Our beautiful space is clean and new. It is Located in Sunset Park ( Industry City and Greenwood). It includes central heat and central air, a bathroom and an open kitchen. We are 5 minutes away from the train station and two stops away from Manhattan on the N and D trains. Charming Room has lots of light, it is large, 10 X13 ft. The room is furnished and includes a closet, desk, chair, linens, down comforter, nightstand, flowers, and a rug. We clean and tidy the room daily. We have cats.

Sam’s place was 10/10 and exactly as advertised. It was extremely clean, peaceful, quiet, easily accessible and conveniently located to lots of public transportation within a few minutes. My friend and I had a few events to go to in Bk this weekend and instead of driving back and forth to Queens, we decided to get an air bnb close to all of our planned activities in Brooklyn. We must say that this listing was so convenient and we felt right at home. The amenities that are provided and the clear instructions on how to gain access was what stood out the most when choosing this air bnb. Even though NYC has a law stating all Air BNB hosts need to be on premises--which could probably be awkward in other parts of NYC in an apartment setting--this is a large, historical home with a great deal of space and seperate areas for guests. It was very clean. The bathroom for guests has a claw foot tub, beautiful tilework, and a very spacious walk in shower. Laura is super cool and nice and obviously has spent some time on this property. I planned on using it as a place to stay when I wasn't out wandering the city and it was perfectly ideal for that. Finding a hotel in NYC that would have as much space and privacy would be difficult.

This home was lovely. The roof had beautiful NYC skyline views. The neighborhood was very safe. It was a 7 minute walk to the subway. There are some yummy bagels restaurants nearby and other great restaurants. Nicole was very responsive with a question that we had. It was truly a magical experience there. We truly recommend it. It was a beautiful apartment in a darling neighborhood.
