Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Southchase

Very good location for those going to Disney and Universal parks. Flexible check-in, and well explained by the host. Ana responded very quickly to our questions. We had a problem with the window that got stuck, but it was resolved very quickly. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, clean, with all necessary kitchen utensils (only the stove is a little weak, but functional). The hot water in the shower worked perfectly and so did the air conditioning. Overall, a great stay, especially for the easy communication with the hosts.

I’ve stayed at several airbnbs and this one was one of these best, Maria was super accommodating when I asked if she had a WiFi box I could plug into for work. The place was clean very well and even had everything you needed for a stay. Would recommend 10/10

The place is located in a nice area, the rooms are nice and clean, then owner is in good and fast communication, very helpful. To be able to use a nice swimming pool and a gym, that is very good. Parking is easy, there are many available paring places around. I would love to come back when next time we come!

Our stay in Orlando was wonderful! The house perfectly met our expectations: spacious, well-equipped, excellent location and everything very clean and organized. Communication with the host was also always quick and efficient. The only point that prevented it from being 100% impeccable was a problem with the dishwasher, which even with the technician's visit, could not be resolved during our stay. But other than that, everything was perfect and we would certainly stay here again!

Everything was great! The house was amazing, the pictures were just like the listing, some things were not there but it wasn’t a big deal. William was the best host, was very responsive and was very helpful! Would definitely come back to this place!! The bed was a little hard but you get used to it, overall 9/10 stay!

The accommodations are exactly as pictured and was in a perfect location with so many places around. Also, you couldn't ask for a more considerate, friendly and informative host. The recommendations and instructions given were extremely helpful.

I was attracted the photos on display and the pad was actually bigger than I expected. The interior is real nice and the surrounding neighborhood was eye pleasing aswell. Visited all the way from Texas and I felt right at home. It's a comfortable place and I highly recommend it.

We stayed here right after our cruise before heading home, and it was perfect! Only about 10 minutes from the airport, so super convenient. I saw someone mention the neighborhood in a review, but honestly, once you walk into the house, it’s a total wow. The remodel looks amazing! The heated pool in the backyard was a huge hit our kids loved it, and the adults did too. There’s even a Bluetooth speaker in the bathroom, which my teenage niece thought was so cool. The house was super clean, modern, and really comfy. We had such a fun time. Thanks for a great stay!

Alie’s place was amazing! Extreme clean and modern. Pool and lounge are were perfect! Great place to just relax by the pool and get some sun. It is in a good location and close to everything we needed. We will definitely stay again!

Easy to get a hold of

This was our second stay at Guylaine’s condo and it was fantastic again and we’ll definitely be back!! We love everything about the condo, the resort and location. The pools are wonderful and the condo feels just like being at home, it has everything you need. The location is so close to Disney, stores and restaurants, it couldn’t be better. Guylaine is the most wonderful host, so kind, accommodating and responds so quickly to any questions. I would highly recommend her place! You will be so happy if you choose her place to stay. We enjoyed our stay at Ryan’s place! The place was pristine and just as pictured. I loved the extra towels, blankets, and stocked coffee station. Ryan was communicative (without being annoying) and was extremely accommodating! We didn’t use the shuttle service for the parks, since we had a vehicle, so I can’t comment on that. My kids enjoyed late night swims after days at Universal Studios and Epic Universe, which were both about a 20-minute drive from the place. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who will be visiting Disney or Universal Studios!

Kathy's condo at Floridays Resort was perfect for our needs. We were only there 2 nights for a trip to Discovery Cove. The condo is close to Discovery Cove and Sea World as well as tons of restaurants and shopping. The interior is clean and there are plenty of linens and towels. There were paper towels, dishwashing detergent, garbage bags, TP, etc. for 2-3 days. The kitchen is equipped with the minimum: dinnerware for 4, 1 pot, 1 skillet, 1 spatula, 1 serving spoon, 1 baking sheet, 1 baking dish, etc. It was adequate for our stay because we didn't do any real food preparation. If you plan on doing any serious cooking, you may want to bring your own cookware and knives. The resort grounds are tropical and beautifully landscaped. The outdoor hallways are looking a little tired and could use a good cleaning. There is a small pool fairly close by. The main pool and pool bar/shop, is on the opposite side of the resort so a decent walk.

We liked the home style and the convenience to surrounding areas. This apartment is quiet, big and clean, We had a very comfortable stay! Thank you!

We’ve stayed at several rentals in Orlando before, and this one has definitely been our favorite. The apartment was spotless, very well equipped, and had everything we needed. The location is excellent, very safe and quiet, and close to everything we needed. We really enjoyed the peaceful view over the lake to the pool area behind it. The pool with the lazy river was nice and added to the relaxing atmosphere. Joanne was very quick to respond and helpful throughout our stay. Would absolutely come back.

Absolutely loved the place! Will stay there again in the near future. Amazing host and great location. Right next to local supermarket which is a plus! I recommend this spot 10/10
