We were made to welcome to the listing. It is a small place but very cozy and well equipped. The wardrobe and bathroom cabinet help to accommodate suitcases and other belongings. The refrigerator is large, allowing you to shop and cook at home for days. I also loved the convenience of having a small hair dryer and an iron available. The place was extremely clean when we arrived. The gym doesn't have a lot of equipment, but it's a lifesaver, and the pool is super well maintained and heated. As for the location, during the day it is very quiet but at night I did not risk walking around. Inside the building, I felt safe. It has a 24-hour concierge and a facial recognition system at the entrance. Also at night, the noise of the VLT and street noises can bother those who have lighter sleep, but nothing that makes it impossible to sleep. In short, we really enjoyed the stay. The host was great and the building and accommodation also leave nothing to be desired!

Only 20 minutes walk from centre or 10 by car, also walking distance from Escadaria Selaron (very tourist place). The place has amazing views from the swimming pool I was able to see the sunrise and the sunset every day. With local shops all around the building if you’re like me that like to stay and cook some times, if not there’s a lot of restaurants that you can find in the area. I had an amazing experience staying at Emilia’s place. 100% recommended.

The space is excellent, cozy, efficient and very well used. When using the space, I kept thinking about how happy the creators of the apartment project were to take advantage of all the space. It has more than what is necessary for a good stay. Highlights for the very good gas shower; the efficient air conditioning; the safe system for removing the keys; the location. Sometimes I'm afraid to rate it so well because I run the risk of never having availability again, because the competition for future rentals will be great. But it's worth praising. The space corresponds to the photos of the ad. Clean and well equiped place. Igor is totally willing to resolve and answer any questions, before and after check-in. Very good location. Close to the subway, there is a lot of shopping around. Comfortable and cozy space. I'll be back more often.

A very comfortable apartment on the 31st floor, which allows for very nice views of the city. It has furniture, appliances and utensils that are very useful for travelers. The terrace is very nice and the pool is phenomenal, heated and large. The location is excellent, some nearby places are the Museum of Tomorrow, Uruguiana, Monasterio San Benito, Real Gabinete, Confiteria Colombo, Convento de San Antonio, just to mention the closest but in Uber you can quickly get to many other places in less than 10 min. Eliane was always attentive, responded quickly, and maintained good communication at all times. This apartment, which is in the heart of this great and beautiful city, is highly recommended.

The apartment is exactly as in the photos. Impeccable, new, clean. Although Lapa is known to be a dangerous area, the apartment is located on a safe and well-lit street. I felt safe even walking at night. It's very close to the subway. Fundamental for Rio de Janeiro. Matthias was very kind and helpful. Excellent option for traveling is the accommodation.

Sergio's attention was very good both in the previous days giving us information and later. The apartment is spacious, has all amenities and was very clean. Excellent beach view, with amenities and security. We found it clean, complete and tidy. We recommend!

Alexandre is simply the perfect host, always helpful before, during and even after check-outs. The apartment itself was impeccable. Everything was perfect, from cleaning to check-in and check-out. It is basically down to the beach so the location could not be better. I enjoyed my 14 days there and will most likely come back

Olivia’s place is absolutely perfect. Very charming and nicely decorated. Very spacious and well equipped. Perfect for families! We were 5 there, me and my wife, a 75y old and my 2 kids (12 and 9 year old). It was perfect for all. Spotless clean and located at a very quiet/calm residential part of Leblon, but at same time at only a 5min walk (literally) from everything good Leblon has to offer (beach, restaurants, bars, nice shops). Very safe and modern building with all amenities. Garage spot should you need one a major plus. Olivia is a wonderful host (very responsive and make you feel at home). Don’t hesitate to book it.

New, clean, organized, super-equipped and quiet apartment. Great location for central tourist spots and the hospital area. Bruna has always been very solicitous, attentive and resolute. I highly recommend it and will return when necessary. Thank you!

This was a great stay. Would definitely stay again. The rooms, pool and yard were beautiful too. It is a little bit away from all the things happening for carnival but only 10/15 min and uber is so cheap that it was absolutely perfect. Being able to be in carnival chaos and get away to peace and quiet was amazing actually. Especially compared with hotels or other Airbnb options 100% would recommend!

Great stay! Matt was super helpful and accommodating, even through our accidentals. There was more than enough space for the 9 people that stayed in the home. We loved the authenticity and views the house had to offer. We felt safe and secure at all times. the house is on a mountain so there aren’t any stores or restaurants walking distance but Ubers are super cheap! This is a great house for someone that just wants a beautiful nature retreat. The house could have used a deep clean & there were bugs that found their way in, but we knew were in the jungle so we brought raid! Overall we had a great stay & would recommend for sure 👍🏾

Elisa was kind, thoughtful and accommodating and her place was magical! Great location, wonderful view and she has the sweetest puppy. It was a great home base to experience Rio in a different way than the average tourist. You will love it, we did! Thank you, Elisa!

The house is a dream! The architecture mixes with the nature of the surrounding garden, it is even more beautiful in person. The region, although away from many points of Rio, is of an unparalleled peace and privacy! My friends and I spent 2 days at the house and enjoyed it all! We only miss spices to have a barbecue, nothing that would compromise the experience, but here's the tip for the owner, a little salt of nothing would work for us haha, but again, note 10!
