This stunning guest house is situated on a beautiful semi-rural farm, in the heart of the Waikato. It boasts a romantic, old-fashioned and cosy ambience. It is the perfect getaway for all - honeymooners to holiday-makers. One of the most special additions to this homestay is the fresh water cedar and stainless steel hot tub! We also provide a gourmet breakfast ready to be cooked.

Inside our spacious newly renovated Black Cottage, you have a small full kitchen with farmhouse sink, large fridge/freezer, gas cooktop, microwave, air fryer, and Nespresso. In the lounge area there’s a smart screen tv- Netflix . Through the slider barn door to a large bedroom with plush king bed, laden with luxury linen and a walk in wardrobe leaving you ample space,+ comfortable reading chair. Walk though to the walk in tile shower, handbasin and toilet- there is also a Laundry in your room.

Woodlands Cottage Rural Rotorua

Woodlands Cottage is set in rural country surroundings. You can enjoy views of native bush and farmland, you may even glimpse some sheep or cattle. The garden with native shrubs and trees attracts a variety of bird life along with a fish pond. There is a large outdoor area with a beautiful vintage claw bath for you to enjoy a soak under the stars. Loads of parking and room for large boats/trailers etc. Rotorua is within 20 minutes drive. The Pink House

This lovely small cottage originally came into my family as a retirment home for my (then) 90 year old mother, Olive. She loved the place except for its original colour and so promptly painted it Pink. The house has many of her touches still in it, such as the cross stitch pictures framed on the walls. Nana Olive was well known through Tokoroa for her hospitality and warm welcome she offered at the Pink House, and we are delighted to continue this tradition.

Aranui Lake House

Welcome to our well-apportioned, sunny bach with a big back yard for the kids to run around (with trampoline). Clean and tidy with super comfy beds - read the reviews! It's a 2-minute walk to the lake front. Relax on the beautiful back deck at the end of your days of activities in the area. If you're a larger group and need another bach, check out the next door property, Waipoua Lake House, which is just as comfortable. Linen and cleaning is included.
