Richard's place was exactly what we needed -- an affordable place with three beds and kitchen that was a train ride away from Manhattan. Very clean, and we appreciated the tips on how to get into the city. The neighborhood is pretty much built for commuting into NYC so there's not much around there but it was totally what we expected. Bed was comfy and Keurig and kitchen were great to get our days started. Would definitely stay again for an option that's bigger and better than hot and tiny NYC hotels!

My sister and I had such an amazing stay at Andrea’s place! We needed a nice place to stay away from the busy city while we attended a concert at Citi Field. Andrea was very accommodating with allowing us entry after our long drive. Check in was easy with the code provided, and there is an extra lock for nighttime for extra security if wanted/needed. The suite was exactly as described. Once we arrived back at the suite we were able to settle into our accommodations with everything we needed from snacks and water, to portable fans and heaters, as well as an air purifier. The suite was in pristine condition and had everything we needed for the night. Andrea was very responsive to all of our needs, and we would gladly stay here again if in the area! Thank you, Andrea!

This home exceeded my expectations and the expectations of my friends. We were so in awe of the beauty and cleanliness of the home as well as the friendliness of our host. The refrigerator was filled with water, all the bathrooms had toiletries. It truly felt like a home away from home. We will definitely be coming back soon. I can't say enough good things about this home and our host.

Mark is an extremely responsive host. The cottage was quaint and had exactly what we needed for our stay. It was clean, and he was proactive about communication with us as well as responsive when we had questions. The area has lots of great restaurants but is still safe and quiet. We will absolutely be back as I visit the area often. Five star review!

A friend and I stayed at this location for a concert and it was the perfect space for two people. Clean and cozy. AC and ceiling fan also, which allows airflow through our. Parking on site is a little snug but still manageable to get in and out of. Check and check out went smoothly!

Me and my wife stayed at Gina’s place for a weekend to visit NYC and see a couple shows! It’s a nice space, and very close to both Newark airport and NYC. We went to Radio city music hall one night for a show and it was only a 40 min drive away. We also saw another show the next night at MetLife stadium, which was only 20 min drive away. Very close to a lot of places around NYC area. The space was very clean and perfect for the two of us, there is a bed big enough for two people to sleep in but they also had a pull out couch that was also very comfortable. Place was very clean and Instructions to check in / out were very simple! Gina is a good communicator and met us when we got there to give us keys and show us how to get in / out of the apartment. Highly recommend for an affordable stay close to NYC !

Eugene was very responsive host and attentive. Ensure placed was cool for arrival since we were checking in late. When we had an issue he was very responsive and quickly addressed it. Overall place is nice and walkable to boonton historic with plenty of coffee shops & restaurants. Plenty of amenities and he put a lot of effort in ensuring you have a great stay. Weather was typical June rain so we did not get to enjoy the beautiful koipond. However you can see it from office, kitchen and bathroom. Highly recommend this place just note that bedrooms and bathroom are all upstairs.

This place is fantastic. We needed a place while we renovate our home. The staff is fantastic, the apartments really nice and spacious. Amenities are great too. Commute is super easy to Manhattan …walk to express bus and less than 30 min. Highly recommend.

Another peaceful stay at this property. This Airbnb has everything. Definitely a home away from home. Did I mention there’s a pool to cool off in the summer! Nature and everything you will need. Just walk with yourself and clothing. Erica

This was truly a unique home in a quaint spot in New Rochelle. A friendly neighbor actually knew the original owner who she said was a Buddhist, which makes so much sense. The decor and homeyness was welcoming and intriguing. The house itself is very clean and well laid out for the space. The house is on a corner right next to a park which not a lot of traffic that comes through. The only downside is the lack of parking, the driveway fits one car. We would definitely stay again if in the area!

Our stay at Haithum’s home was great! We had 3 couples and small dog in for a wedding near by. His place was extremely clean and nicely renovated. It was very comfortable and great amaenties through out. Plenty of towels and blankets which is not usually the case at most ABnB’s. Haithum was very responsive to the 2 requests we had and took care of them right away. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was very clean and practically brand new. The apartment is nicely appointed, very comfortable and lacks for nothing. The location is great with very easy access to the city via public transportation: light rail metro to PATH to MTA takes ~30 minutes to World Trade Center. The view of the city is fantastic day and night. There is a tasty breakfast and lunch place with nice portions right outside the first floor entrance making your daily departure too convenient. Enjoy a 20-minute walk to Liberty State Park to see Ellis Island and the Statue of Liberty. Largest planetarium in the western hemisphere right across the street. One could spend hours merely watching all the activity in the Upper Bay from your perch high up in New Jersey. This apartment is a great way to unlock NYC without the downsides of being right in the city, and the views of the city from the apartment are unrivaled for the price. The property owner is super responsive and very helpful.

Beautiful apartment for 2. Spent Valentine’s Day here and it was perfect. Soundbar for music, LED to set the mood, bathroom was clean, washer/dryer included, kitchen was very neat and provided more than enough utensils to cook. Heat/AC is very good as well. Only iffy part for me was the parking. Luckily I was able to get spots right in front the building every time I went out and came back. He does offer paid parking though for anyone who is willing to pay a little extra. Host was great and responsive as well. 10/10 in my opinion. Would definitely book again!!!

We have stayed at other Airbnb in New Jersey and Danny’s place has been priced just right. The location was very peaceful and had almost everything close by like Walmart, target, dollar tree etc. We were glad to have dedicated parking. The kitchen was spacious and clean. We didn’t hear any noise from the tenant upstairs as described by other guests that stayed here previously. The pantry was decently stocked for essentials such as spices, sugars, seasonings etc. There is also a nice laundry in the basement with detergent supplied by the host.

The Airbnb was very clean and spacious for six of us. Very comfortable area. Subway station was about an 18 minute walk and that worked well for us. They responded to our text very quickly. They let us know on a daily basis if we needed anything to reach out to them. The only drawback for us was there was no coffee maker or Keurig. Unfortunately, instant coffee doesn’t cut it for us. But overall, the place was very beautiful and as I said earlier clean and comfortable

The apartment was just as shown. Clean and quite comfortable. We had asked for the air conditioner to be going when we arrived and it was beautifully cool when we entered. Of course the long flight of stairs was challenging but worth it. We liked the fact that the grocery and laundromat were so close. The neighborhood was very safe and convenient to so many things Jacqueline responded quickly and was always helpful. We would easily recommend her apartment for a Brooklyn stay.

Jennifer offers so many nice touches to make you feel at home! The bathroom has qtips, cotton balls, makeup wipes and even a specially designated makeup towel! Great shower water pressure and water gets nice and hot quickly! There were 2 beers and 2 cokes in the fridge, with a welcome note! We were traveling in a large van, and had no trouble parking it directly in front of the apartment, only had to move it for street cleaning on Thursday. Jennifer responded to my questions regarding recommendations, almost immediately. Bus lines and subway station are within walking distance. Catholic Church at the end of the block. Enjoyed our stay!

The place was amazing . Very clean and cozy . I was in love with the decoration and the colors . I will definitely book it again. The bathroom was very clean , the kitchen as well . I enjoyed staying there .

As a family of four, we enjoyed our stay here! Plenty of space, it looks as described, well stocked kitchen. I’m a clean freak and I thought it was very very clean. It’s a ten minute walk to the subway as mentioned. It did end up being a little more of a schlep into the city with kids than we anticipated BUT the distance was exactly what was described! Definitely recommend.

I had a fantastic stay at this historic brownstone. The host was extremely responsive and gave clear instructions on how to get inside. The place was exactly as described- clean, comfortable, spacious, and thoughtfully constructed. I’d absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone staying in the bushwick area!!!
