Shepherds hut holiday rentals in South Norfolk District

We had a lovely two nights at Happy Valley. It is in a peaceful setting. It worked out really well for us as a family of 3. It is so nice to have the cooking facilities by the hut and it was so lovely to have the fire pit for the evening. We would love to come back!

We had a beautiful stay here 😊 lovely, peaceful surroundings and just what we wanted for a last minute getaway. The hut was slightly difficult to find in the dark but what a stunning place it is! Would definitely recommend this place to all 😁

A wonderful glamping/country farm site. We stayed in the Norfolk shepherds hut and it was perfect - spotlessly clean with all the amenities you could want. A well thought-out brochure to download onto your phone with all the information you could need for your stay. Complimentary fresh free range eggs! Just perfect.

We had the perfect weekend stay and Emma's place, the views are breathtaking and they were great hosts. Left plenty of googldies for us at arrival and there were games for the kids to play, including a badminton set. Our daughter felt in love with Dora the cat. We'd love to come back

Lovely relaxing stay in this beautiful, quiet location. The Shepherd’s hut is cosy and comfortable with everything you need. Would definitely recommend and will be returning.

"Wow" what a find! Such a beautiful place and so peaceful. The Shepherds hut was even better than it looked ,in the pictures and very spacious considering. It was spotless inside and had everything you needed. I loved that we arrived to homemade cakes and goodies in the fridge. My son loved the animals and we were very lucky to meet Bob who kindly told my son about the animals and let him help feed some of them. Bob and Helen are excellent hosts, they go above and beyond from start to finish and nothing is to much trouble. We shall be back.

Amazing place to stay and would highly recommend! Katy got us in as a last minute booking without any issues at all. The cabin was beautiful and remote, we can’t wait to come back! The only thing I could comment on was the lack of “comfy” seating on our decking. The wooden chairs were a bit old and rickety.. but they did the job and we had a great time!

We had a wonderful time at the Shepherd's hut, despite the British weather! Neill and John were very friendly and helpful, they provided some wonderful recommendations - the Sunday roast at the nearby Fox Inn being a stand out. The hut itself had everything you needed and is very stylishly decorated, while the grounds were peaceful and wonderful to explore with the children. We'll definitely be back!

We had a lovely stay here for a couple of nights. The Shepherd's hut is spotless, comfortable and the surrounding site is gorgeous and clearly very well cared for by the hosts. The private bathroom was clean and with the shared kitchen right nearby it was all very convenient. We felt right at home and the included kettle, camping gas stove, pots, pan and crockery made our stay all the more relaxing!

I had a really lovely time, staying at the carriage it was so tranquil and peaceful. I would recommend it for a retreat. Felt so beautiful and connected to nature. Lauren is incredible and very quick at responding and also informing you before you arrive off everything. I'd definitely recommend staying here

This is a beautiful shepherd’s hut which is cozy and comfy inside with private space around the hut to sit and enjoy the sunshine and countryside. The additional hut with bathroom was excellent and scrupulously clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable and having a barbecue to use was wonderful.

Lovely stay in the shepherd’s hut. We’ve stayed in a few different shepherd’s huts & this was definitely the most spacious. Great location to explore the Norfolk Broads. Very friendly & attentive host.

Blue Sky Huts are just idyllic. We had the most wonderful 2 days here disconnecting from reality and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The only noise was the birdsong! I cannot recommend this place highly enough if you just want to reset. It was only 30 mins from where we live yet felt like miles away. We will be back without a doubt. Thank you.

We were looking for a quiet, cosy place to celebrate our anniversary and the hut was perfect. Really homely, clean and tidy and smelled lovely. There was also some nice touches from Sarah which were really appreciated. We’ll be back!

Would suggest if you are looking for some peace and quiet. Got all the essentials needed for a few days, close to seaside. Perhaps leave a little extra time to find the place. Not too difficult but we did go past it once.

We had a terrific weekend in Cornflower. Local area has tons to do and the town has plenty of places to eat etc. It was very easy to get there via public transport. Cornflower was exactly as described with a very efficient space layout. Bed was very comfortable.

What a perfect place to just switch off from the world and have a rest. The hut is just gorgeous with anything you might need to hand. Will be recommending and returning!

A cute and cosy hut in an idyllic spot- very peaceful and relaxing. We enjoyed the hot tub and feeding the animals. Anna was a very friendly host but not intrusive and the hut felt private despite being close to Anna's house.

What a great place for a weekend in the countryside. Beautifully decorated and very cosy, with a hot shower and a deck that's perfect for watching the sun set over the fields. Thanks for a peaceful stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Lexy's. The location is perfect - in walking distance of a nature reserve, close to shops (including a farm shop where you can pick your own strawberries) and 20 mins from a beach where we saw lots of seals! The shepherds hut was clean and well stocked, it had everything you need. It's set in the garden of a beautiful cottage, with lots of other cabins around which gives the place a community feel. It was very peaceful and quiet. We loved using the gas BBQ in the outdoor kitchen, and the beautiful pond on-site was always full of wildlife. We'd definitely stay again, and maybe get a treatment next time!

Beautiful and tastefully decorated. Had seemingly thought of everything and made the most of the space. Such a quiet location (except for the rooster but that was part of the charm for me). Local pubs and shops are all drivable from the location within 5miles I would say. Very clean and comfortable. Maybe the only thing missing that would have been nice was a tv but I do understand why there wasn’t one. Perfect place if you want to get away from the rush for a night or 2. And Sam was very helpful and friendly while also not intrusive on our stay.

The accommodation made for a private, peaceful stay. The surrounding countryside provides for beautiful walks.

We had a fantastic stay, we couldn’t recommend this accommodation more. The hot tub was amazing, the bed super comfortable and a real peaceful night sleep! (Gorgeous white bedding which I always appreciate). Bean (Kate’s husband) couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful, he recommended numerous restaurants. The dun cow was outstanding but Rocky Bottoms (just outside Cromer) was a FANTASTIC recommendation and we ended our stay sat in the sunshine with the most delicious fish platter! We also returned the second day to our hot tub restocked with wood which was super hassle free. The hut was in such a stunning location and super private with great facilities. (Great for those with dogs!) The welcome hamper deserves a review itself, wow, what a lovely treat to be provided with fresh eggs, milk, bacon and lots of treats! 10/10 from us we will be returning!
