Holiday rentals with a fireplace in South Northamptonshire District

Our family of 7 stayed here for one night while we visited the Warner Brothers tour. The house was staged perfectly to get families excited for Harry Potter. The house was full of Harry Potter decor, linens, costumes, knick knacks, and games. We all loved it. the backyard had a great space for hanging out as well. The parking space in the backyard is greatly appreciated. We were able to fit our Mercedes v series 300D in it and that was such a relief to not have to find street parking.

What an interesting and quirky place to stay! If you want to step back in time with modern amenities then this is the place for you. Cygnet Thatch has a fantastically well-equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms, comfy beds and a huge log fire. A great find:)

Absolutely wonderful stay! Patricia and Alastair were the loveliest and most thoughtful hosts—so communicative, warm, and helpful throughout our visit. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. There were so many personal touches around the house that made our stay extra memorable. The house itself is gorgeous—beautifully decorated, with super comfortable beds and plenty of inviting spaces to relax in. We were in town for a wedding locally at Hadsham Farms, and following advice from Patricia, arranging transport with the local taxi firm was a breeze. Very good spot to stay if you are at a wedding over that way. I've stayed in many Airbnbs around the world, but this place is my absolute favourite—thanks to Patricia and Alastair, who are truly exceptional hosts. I’m already planning to coming back for a weekend getaway later this summer/early autumn! Thank you both so much for such a wonderful experience—we truly appreciated every moment.

Beautifully renovated barn with so many personal touches, everything was absolutely perfect. Nicki and Ian were wonderful hosts; warm welcome and everything we needed. Very spacious house with comfortable beds, heaps of room for socialising in the home and the garden. Massive kitchen which would serve well for a longer stay. The house is clearly intended for letting so is geared for that use rather than quainter more personal places. Super convenient location for events near sliverstone. Quiet and safe area. Nice host who allowed us to have a flexible arrival time.

Another great stay at Beech house. Such a great house in a perfect location. We enjoyed a walk from the house ending in a lovely pub lunch at the white lion. Very responsive friendly host

This was my second time staying here. It's a lovely little apartment, feels really homely. Perfectly clean and has everything you could need. The apartment is very easy to find and check-in to. Adam is a great host, very friendly and fast to respond to messages, he goes above and beyond to make your stay perfect. I will definitely be staying again!

The amenities in this accomodation are excellent, considering it is a studio. It is comfortable and quiet. I would definitely recommend and would stay again.

This was our second stay at Susie's property and both times it has been exceptional. The location is perfect, quiet but close to everything. Free parking is a huge plus too. We had a fabulous break and would love to visit again some time.

Steven's apartment was clean and comfortable, everything you required for a pleasant stay. Also Steven went out of his way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The location was excellent for exploring the area. Would recommend staying there.

Maureen was the perfect host. She met us on arrival and gave us all the info we needed. She was close by if required but not intrusive. The annexe was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The location is ideal for exploring The Cotswolds and Moreton in Marsh has all the shops, pubs, coffee shops and restaurants anyone could need, all in walking distance. We would happily recommend this accommodation.
