Kid-friendly holiday rentals in South Tampa

Location was perfect if you are going to the stadium or Amalie Arena for shows. Short drive to a variety of restaraunts and shopping. Place is clean, in a quiet area, and secure.

Melissa‘s place was affordable, clean, cozy and easy to find. Lots of stuff to do nearby. We went to a concert in Tampa. She is located only 2.9 miles from the Raymond James Stadium. There’s a Walmart nearby, plenty of shopping and food. Lots of food trucks, and even a waffle house less than 1/2 a mile away. She had coffee/creamer and a blow dryer, which we’re all nice to have on hand! The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash all smelled great! I went with my son, who turned 13 while we were there, for our 3night/4day getaway. I was a little nervous about having an Airbnb with only the two of us, in a city I’m completely unfamiliar with, but this cozy little Airbnb is literally adjacent to her house. There was a nice patio too. You had to go through a gate under carport to get to our Airbnb. I felt very safe here, and that meant a lot to me. The neighbors were nice too. I recommend Melissa’s place if you travel to Tampa for business or pleasure!!

We had a great stay! There was great communication from the host, the house was conveniently located, it was easy to find everything in the house, and it had everything we needed and more. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay! It’s the perfect place to escape the noise and unwind. Beautifully situated in the heart of South Tampa. I will plan to stay when in town for work.

This was one of the best homes I have stayed in. Cornelia’s home is immaculate and decorated so nicely. Kitchen is well stocked including spices for cooking. Loved the little extras like snacks, bottle of wine in the fridge, makeup wipes in the bathroom. I would highly recommend this home if you’re taking a trip to Tampa.

Enjoyed the stay and a perk is walkable to a grocery store and easy, and not expensive, Uber/Lyft to Ybor City and Stadium.

Yeleiny’s place was exactly what I needed for the time I needed it. Clean, accommodating, and small thoughtful things that the host added which were a great touch. The bed was extremely comfortable (I slept really well). Worth it and highly recommend!

Confession: I almost don’t want to write this review because I want this place to stay my little pre-cruise hideaway. But here we are. This Airbnb was absolutely adorable—I walked in and immediately wanted to hire the host to redecorate my entire life. Every detail was spot on: cozy but modern, clean as a whistle, and so well thought out. It made the night before our cruise feel like a vacation all on its own. If you’re debating, just book it (but maybe leave it open for when I want to come back, thanks!).

Perfect location for our purpose. We were going to see a baseball game at the George Steinbrenner Field, where the Tampa Rays are playing this year. That stadium is right next-door to the stadium where the Tampa Bay Buccaneers play football. A little over a mile away from the house. The unit was perfect for us. Very comfy, had everything we needed and very clean. Easy parking, easy entry, seemed like a very safe neighborhood. We are very avid sports fans and would definitely book there again for upcoming events.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Tampa! The location was perfect—tucked away in a quiet area but still super convenient to everything we wanted to do. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. Would absolutely stay here again!

This place was perfect! We found that whatever we needed or forgot was provided in the condo. The beds were comfy, lots of pillows, and loved sitting with our coffees (lots of varieties) on the balcony. Definitely be returning.

It was a very clean place and a great location. We were there to attend an event at Raymond James which was only a short drive, and close enough to the beach to enjoy that as well. The balcony was nice and private. We loved being able to just sit and enjoy the peaceful water view!

This place was very clean, and up to date inside. Hot tub was such a plus. Everything matched the photos! Very good price!!

Rosana was an excellent host- very responsive, kind, and accommodating. Fun location on the bay with a great view, pool with towel service, and bar/grill with great burgers. Fire pit on the little beach at night with great view of sunset. The unit is in a quiet location within the complex with a view of the beach and bay. The trade-off is that the unit is a bit far from the elevator (though close to stairs). Great experience overall.

Great location! Would stay here again.
