Great place for a relaxing weekend getaway. Plenty of parking, also easy commute to Newcastle/Sunderland/Durham.

Love this place, right by the beach, and a beautiful beach too. The host was so responsive and helpful from start to finish. The place was immaculately clean, just as described, lovely and warm with all the utensils and appliances working exactly as they should. Easy to walk to town, with a Co-Op and pubs and restaurants there. Shower pretty good too. Family bathroom and a small but useful en-suite to the main bedroom

We had a lovely break. The position of the caravan overlooking the sea is one of the best on the site and it had everything we needed. We’d very happily go back for another stay.

Lovely stay in Whitley Bay at Claire’s caravan. On the edge of the park closest to the sea so great views of the coast and lighthouse. We were lucky with the sunsets - they were beautiful! Recommended!

I live local to Kim's Airbnb only staying there while I was having building work done and needed a pet friendly home for 1week Been a local and have walked past this street many time and have always wanted to see inside....did not disappoint...thanks again Kim .. fabulous x

The cottage was absolutely beautiful and exactly what we needed! the views were absolutely beautiful and the area was peaceful and relaxing. The welcome guide was so indepth and had recommendations for everything! Would definitely come back again!

A real home away from home! The property had pretty much everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable, and the linen and towels smelled fresh and lovely. The sofas were also incredibly comfy. The blinds did let in quite a bit of light, which may just be a personal thing as I find it hard to sleep without complete darkness. A few small touches like milk, oil, and pepper would’ve been appreciated, but not a big deal as the corner shop was very close. The bottle of prosecco was a lovely surprise. It’s a genuinely beautiful place in a great location, with scenic walks, friendly locals, and lovely pubs. Easy to get a taxi into the city centre too. I can be quite particular, but this place definitely passed the test! Would absolutely recommend — thanks again!

Exactly what it says on the tin! Great house with 3 good bedrooms and two sofa beds. The hot tub was the highlight of the visit for sure, and the kitchen was also very handy. The sauna was really good for drying up after getting out of the tub.

This house is absolutely insane. The photos do not do it justice, it’s stunning. We came for a hen weekend. we were not there to party, we wanted a chilled weekend and that is what we got. All the rooms are absolutely stunning. We were overwhelmed how nice the house was. The gym, hot tub and sauna just adds to how great the house is. I can’t forget the games room upstairs, that was an added bonus too and was just amazing. I would 100% recommend this house for any families or friends wanting a nice chilled weekend. Mark and Sarah are always there either by email or phone and are quick to sort out any issues. Each room is clean and stunning ready for you arriving. What an amazing house. We were all gutted to leave as it was so lovely. Will definitely be going back.

Location was great for getting into Newcastle and also for Stadium of Light and Roker. We had plenty of space.

Stayed for a weekend to visit family nearby. House is super clean and presented beautifully. Really good location- quiet road but very close to lots of shops and restaurants. Thoroughly recommend as a base when in this area. Thank you

We were up visiting family for the weekend and stayed at Steve and Viv’s place. The house is lovely and is exactly as described. Bathroom had a lovely rainfall shower and toiletries were provided. Instructions were very clear and they communicated very well. As previously mentioned the 3rd bedroom has a small narrow bed, which I would say is only suitable for a child, we were a party of 4, so didn’t need it. It was in an area we already know and was perfect for our needs. It was very easy to travel into Newcastle itself via bus, which stopped opposite the property. I would recommend this property. I have just had a perfect stay here, the property is ideal for Jesmond and Heaton, great for parents and friends visiting those living nearby. The house is new and well proportioned, it has all you need for a comfortable stay. It is light and airey, well decorated and spotlessly clean. Parking was plentiful, the road is a cul de sac so is much quieter. It is located near to pubs, resturants and bars and has shops all within 5 to 10 minute walk. The bed was really comfy, great kitchen and bathroom facilities. Nice touches such as games and books, netflix and freeview. The pool table was an added bonus, I stayed alone but still played pool and loved it, sadly I still managed to lose 2 games after potting the white with the black! 🫣. I would recommend the pool table house to anyone planning a trip to Newcastle.

Lovely, clean, well decorated, and up to date property. The rooms are a great size for all guests and having two bathrooms and a small toilet downstairs really helped. The kitchen was well-stocked and had everything we needed. The garden was a lovely sun trap. It is a very quiet and well looked after neighbourhood and a very short walk to the beach, bars and restaurants. I would recommend the walk into the main part of Tynemouth (Front Street) as it has great restaurants, shops and bars. There is a taxi rank here which can take you back to the house if you dont want to walk. Lisa and Gavin provided great information and kept in touch throughout our stay. We would stay here again.

Amazing little house. Perfect for my work colleague and I to stay in for a long weekend working. Local pubs did good food. Nice walks/runs on the beach.

Spacious, comfortable,well equipped and pristine. Plenty of storage. The view is breathtaking and the sea is never boring! lol. A classy lodge ! I could live there ! Paula is a great host! Through the gate and a short walk to the mile long prom , sandy beaches and the high street which has retained many small independent shops. Friendly , Newbiggin by the sea has been added to my favourite places list!
