Excellent location and structure of the condominium The apartment met my expectations and needs. The host always responded quickly, clearly and very politely. I recommend the place for couples, and in my opinion, a third guest is not well accommodated. Thank you Gustavo.

The place is simply wonderful! Literally standing in the sand on a quiet beach 2km from the historical center. Well equipped with all we could need. It is well worth it. Miriam is very attentive and excellent communication. Excellent and highly recommended.

My family and I definitely loved the stay and the accommodations. It has a pleasant and comfortable environment. Plenty of space with a sense of freedom. The apartment is great and has a great leisure area with easy access to the beaches. I would definitely think about coming back and enjoying it even more.

We loved the apartment, very nice view, very complete, everything it offered, the beautiful pool. We had a problem, but we were able to solve it with the owner of the place who was complaining about some scratches on the TVs. I am convinced that we didn't do it because we hadn't even plugged in the one in the room because we didn't use it. But then, luckily, she was able to find out that it had been another guest or the cleaning staff. And I was more relaxed. The only thing to add is that the location is wrong on Google Maps. When you put the address, it marks it in the center of Rua das Pedras, and it's almost at Praia dos Osos. It happened when I arrived and when I called the Uber to take us. Maybe we should fix that. After all, incredible! The attention, the The location, the view, and the equipment that the place has is super complete, nothing is missing.

This place was amazing. From the comfort that felt like home to the views outside the balcony and inside the apartment. Renato was an amazing host and responded to any message with ease and pleasure in a timely manner. The photos don’t do this place justice, it is much nicer in person. Check-in was easy and finding the location with uber as well. I felt no danger in or around the building area at any time. Definite recommendation for anyone wanting to stay in the area.

It was a great experience ! The apartment was super clean and everything was as advertised... with a wonderful view! I hope to return soon .

The house and setting are more breathtaking than the photos allow to show. I've been to Buzios several times and this was definitely the best choice.

The apartment is amazing, better than the pictures. Very large and spacious, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We like to cook and we loved doing it at this place because of the convenience and the variety of utensils available, from wine glasses to lots of pans and cutlery. The view is unparalleled, with the beach and the sea in every room. Dora was an excellent host, attentive, friendly and respectful. The apartment is full of practical and tasteful details. We strongly recommend.

This place is fantastic, the photos on the listing don’t do it justice. It was the perfect, peaceful retreat from carnaval in the city. We had a group of 12 people stay here, and it was perfect for us. The management was very helpful. They helped us book a private boat to Ilha Grande, and coordinate meal plans with Ivanildes, their cook. Ivanildes deserves an award for her cooking. She kept us well-fed with homemade dishes and desserts, and even prepared a meal for us to take on the boat. Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect, but I cannot say enough for the staff who took great care of us.. especially Ivanildes! Would definitely come back with a group this size. If you are considering this for your group, do it. You will not regret it!

The place is just amazing with an incredible terrasse and view of the sea. Very spacious and clean, it was really easy to get there Paulo was responding rapidly although we did not have any issue during our stay. The place is very safe inside a condominium, very quiet, we would totally go back. Wonderfull pool too !!!

Excellent apartment in front of the beach, the view is unbeatable, it is a few blocks from Pedras das Ruas, which is the main street of commercial lovales, another excellent fact is that it is 2 minutes from the street where you can take buses to go to Cabo Frio and Arraial do Cabo. I would not hesitate to stay again.

Amilcar's house is a paradise in the mountains of the Itacaré coast. It is close to São José beach, in a private and safe condominium. You can also walk or drive to Prainha. The interior of the house is a whim and unparalleled comfort, the kitchen is complete, the bedding is of the highest quality, the air conditioners work perfectly, the rooms are spacious, and the staff Kaka and Neia are super attentive, available and polite. Any small problem or extra need we had was quickly addressed by the team. It was a very good stay, we were very satisfied with the experience! Amilcar is quick to respond via chat, and made great recommendations for a driver and cook. We really enjoyed the whole experience, and we'll be back more often if there's an opportunity!

This place is very special. It was our first stop for our honeymoon. The location it is great, beautiful and peaceful, we had no issues to commute with Uber during the day and evening. The apartment is cozy and has the best view of Joating beach. We enjoyed a lot our stay here, and we hope we can visit again soon! Thank you Tatiana for hosting us!

Nathalie’s place in Mamangua was spectacular in every way. The property is stunning with wonderful places to sit or lie down around every corner. At each spot is a private view of the water. The main house is cozy and comfortable and super clean. The kitchen has everything needed to cook, and Dadico’s restaurant is steps away for fresh seafood meals and yummy caipirinhas. The suites are beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. Big thanks to Eni and Renildo. For their excellent, friendly service! I have stayed at a number of places in Mamangua, and Nathalie’s place is TOP! Highly recommend!

Everything is spectacular, the house is beautiful, super quiet, we loved being surrounded by nature. Rafael, who welcomed us and saw us off, is a genius, always very attentive, always very willing to do what we needed. It far exceeded expectations! The pictures does not do this amazing house justice. The views are even better in person. The house was soooo clean and comfortable. There was a group of us staying here and it was perfect. The outdoor kitchen was perfect for bbq. The beach was walkable. The Caribbean of Brazil. I have already recommend this house to many friends and family. Ana was extremely responsive and helpful! An amazing host! The attention to detail is amazing. Honestly the best Airbnb I have never stayed at. 100% recommend

Danilo is an actively responsive host. Check-in was seamlessly integrated; Given I had an early flight arrival, accommodations were made behooving my friend and I. The location is in the heart of Copacabana. For any excursions I booked, the air bnb was always inside the pickup zone, enabling transportation to pick us up and drop us off right outside the door. Restaurants along the beach side are within walking distance. Face recognition access allowed easy access in and out of the building. The building provides 24/7 building security, all visitors must be registered with the host at least 3 hours in advance, including full name and ID number. Otherwise, they won’t be allowed to enter the building. The pool is roughly around 4 1/2 feet deep. Overall I would return, Danilo kept contact throughout my stay as well as the front desk offering assistance as needed.

Amazing place to relax and forget about everything outside. Exceptional view. And very nice service to keep our of the duties. Don't hesitate to try it. Worth every penny.
