delayed because of a miscommunication but overall a great place to stay.

The location of the accommodation as well as the safety and communication were excellent. However, you have to make compromises in detail. Furniture, windows, bathrooms could be in better condition. Overall, however, the value for money is very good and we would book the apartment again at any time.

THE LOFT IS PERFECT! I felt at home, super comfortable, clean and pleasant! Alain is always helpful, answering some questions and indicating several places to visit in the great Belo Horizonte! The building's concierge is always quick to open the main door, a super safe place! The view of the sunrise is beautiful, all the kitchen equipment works, TV, air conditioning, in short… it's THE PERFECT PLACE! I will definitely return more often, congratulations to the host for the care and kindness shown to the guests!

First, when we arrived at the house, we were already faced with a treat, in addition to the space being clean and fragrant. It was clear that every detail of the house was thought out with great care to welcome customers. Denise left us very detailed instructions and tips on the surrounding places. We feel like we're in a hotel… lol. Well located place and close to everything, we enjoyed it a lot! And we will definitely come back more often.

We loved staying at Everson's house. Everything very organized, clean, well decorated. And Everson is always very attentive and quick to respond!!!

The space is like the description, well-equipped, all very clean, well cleaned bed and bath linens, wonderful shower! Very well located close to the beach, restaurants market pharmacy, great for walking, the apt has items such as coffee powder, salt , shampoo and cond. What is a differential, Julia is great in commotion and practices in the institutions, staff of the very polite building, I loved it all ! The view from the balcony is lindaaaa 🥰

The apartment is very well located, with great restaurants and sights nearby. It is well decorated, cozy and equipped with everything a couple needs for a comfortable stay. It is important to note that the building does not have an elevator — it was not a problem for me, but it is worth attention to those who have some mobility limitation. Because it is in a central region, traffic noise may appear in a few moments, but nothing that has hindered my experience. Overall, I loved the stay!

I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay than Gayatri's apartment. As someone whose been to Rio a few times, it was perfect to just stay here alone and be able to take in the local vibe in the context of the Catete neighborhood. Conveniently located by the metro and also a not-too-far of a walk from downtown, it's a great neighborhood for those looking to stay in the mix without having their experience overwhelmed by tourists. In addition to Gayatri's place being the perfect size for a solo traveler like me (and having everything I needed!), Gayatri also went above and beyond to meet the needs of my arrival and departure times...something she did not have to do! She is also a wonderful person to talk to :)

Great place, great host, central location but not too safe at night Thiago is a great guy and host! Always responsive, met me at check in, helped with the bags, showed me around, took me to the carnaval. Thanks man! The apartment is nice, clean and was suitable for a 2 week stay. Location is okay. Youre literally in the city center, not far from tourist attractions, but it could be quite noisy during the day and not too safe at night. Also theres a Sunday market right next to the building where you can get some great produce. Quite convenient Summary: despite a couple of minor drawbacks, this was a great stay!

Fábio's apartment is very well located, very close to the subway, and easily accessible on foot to several points in the city center. Everything was very clean. The mattress is a firmer type, so for those who prefer softer beds, it may not be as comfortable. The accommodation in general is very good, I would stay again and highly recommend it.

The stay was great, the apartment is very beautiful and well equipped, with easy access to the entire center of Belo Horizonte, the highlight being the view, which is really incredible. The window offers very good natural lighting and gets sun practically all day.
