Holiday rentals with a patio in South Tampa

It was perfect for our needs. A quick trip with an overnight stay was perfect.

Cute place and a great location! Close to the aquarium, restaurants, etc and not too far from the beach either. We really enjoyed eating at Armature Works just down the street! Taylor was easy to get ahold of and always responded quickly.

The location of Greisy’s place was exactly where we needed it for what we came in town for. The home was clean and quiet. We had no issues at all and would stay there again. Thank you!

We had a great time in Richard's place. It was easy to find and check in, a great location for our trip, and there were lots of little thoughtful items like snacks and waters for us. Super nice in the Florida heat. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful, and the house felt nice and private. Richard was clear on check-in instructions and flexible on timing for us. He also was very responsive during the stay when we had questions or concerns. We definitely would stay here again. 10/10

Great stay. Olivia’s place was in a great location. Restaurants and stores within walking distance. We were here for a concert weekend, about 25 min walk from Raymond James Stadium. The place was clean, great AC, and had all the necessary essentials for our stay. Olivia is very responsive and had clear instructions before and during our stay. Will be back here again when I come back to Tampa.

I would recommend this space to others! I know it was my nice because my mom mentioned it several times haha. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. I especially liked sitting on the deck. Below are just some highlights and considerations for others. Highlights: As described Clean Spacious Very safe Enough space for two cars parking one in front of the other Beautiful mango tree out front There’s a neighborhood Peacock! Beds are comfy Communicative hosts Convenient location for walking and/or driving to places easily Full kitchen and laundry with supplies including dishes, basic seasonings, laundry detergent, tea kettle, the keurig thing, body wash, etc Considerations: Parking is narrow and when there’s someone in both a and b. It can feel too close to the fence or close to the trash cans depending on which side you’re on. 10am feels like an early checkout to me. I wish it was at least 11am like hotels since they still have the 4pm check in.

Stayed here when working for Metallica in Tampa over the weekend I was there. Overall the location was decent with a lot of things close by. You definitely will need a car or Uber around but was overall a good experience. The Ac unit in the room did leak water the first day I was there but the host handled it very quickly and got it situated.

You’ve probably read many reviews. All are true, exceptional stay. Here’s what I think you might want to know. It’s a party scene on the weekend, Ybor comes alive, the balcony is perfect for watching all the action. You are below a Cigar bar but you don’t smell it in the room or from the balcony. The bar has music, it’s enjoyable and not too loud. You can not hear anything from inside the room. During the “party” hours there were Police in front of the building checking ID’s for the bar. Although we never felt unsafe, that was nice. The patrons use the same elevator but they are unable to stop on your floor without the code it takes to access the third floor. The only thing you might not like is the parking. It’s close enough for walking. We found it less hectic to park and wheel our stuff the half a block verses unloading at the curb. We used The Ybor Trolley system almost the whole time. No drinking and driving. If you want an exciting experience, this is what you are looking for.

We had a very comfortable stay. The place was as described with comfortable furnishings. The location was great. The area was peaceful. We felt right at home. Great communication with Catherine who is very responsive. If in the area, we would definitely return. Thank you!

A private paradise! This was the best part of our family vacation. The house was immaculate and organized. The outside area was amazing. I loved enjoying morning coffee in the hot tub everyday and listening to all the birds. I will be back.

Amazing place love the decor and setup really felt like home away from home

The place was very open, comforting, and modern. I brought 7 guests including myself and again, it was very comfortable. It is part of a duplex but still has plenty of space for parking and very spacious. We had no issues with the other side of the building. The host was very responsive, positive, and friendly. I would highly recommend this place especially if you want to be close to inside the city.

Our stay was perfect for what my husband I needed…close my sons home…comfy furniture…well equipped kitchen…comfy beds and lots of pillows(a little low for older folks)…my only suggestion would better towels…they were a bit rough!!! Also the screened in porch would a nice addition with a little upgrading!!! Over great week!!!

Great house - loved the pool!

Upon arrival the place smelt very nice and was clean. It’s a cute and cozy place perfect for 2!

Andrea was a blessing and so was her home! Every one loved it ! Beds were comfy! Snacks came in as needed! Definitely will be booking again when I’m in town again! Highly recommend!

GOOD VIBES!! This condo is amazing! Waterfront, had a bar and food, spots to lay out and tan, heated pool. Chris was an amazing host, let us check in early, super clean, smelt good inside, super responsive , accommodating and helpful. Will book again in the future. thank you!!! 5 stars:)

Beautiful home, very cute and amazing view as soon as you open the door. Everything is clean and adorable. Everything you need, and there is a bar, pool, sand area with chairs and tiki shades, swings, easy to get into and out of, parking was a breeze. Close to the interstate and local foods and beaches. Saw dolphins from the balcony both mornings!! Beautiful place, I’ll definitely stay again. Also, kid friendly! They have a pack and play, a fan, air Matress, heater, literally everything you need.

Roni’s place was very clean, modern and comfortable. The mattress in the primary bedroom was very comfy. The location was private, quiet and safe. Getting in was easy and all instructions were clear. Definitely would stay again and recommend!

Had a Great Stay. Nice and safe area. Super closer to Downtown Tampa, Tampa Airport(Tpa), Publix and other bars/food places. Apartment was super nice, matched the description. Host was very responsive with anything we needed. Will definitely be staying again. Thanks for Hosting us. 🤗

This location is what makes this place - it's right in the middle of a bustling area. Highly recommend Caribou Coffee, Bonu' Taverna Italiana, and Book and Bottle. This is an older apartment/condo building so you can hear the neighbors but everyone was courteous and quiet. Plenty of bars and restaurants open late at night, and easy walking distance to the harbor area. Parking was a little tricky as we kept confusing ave and at but everything is well labeled and Jennifer provided a very helpful map.

this stay is on a private resort with it's own beach and the pool has a restaurant. this area is spectacular. you don't have to leave the resort for any reason everything is right there on the resort. it is amazing and has a beautiful atmosphere. I watched the sunrise and sunset from the balcony overlooking the pool and the beach. what a beautiful sight. when I come back to Tampa this is where I will always stay
