Paulo’s place was spacious. Copacabana beach is a 8 minute walk and he provides the chairs. There is also A/C in every room. I’d recommend staying here as an American traveler.

The balcony is very comfortable and has an unbeatable view. Carmen was very kind. We will definitely come back. I recommend them 100%, to the whole community.

Beautiful apartment, wooden floors, double glass windows, laundry, complete kitchen… but above all: amazing beach front view over Copacabana. Copacabana is the heart of Rio… there is always something going on. Amazing.

We had a great stay! The host was very attentive and detailed in the information, as well as very flexible with the check-in and check-out times, which was essential since we were coming straight from abroad to visit our relatives. The apartment is small but cozy, ideal for a comfortable stay. All necessary utensils were available, although some dishes and pots already show signs of prolonged use and could be replaced. Communication with Luiz was always quick and clear. We already knew the condominium from other visits to Brazil and we will certainly stay here again. We recommend it!

The apartment is perfect for resting. Full kitchen, with washing machine and an impeccable view! Easy access to the beach and indoor pool. Pedro is very friendly and made himself available all the time. I highly recommend it!

Our stay was great. From check in to check out. Apartment was just like described and looked like the photos. Has a fully secured gate at the front so you feel totally safe. Even when we had to checkout, silvana told us we could still use the apartment if we wanted to shower or chill out till we leave. They even offered us a dinner before we left but unfortunately we didn’t have time. Thank you for making our stay in rio brilliant. Obrigado!

The apartment is very nice, just like the photos. It had all the appliances, dishes and pans in excellent condition.

The accommodation is in excellent location, close to Lapa and only 5 minutes from the Glória metro station. Neighborhood has restaurant amenities, bars, market, pharmacy. Portaria works 24h, and the spacious, illuminated and ventilated accommodation. It exceeded expectations. The host responds proactively. I recommend and rebook without a doubt.

The location is excellent. The architecture is beautiful. The furniture has good taste and the overall feeling of the neighborhood is a 10/10. Matheus is also a great host. He was very responsive and allowed me to do a late check-out, which was greatly appreciates. as my flight was leaving as 9 pm. 100% recommended.

The place is very cozy and super spacious for a group of 4. We all slept comfortably and had a great time. It is very centric. He responds super fast to everything and is very attentive to any message. Loved staying here.

Marcelo and Isabel Very welcoming and kind. Speak French very well which is a big plus for us who don't speak Portuguese. The house is beautiful, a haven of peace. Our place was clean when we arrived, access by elevator and shower with a view of the sky, it was great. The pool is a meeting place with the owners and the other occupants, all very friendly. Very convenient Uber when you don't want to walk up from the Gloria metro. Access to all the tourist places of Rio, very good location of the accommodation. Alexandre is simply the perfect host, always helpful before, during and even after check-outs. The apartment itself was impeccable. Everything was perfect, from cleaning to check-in and check-out. It is basically down to the beach so the location could not be better. I enjoyed my 14 days there and will most likely come back

Everything is very clean and organized, close to the market, pharmacy, convenience store and one block from the sea... very well located! Kite and polite staff. Very well-equipped apartment. Silvia (host) is very polite and helpful, I had no problems with anything. I will definitely come back more often. I recommend it!

Wonderful apartment and location for first time visitors! Super close to the metro but also walkable to plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, cafes. The apartment was easy to check in and flexible. 24/7 front desk who are also very friendly and always a sense of security. The apartment has everything you could possibly need. Simply great! The location is great, the apartment was clean, it has everything in the kitchen. Building with good structure. 24-hour market practically in the building. In front of the beach. Hosts respond quickly. It is a little above average in value, but it compensates for the benefits. It can only really fit four people, but it's very cozy. Everything is complete, with iron, vacuum cleaner, sandwich maker. The refrigerator freezes well. It needs more outlets, and the air is the "window" type, it makes noise, a split would make the experience perfect. I will definitely return.
