Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in South Daytona

Angelinas place was perfect for our family getaway... spa ious and very comfortable. Plenty of towels for poolside enjoyment

Was very responsive and accommodating when dealing with the tv and wifi not working, as well as the remote. Got someone out to fix it within an hour! Very clean and cozy place!! The house is on a main side road but has a full fence in front and gate that you can manually open and close to gain more privacy from anyone walking up to the house Also the AC worked great, that’s always a must in Florida. I would stay here again for sure

Jp’s home was beautiful and cozy. It felt like home the moment we walked in. The place is thoughtfully decorated with unique and colorful finds. It looked even better than in the photos! Everything was clean and in pristine condition. Jp was communicative and thorough with his instructions. We would definitely come back!

I loved the house! It was nice and spacious! It was convenient to get to the beach! It was easy to find and it stayed nice and cool the whole time! The beds were really comfy!

This location was of Jorie’s place was awesome. Right behind the 7/11 was great and had awesome restaurants all around. The best parts were how clean, easy to get in and out, and how close it was to the beach. We had a wonderful family stay!

This spot is in a quiet neighborhood and in top notch condition. The host was responsive and kind. We will stay here again next time we are in Daytona.

Sabra and Ben's place is absolutely adorable. Sabra communicated and responded promptly and kindly. Plenty of towels, blankets, kitchen items, and cooling options. It was quiet and peaceful, shaded with a beautiful porch area. Check-in was super easy and convenient. The pool area was beautiful, plenty of chairs. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Description and pictures are exactly as advertised.

Maddy was very responsive and attentive to any issue we had . Check in was smooth , the unit is very beautiful up to standards as the photos . The Early morning sunrise and view is a must to catch while the beach awaits only a walk away. There is plenty of restaurants and activities in the area , but if you want to do more Orlando is only a 50 min drive away . My boyfriend and I had a great time we were comfortable at the end of the night . Parking is a hassle I do recommend getting back early so you can secure a spot but this unit is wonderful and you will feel at home .

The place was spotless and had a beautiful view. It looked exactly like the pictures. The host was very responsive and friendly. The only downside was there is only one car allowed to park on-site and while there was parking in a lot across the street there were tow away signs, making it very risky to park if you have more than one vehicle. This spot is ideal for a couple or family traveling together. The airbnb was very clean, bed and pull out were comfortable, and it was super easy to access. It was affordable and worth the price.

Conrad was an excellent host . Checked with us several times during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. His condo was exactly what we needed to relax and enjoy some down time.

Had a wonderful stay!! Condo was very close, walking distance, to all of our favorite restaurants. We utilized the dog park close by which was only like a thirty second drive. Room was exactly as pictured on the listing! Well worth the price!! We loved the pool, and the spot this is located at on the beach was perfect!! Love love love! Would stay here again! Jana was an amazing host, very responsive and friendly!

Place was perfect for our dance competition related stay. Was a two minute walk to the Peabody which is where we spent most of our time! Will stay again.

We had a great first trip to Daytona Beach. It was right in the middle of everything and we enjoyed walking the beach and strip .

Gorgeous views in this lovely condo. Comfortable beds, nicely decorated and well stocked kitchen if you want to cook. Pool is nice, and you're right on the beach. Even if you don't want to eat at the Top of the Daytona restaurant on the building's top floor, definitely go up to have a drink and take in the views.

Really enjoyed our stay in South Daytona. Know the area pretty well so it was a trip down memory lane for us which we really enjoyed. Condo was quite dark on entry but there were two light bulbs missing which we quickly replaced. Not much to complain about apart from that. Made good use of the balcony most mornings then out all day after that. Sat out again in the evenings as we are outside people. Would recommend to anyone.

The condo was very easy to find with ample covered parking. We found the condo-community to be a very family friendly, quiet place to stay. The condo was very clean as were the common areas. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and easy with clear, easy-to-read instructions. The condo is also a very easy walk to a convivence store and restaurants. This will be top on our list for future visits to New Smyrna Beach.

We had a wonderful stay at Florence’s beachfront Airbnb in Daytona! The location was absolutely perfect - right on the beach with breathtaking ocean views. The condo was clean, cozy, and had all the amenities we could have asked for. Florence was incredibly kind and responsive from the start - she made sure we were fully prepared for our stay and checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly. Her hospitality truly made our trip even more special. We highly recommend staying here and would love to come back again!

We really enjoyed staying here. The place was very clean and clearly updated with the looks as well as the technology and kitchen in the condo. The hosts were very nice and responded very quickly when I had questions. When you get there you can let yourself in with the click of a button on your phone which was really nice. The beach infront of the condo was very quiet and not too many people around so it was very relaxing. The only warning I would heed is the balcony has no wall between the neighbors (this is no fault of the owners as the building is set up that way) and the older gentleman next to us liked to smoke out there often but other than that one small detail we loved our stay and can’t wait to come back!

We were in town for a graduation at Embry Riddle, location was good and near groceries and restaurants. View is amazing day and night! We had an assigned parking space which was nice. Very private and elevators had no wait times. This is a very unique building. We did not use the pool area or beach due to weather but we did go downstairs and play ping pong. We were here two days so not much time to explore. We enjoyed our stay and would come again.

We had a great time during our stay. The proximity to the beach was fantastic and we appreciated that the beach wasn't overcrowded. we had everything that we needed and appreciated the early check-in. Thanks JoRene
