Bed and breakfast holiday rentals in South Norfolk District

Such a beautiful home and a real treat to be able to stay there, offered a very relaxed atmosphere with great amenities and a very lovley breakfast Sophie and her husband were very welcoming and so accommodating especially as we had delays on our journey and arrived much later than planned. I was travelling with friends to enjoy an evening at Newmarket Racecourse and we all enjoyed our stay very much and said we would definitely come back again

This was our second stay and we had a very nice relaxing time again, greeted on arrival with delicious tea and cake and made to feel very welcome. We had a fantastic meal on the first night cooked by the very talented Louise and a beautiful cooked breakfast each morning, highly recommend place to stay and hopefully we will come again.

Great house, lovely host and delicious breakfast

Every year we come and stay near Halesworth to visit family. We must have tried 8 different B&B’s but finally we have found one we love. Hall Farm is the most idyllic place to stay - beautiful house and gardens and very friendly and helpful hosts - and a delicious breakfast with homemade jams and eggs from their chickens. We will be back next year!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay with Sophie and James. There was myself, my cousin, my partner and our 6 month old boy. We felt right at home and I would give 6/5 stars if I could. I highly recommend James and Sophie’s home, which is spacious and comfortable, but it is the hospitality and their warmth that made the trip to Dedham a truly memorable experience. Also, the breakfast is delectable. Looking forward to hopefully coming back one day soon!

I had a lovely stay in Holt this weekend. The room was very comfortable and clean etc and well located in the house so you don’t feel like you’re infringing on the families space! Clare and her husband were so friendly and kind to me - really went above and beyond to help me with transport and it was lovely to chat with them. Breakfast was also delicious 😊 if I found myself needing accommodation in Holt again I’d definitely return! Big thank you

Absolutely Wonderful Stay at Bramble Lodge We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Bramble Lodge in Blakeney. The location is ideal—peaceful and just a short walk to the beach, with a Spar convenience store nearby, which made everything super convenient. Our hosts, John and Julie, were incredibly kind, welcoming, and humble. They made us feel right at home and gave us great suggestions for places to visit in the area, which really helped us make the most of our trip. The room was spotless, very well maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches and attention to detail. Breakfast was another highlight—absolutely delicious, with a great selection of vegan options, which was perfect for us and something we don’t always find while traveling. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended—we’d definitely love to stay again!

I stayed with Emma as a lone traveller. Her home is in a quiet leafy location just minutes walk to Sheringham centre, it has good quality fixtures and fittings, is very clean and beautifully kept with lots of attention paid to detail. My room with its large en-suite was very clean and comfortable, had good quality bedding was quiet, bright and felt very private, I had no problems with the internet connection. Emma is very warm and welcoming, friendly yet discreet. She is very approachable and happy to share her deep knowledge of the local area. I enjoyed my stay enormously and would definitely return. What a remarkable stay…and amazing host! This jewel was the cherry on top of an already amazing visit to the UK. If you love and appreciate history, this place is a must! Accommodation was a perfect site for recovering after a whirlwind journey and preparing for the trip back home. Breakfast was delicious, and Jane offered brilliant suggestions for things to do and places to see. Cannot wait to return!

Holiday | Couple If we could leave more than 5 stars we would. We had the most relaxing stay at Laundry Cottage and Andrea was the most caring, kind & generous host who greeted us with tea and homemade ginger cake. We instantly felt at home, so much so that all of our plans for the evening went out of the window and other than a quick bite at the local pub we spent all evening relaxing in our room. The breakfast Andrea prepared for us the following morning was so delicious - homemade butter & marmalade, a freshly baked loaf, fresh eggs and overnight oats. We were sad to leave Laundry Cottage and wished we stayed an extra night. We will be back!

Everything was as described. The accomodation was very well put together and met our needs. There was a relaxed feel with early check in and late check out. Nigel was there when needed but left us to have privacy. Breakfast was lovely, we sat in the sunshine with our fresh boiled egg. Nigel makes a mean morning coffee! Noteworthy - the Churnery had lots of sockets for phone/watch charging, a refreshing change!

Another peaceful stay with Anna in the Norfolk countryside. Anna is a good host and very engaging with good Norfolk knowledge.

Couldn’t of asked for a better host and place to stay! Couldn’t do enough for me made me feel right at home, was even nice enough to cook an evening meal one of the nights! Would definitely return and couldn’t recommend more, thanks Wendy!

Neil and Bev were great host and this was an ideal place to stay when visiting Ranworth. The room was well-equipped and the bed was comfy, and check in was super easy and hassle free. Lots of nice touches in the room and you have a whole section of the house to yourself so feels very private. Neil and Bev were very communicative and helpful. Thank you!

My stay with Jill was absolutely wonderful! The room was so beautiful and so spacious. I loved the decor within the room and the views were absolutely stunning. What a lovely peaceful place to stay. Breakfast was amazing and Jill herself was the perfect host. I loved seeing all the animals too. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here, hopefully will stay here again soon!

Fantastic stay at Hunters, the room and location exceeded all expectations, booked to attend a wedding but already planning a return visit to explore the north coast of Norfolk (also a good excuse to stay at this air bnb again) Gary was a brilliant host, from check in to check out and even before we arrived he went above and beyond. Would thoroughly recommend the stay (and Gary’s chocolates)!
