We had a great stay! The house is exactly as in the photos — modern, very comfortable, clean and extremely well cared for, with all the necessary items for a couple. The decoration really caught our attention, everything was impeccable. The condominium is very safe and quiet, which made us feel very comfortable throughout the stay, we felt at home! A special highlight goes to Ohanna, who was super kind, always quick to respond and very proactive in ensuring that everything was perfect for our stay. We recommend for sure and look forward to coming back soon!

The house is impeccable, exactly like the photos! Simone, who is responsible for taking care of the house and receiving the guests, was EXTREMELY kind and helpful even before check-in. It's worth every penny to hire her services! The view from the house is sensational, the whole land itself a delight! But we ended up making the mistake of following WAZE and ended up on a dirt road that would shorten the stretch but due to the rain it was impossible to pass, as there is zero lighting or cell phone signal! You have to follow the house instructions that Simone sends before the stay, the signs or GOOGLE MAPS!

We went to our honeymoon, could not have chosen better accommodation than this one, we love the days we spent there, and we will definitely go back, Glenda is very kind and helpful, note a thousand, thank you very much Glenda, very soon I will be back.

Marcelo’s place is truly special and absolutely worth a visit! Super comfortable and surrounded by lush forest, it feels like staying in a charming treehouse. The bedrooms are cozy, with high-quality bed linens and towels provided in more than enough quantity. The bathrooms are excellent, with hot, relaxing showers. The kitchen is chef-worthy — fully equipped and seamlessly integrated with the outdoor area, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. The jacuzzi works perfectly and stays nice and warm. Marcelo is a top-notch host: always available, incredibly kind, full of great tips, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable — even gifting us a bottle of wine and a delicious cake. We loved every moment and will definitely be back!

The house is a charm. Exactly as in the pictures. The sauna and the fireplace space are great. The outdoor bathtub was perfect, surrounded by nature. Everything was clean. We were greeted with treats, a wonderful cake and aimpim. Clalziane's husband showed us all the details of the house and we had no difficulty. Very close to the center of Lumiar and it was easy to go out for a walk and dinner.

Our stay with Jeanne was excellent, we had a great weekend at the house. The view is impeccable and the house is larger than it appears in the photos, very comfortable. All the tiredness of the stairs is worth it lol As my boyfriend and I cooked during the stay, we only missed spoons for cooking but nothing that would have bothered us much. Jeanne is very friendly and did not mind receiving us earlier.

Super surprised us the place. Everything very beautiful, well decorated, cozy, had everything we needed. Surrounding nature very exuberant. This was a sensational experience.

"Amazing experience!" I had a wonderful week at this house, celebrating my birthday with friends, and it was perfect! The house is beautiful, the photos correspond to reality, with environments integrated into the leisure area and swimming pool. The location is excellent: a 10-minute walk to the center and 15 to Praia do Mucugê (on the way back, we took a van because of the hill, super practical). The beds are extremely comfortable, and the bed and bath linens are of great quality, always impeccably clean and changed frequently, which further elevated our experience. The services are impeccable, with high-level cleanliness and an excellent breakfast, prepared by Bruno and his team, always with a lot of variety and quality. I thank Meire, the hostess, Dajuda and her assistant for their care with the cleaning, and Bruno and his team for the impeccable coffee. I will definitely be back and recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay!

The dream house is truly a dream. It was two amazing nights. The rooms have a breathtaking view, the house has an affectionate decoration. Martha was very helpful and always responded very quickly. We hired a cook who helped us over the weekend and made the stay even more comfortable. The waterfalls are very close to the house and Paraty is only 15 minutes away. The pool was at a great temperature! We were able to enjoy the water even with 22 degrees of outside temperature.

Nice house, beautiful and in a quiet location. I think it's a good stay for 4 people. There were 6 of us and at the dining table there were only 4 seats and 4 chairs, as well as some kitchen utensils like tea cups. As there were 2 children in the group and in a vacation mood, we didn't mind eating sitting on the living room floor and resting the plate on the coffee table. It was no surprise, as we saw in the photos, but depending on the group, it can be an important point. We were unable to use the Jacuzzi because it takes a long time to heat up and you can't turn it on with the house's electric shower because the circuit breaker trips. When we returned from the beach in the late afternoon, there was always someone wanting to take a shower and remove the sand from their body before entering the Jacuzzi, so we couldn't keep it on long enough to warm up. With the cold water, no one went in, unfortunately. It would be interesting if they could improve the electrical issue to fix that.

It was a great stay, the space is perfect for the family with children, who had super fun and enjoyed it from start to finish. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The layout of the house is a delight. The whole thing works and justifies the photos of the ad. Nos Attended super well. Air-conditioned swimming pool, super heated jacuzzi, a delight to enjoy the evening. Amamos! Thank you. We'll definitely be back

Place is outstanding. We go to Buzios 3+ times/yr from San Diego for 25 years. Had been renting another home nearby this one (since the views anywhere on the mountain/hill ridges here and above Praia Joao Fernandez are best in Buzios, IMHO) & want to have another "go to" home so we decided to try Poul's. We'll be back!! Noteworthy about this home (if you're American and worried about safety -- welll, as Americans frequently are) is that it's in a 6-home "closed condominium" . . meaning a 'secure-code gated community'. The word "condominium" does NOT translate in Brazilian portuguese to the the American "condominium" (which means an "apartment(s)" in Amer. english. So don't be confused when seeing that word here. Means 'gated community'. So if safety is an issue for you (and frankly it shouldn't be) then this home being in a "gated community" is great. Also the 6-home pool ajoins Poul's villa so it feels like it's "yours" & plenty big enough for early laps & exercise (biggest + !!)

The stay was wonderful. Definitely one of the best Airbnbs I've ever stayed at. Beautiful and clean and cozy environment. We had a wonderful time there! The only tip is that the refrigerator is small, which limits the preservation of some foods. But we took a cooler for the drinks and we had no problems with it. In addition, Bia is super attentive and responds quickly! It's super worth it! We already want to go back!!!

We had incredible days in the cabin. I thank the hosts Michael and Bia who accommodated us very well and made themselves available for whatever we needed, and also made us feel very comfortable, in addition to total privacy. The place is super quiet and it was easy to find with the GPS and Michel's tips. The cabin matches the photos shown. She's beautiful in every detail.

The view is beautiful, breathtaking. The house is modern, complete, clean. We arrived and the house had music playing, waiting for us! True SPA, everything working. Hot ceiling shower, with great flow, super comfortable bed and pillows. Fluffy and fragrant towels. Big screen... fireplace... All very tasteful! And Filipe is an example of a host.

Perfect cottage, complete, well-equipped and comfortable. The surrounding nature brightens the space. As for convenience, there is hot water at all points, a well-equipped kitchen and accessories that make the stay even more pleasant.

The chalet is beautiful, has an incredible view and is exactly as in the photos. Everything was impeccably clean and fragrant, the kitchen is complete, it has several utensils and appliances minimally thought out for a perfect stay. The bathroom also had everything and a little more than we expected. It was a unique experience, without a doubt it exceeded our expectations. The cabin is beautiful and very cozy, with a simply unique view. Marquinhos, who serves breakfast, is extremely polite and kind. The coffee is delicious, very well served and made with affection. The dirt road to get there is good and accessible with a regular car, no need for an SUV or truck. Thelma and Klaus were great hosts: polite, attentive and always quick to respond. The experience was amazing from start to finish. Looking forward to returning!
