Amazing place to stay — (2 of us, did not cook, etc while we were guests) clean, spacious, no detail overlooked, comfy bed, great location, nearby restaurants & coffee shops, renovated, perfect place to rejuvenate after a day of activities. Host was able to change our dates of arrival, communication outstanding. We would definitely stay here again. Best airBnB we have stayed in. Thank you.

Such an amazing and comfortable spot right in the heart of jersey city! Ben and Janine were both super kind and hospitable hosts who made us feel at home from start to finish. The amenities were very thoughtful from laundry pods to bedside fans, and being on the basement floor made for much-needed cooler temps during the NJ summer. Highly recommend making this your home away from home if you’re ever in the area!

Gregory’s unit is very nice, clean, spacious, well appointed and quite comfortable. It works very well for 2 or 3 people. The location is reasonably close to a couple of different subway lines which makes it very easy to get into Manhattan or elsewhere in Brooklyn quickly. There are also coffee shops and restaurants near by. The unit is on the third floor of a lovely old brownstone so there are two sets of steps to climb to get to the apartment. Gregory is a very responsive and helpful host, we recommend his place highly.

The area is ideally located for a NY break. The accommodation was great in terms of being a great sleep and refresh point. If your stay is all about the accommodation first then maybe not a first choice. However, this place is super clean, loads of storage, easy accessible (ideal for subway) very safe, quiet for sleeping (very comfy beds and great sleep) loads of amenities. The team a very (and I mean VERY) courteous, helpful and quick to respond. We had an excellent stay. The ‘spare room’ has no window and a little tight on space but two adult teenagers who were happy to share a bed were happy with their stay. Good tv tech and WiFi for business. The lighting and switches are bonkers. Took the whole stay to work them out. A manual for dishwasher and lighting etc would have been helpful but to be fair, I’m sure if I’d asked the staff they would have helped within minutes. Instead we just flicked the lights on and off sending unintentional s.o.s light flash messages to the next block.

The place was amazing everything was in order and me and my friends had an amazing time. I definitely would stay over again.

My husband and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the amazing home of Peter and Jess! It is so welcoming, beautifully laid out and has every amenity a guest could need, plus extra thoughtful touches. Check-in was a breeze, the home was immaculate and our bedroom seriously had the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in! Having the rarity of a backyard to enjoy - especially in Brooklyn - was such an added bonus, and they went out of their way to welcome our dogs! The location was perfect - everything you could ever need, including restaurants and shops, is in walking distance. We were able to find nearby parking throughout our visit. The privilege of being guests in their beautiful home for the weekend of our son's wedding added so much enjoyment and comfort to such a celebratory event!

This amazing apartment screams VIEW and LOCATION! The apartment has sweeping views of Central Park with beautiful sunrises for you to enjoy. It is located within JW Marriott Essex House with a common entry and exit from the hotel. Breakfast and meals are available at the Marriott on paid-basis. It is located at the south entrance of Central Park, its a 1 minute walk to 5th Avenue and a 5 min walk to Times Square. Everything that you may possibly need in New York is located around you. The apartment is on the 32nd floor and is well equipped with essentials. The host along with his property manager, Luke, communicated very well and made our stay comfortable. We will definitely return to this apartment for our next day in NYC !!

So there are apparently not enough characters allowed in the review to fully express our pleasure staying at this wonderful place. We have stayed in multiple Airbnbs with our business the past five years and this particular one is in the top three. Upon approach, take in the charming brownstones and tree lined streets. Once you open the door, you are greeted with natural light filled space with a chefs kitchen. The decor is modern, yet not stark. The added elements, such as the exposed brick and wood, emanate a warmth and coziness. The outdoor back space is just right, but sitting on the front steps is the best because you meet all kinds of charming characters around the neighborhood. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with dream bathrooms, right down to the showerheads. beds were SO comfortable and perfect for melting into a deep sleep after a day in Manhattan. Favs:bathrooms, kitchen island, neighborhood shops and cafes, argh there’s not enough room left just book it already!!

This nice appartment is perfect located. We had everything we needed. Karen and Walter were very friendly, replied quickly and gave us the information we asked for. It was a fundamental part of our experience in NYC. We recommend it. Thank you for everything.

My family of eight were in Brooklyn for a wedding and Menachin’s place was perfect! Immaculately clean, everything was exactly as stated in the Airbnb listing. Only a few short blocks to the subway. Both Menachin and his assistant Lia were extremely responsive when we contacted them with a few questions. Highly recommend.! Kathleen

The Airbnb was very clean and spacious for six of us. Very comfortable area. Subway station was about an 18 minute walk and that worked well for us. They responded to our text very quickly. They let us know on a daily basis if we needed anything to reach out to them. The only drawback for us was there was no coffee maker or Keurig. Unfortunately, instant coffee doesn’t cut it for us. But overall, the place was very beautiful and as I said earlier clean and comfortable

Absolutely loved this place! Wish we had a longer stay. The place is amazing and the outside area is EVERYTHING!! Will definitely stay again when back in the area!

This is a great place to stay to get the whole New York/Brooklyn experience and then even if you want to journey into New Jersey. The neighborhood is great and have the best mom and pop restaurants and shops around. Wayne is a great host and responds back to you in time. When I come to New York I would stay at this place again.

A very great place, clean and lovely rooms and cosy beds, generally the entire place is lovely, our hosts were friendly and responsive, clear instructions and helpful in finding transport to NY.

Ben was very friendly, and the host provided everything we needed for a great and comfortable stay. The kitchen was clean and had all the utensils we needed. I will recommend this place

Our family of 4 stayed 5 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to the path in 5 min to connect to the NYC subways. On the walk, you pass multiple cafes and coffee shops. Great craft beer and wine shop on the corner. Pizza shop, Basile’s, right next to the PATH is perfect for a late night snack. The beds were comfortable, and even though there was some street noise heard at night, a sound machine was provided to help lull you to sleep. The only thing you have to be aware of is the unit is located on the 2nd floor, and you have to go up a narrow set of stairs which can be hard with multiple suitcases. Other than that, a comfortable and convenient place to stay with everything within walking distance!

We had a great time in the apartment, it was clean and everything we needed was there. Just like in the description. Comfortable bed and couch, great appliances, nice bathroom and everything was in good condition. Really close to public transportation and many restaurants. The ac was great after a hot and busy das in the city, it felt like coming home every evening. Thanks!

This Airbnb was perfect for our needs! It was clean, comfortable, and close to public transit. AJ was easy to get a hold of and he even brought us chargers twice. It's in a beautiful neighborhood, too. There are lots of options to eat around the place.

The view of the NYC skyline was exactly as promised in the pictures. Host was super responsive. The place was within walking distance to bus and ferry to NYC.

Loved the stay in the apartment! It was beautiful, peaceful and exactly what we needed to have a little time when life takes over. Will for sure be booking the spot again!! Great host, amazing location, and quite cute neighborhood incredibly close to the PATH! Hoboken was great and getting into Manhattan was incredibly convenient. The Airbnb was spotless and the couch was already made for my dad. Roomy, homey, and a great stay. Loved this place!! If I ever need an Airbnb in Hoboken I will look to rebook this place
