A great room in a sweet little house. Frederick very easy to communicate with and very helpful. Comfy bed, quiet - nice to have your own toilet and sink. Frederick’s house is in a great location - close to railway station, and an easy beautiful walk through the cathedral into the lanes of Norwich. A steep staircase to room for those with mobility issues. Would very happily stay here again thanks Frederick!

Chalet is fantastic – highly recommended! The chalet is the perfect size for four people – we were a group of three this time, so it felt especially spacious. The site is peaceful, with friendly and quiet neighbours, which made for a very relaxing stay. The marina is just a two-minute walk away and is absolutely beautiful. There are plenty of beaches within a short drive, and a great selection of restaurants all within easy walking distance. Dennis is a fantastic host – warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. He truly went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

This was our second stay at The Garret and we loved it just as much as the first. It’s such a special place, peaceful, full of charm, and surrounded by beautiful countryside. The studio is spotlessly clean, really well-equipped, and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Alison and Alan are fantastic hosts, so warm and welcoming and the homemade cream tea and ginger biscuits on arrival were absolutely delicious. A perfect base for exploring Framlingham, the coast, and beyond. Can’t wait to come back again next year.

Beautiful and peaceful space, perfect for a small group of friends. Clean rooms, comfy beds! Particularly love the garden and outdoor covered area. Would 100% recommend! Lisa was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions.

Fantastic Host and Venue. Always happy to help with any requests and even decorated the house to celebrate the Birthday Girls. High recommend going to the local Fox and Hound Pub for food, its literally a 30 second walk away. Will definitely be heading back here again for a nice relaxing break!!

Tommy was a fab host. Communication was great and really fast - especially when I couldn’t figure out the oven and dinner was at risk lol. He was really thoughtful organising a cushion to be posted to us for the high chair. Definitely a host to recommend.

Beautifully Farmhouse with everything you need. Quality furnishings, linen etc. Extremely well equiped kitchen. There was even a playroom with toys which wasn't mentioned. Very safe enclosed garden for a two and five year old to play in. It might be worth mentioning that there were 5 beautiful large shower rooms but no actual bath. Didn't bother us, but maybe worth taking a small baby bath if you have a non standing infant. We had a fabulous stay. Great for an exstended family as there was plenty of space to share or be alone. Perfectly comfortable stay at David’s house. Very peaceful and convenient location for visiting Bungay and exploring coast. We were 2 adults and 2 children, and felt there was plenty space. Beds were comfortable and kitchen well equipped for cooking.

This was a stunning Airbnb. Beautifully decorated and well equipped, with thoughtful personal touches, flowers and homemade brownies to greet us. We thought it was the perfect location to explore the area and Harriet sent lots of helpful information about local places to eat and explore. We hope to return again soon.

We had a lovely time away! The place was super cozy and Rosie was super helpful and quick to answer any questions we had. The bathroom was absolutely gorgeous and the attic room was so unique! She even allowed us a last minute late check out and was very understanding. I honestly can’t wait to book again for a short trip away :)

We were racing at Snetterton for the weekend. Perfect for us and very close to circuit. We had everything we needed on arrival including milk,tea,coffee, croissants, biscuits, selection of cereals, cans coke, bottled water and more. We had such a lovely stay. The flat is very clean, nicely decorated and the outdoor area is beautiful. The sauna was fab and we loved taking a dip in the water. Would definitely stay again!

We had a lovely peaceful stay at The Annex . The place was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay . The garden was perfect for the dogs to lie around enjoying the sun after a long walk . All the amenities were of a very good standard . The setting is beautiful with field views all around .

This is the second time we've stayed at this apartment and we've really enjoyed both times. It is superbly located just off Cromer centre, so easy access to shops and restaurants, but also very quiet. The apartment is well appointed and spacious and feels very homely. Fran and David are responsive and friendly in their communication. Overall: excellent.

I had the pleasure of staying at Chris and Peter’s beautiful and quirky place for my 40th birthday, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The location was excellent—within easy walking distance to everything we needed. The home was full of character, immaculately presented, and had all the thoughtful touches that made us feel truly welcome. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the heavy duvets made for a cosy and restful night’s sleep. Everything was so well thought out, and it really felt like a home away from home. I stayed with a friend and we both agreed we wouldn’t hesitate to come back again for any occasion. Highly recommended!
