Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in South Boston

The apartment is charming, located in a very nice neighborhood with plenty of restaurants nearby. On the first floor without elevator access. Slightly noisy at night with the street sound coming up but that didn't stop us from sleeping either. Everything is true to photos and description. We could not really leave our son's stroller at the bottom of the stairs because the building is narrow and it would have bothered the passage but it didn't bother my husband to carry it to the apartment. The bed is quite small as is the bedroom space but we still managed to sleep at 3 with our 3-year-old son. We had a great time in the uptown suite and would love to come back!

We loved this apartment. It was well appointed with top of the line furnishings and appliances. But what stood out was the charecter and charm of an older home that was well preserved. It was amazing experience. The kids loved the little loft upstairs. We could watch the sunset from our room every day. The little park is right infront of the apparent with the tower which made it feel more spacious. They also had stuff for coffee and a light breakfast which was a nice touch. We would highly recommend

This great little studio in Beacon Hill is in a perfect location and just as described! It's extremely clean and walkable to so many great tourist spots, as well as restaurants and coffee shops! It isn't called Beacon HILL for nothing - you are definitely walking uphill to get to the studio, and up a couple flights of stairs as well, so just something to be aware of. It was a great way to get our exercise though! I highly recommend Huanan's place!

Our stay at Eddie’s home was nothing short of fantastic. An amazing home with beautiful furnishings and rooms, in a brilliant location just a short subway ride away from Boston city centre/downtown Boston. If I can take my family here again I am a lucky man!

Perfect place for Brookline area. As described. Beds are comfortable. Pristine condition. Jan is an awesome communicator and accommodating. Extremely happy! I’ll stay again when in the area as my first choice. 6 stars out of 5.

Beautiful modern decor and very clean. Sandra thought of everything, even books for all ages and board games. We were in town for a wedding thus spent very little time in the apartment, but the amenities were the best I have ever experienced

If I could give this place 6 stars, I would. We stayed here with four adults, a 13-year-old, a 12-year-old, a 9-year-old, and a 13-month-old — and every single one of us walked in and immediately said “wow.” The home is incredibly well-designed, thoughtfully staged, and clearly put together with love and attention to detail. What made the experience even more special was watching the kids’ faces light up as they explored — it instantly made us feel like we chose the right spot. Everyone had a blast, and it truly felt fantastical. Even with our group (and let’s be honest, we weren’t exactly quiet the whole time), we didn’t run into any noise issues. That tells me the hosts understand the joyful sounds of life and family. It’s rare to find a space this well-developed— stylish, warm, and kid-friendly — in a location like Salem. We’re already talking about coming back the next time we’re in town. Couldn’t recommend it more.

This is a really nice AirBnB close to museums and within walking distance of fun shopping and eating areas. It was spotlessly clean, and Mike communicated clearly and was very responsive. There was a plethora of reading material, including some books in German and vintage children's books such as The Chocolate Touch. The Farmer's Horse is a great nearby place to nab a breakfast burrito or bagel. We would definitely stay here again!

Jose responded extremely fast to any of our questions and was very friendly. From arrival until the time we left our privacy was respected, and the top half of the house was very quiet. The rental is very clean and dog friendly. This is very close to Boston and has everything you need. The bed was very comfortable and we will come back for all of our future trips. This is also very close to the Stoneham zoo.

We had a fantastic stay at Johnny’s place. The house is great - comfortably enough space for a family of 4 and well configured, well-located 5 mins walk from great coffee shops and restaurants in Charlestown and only 20 mins walk from the North End and central Boston. Johnny was extremely accommodating. Highly recommend!

We can’t rave enough about how wonderful of a host Steve was! My friends and I visited Boston for the first time for my birthday and Steve not only was incredibly responsive and made sure we were well taken care of the entire trip, but he also got a surprise Birthday cake to celebrate our special occasion. Steve was also very generous to let us stay longer in the Airbnb when our flight got delayed. He also had a great list of nearby restaurant recommendations and things to do. The Airbnb was fantastic and so clean and in a great location. The beds are comfy, utilities in great shape, and the living room and patio was such a perfect space to hangout. We all agreed that this was hands down the best Airbnb experience that we’ve ever had. Hats off to you Steve. We will definitely be back again for another amazing stay! Such a wonderful, stress free stay.

Had a lovely stay at the apartment. It is spacious and is in a convenient location about 10 min walk to subway and could easily use public transport to get to points of interest in 15-30 min. Close to several parks/greenspaces and good restaurants. Maria is a very helpful, considerate, and polite host.

Great location!!! We were in town for a graduation, the location is super close to the train station and there are restaurants around the area. The house is conveniently located and is spacious. It was large enough to accommodate our entire party of 7. The rooms are spread between the first and basement floors. It was a great stay, we loved Boston! I would recommend and stay again.

Great property! Everything looks just as advertised and was extremely clean and welcoming. The location was also great - 5 min walk to the train station and very easy to get around. Fully exceeded all of our expectations!

Pema and Jonathan are wonderful hosts. This was our second stay at The Nest and we were able to really take advantage of the deck overlooking their beautiful garden and the city beyond, for morning coffee and afternoon snacks. Their place is very spacious and charming. It's walking distance to stores, restaurants and the Gilman Square T-stop. For trips further afield, it's great to have a designated, off-street parking spot right by the entrance to the unit, with motion sensor lights for nighttime arrivals. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bed is very comfortable, with reading lights on both sides of the bed. Highly recommend.

I had a very comfortable stay: the host Jennifer was responsive and friendly. Even though the rental is in the basement of their home it was still very private. Bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was nice and clean. Lastly, the neighborhood was nice: I walked to an Indian restaurant for dinner one night and didn’t get back until late and felt very safe the whole time. Would definitely stay again next time I’m in Boston!

We had a great stay at this South Boston condo! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the Convention Center, and the Seaport area, making getting around the city extremely simple. The space was spotless and clearly well cared for. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive throughout. The main bedroom was quiet and had a great work setup with a desk. The lower bunk bed is set directly on the floor, which actually worked out well—smaller adults in our group found it comfy and easy to sleep on. Parking was limited, but we found street parking without much trouble. Overall, a clean, convenient, and well-located spot—we’d definitely stay here again!

We very much liked staying there. It is a nice neighborhood and very close to South Bay shopping mall with many restaurants and easy and convenient shopping. It is also very close to all major attractions in Boston but much quieter environment. Our host, Marian was extremely helpful, proactive and super responsive, the best we have had so far in our trips. I strongly recommend this place to families.

This place is an absolute Gem! Great location and Phil was amazing, friendly and so very welcoming. Would stay here again and highly recommended!!! There was 4 of us and it was perfect. The amenities were great. Beautiful home in a fantastic neighborhood.

We stayed at Karina's condo for 4 days and loved it! It's close to Fenway Park, subway trains, restaurant's, & local markets. Behind the unit is a beautiful path/park (Southwest Corridor Path) that leads you toward city center. Highly recommend this route if you're exploring the city by foot. We also loved the bathroom shower! We would stay here again & highly recommend!

Chandra is an amazing host; she was very responsive and helpful when we were looking for something to do on our rainy last day. She also supplied umbrellas, which we could not have done without! The place is even cuter in person; it's updated and has a cozy vibe and a nice record player with a good album selection and lots of cool art made by Chandra! My favorite is the Mr. T sculpture! The keypads on the inside and outside building doors are very convenient and simpler to use than having to carry a key. Nice newer shower and comfortable bed. Large kitchen, comfy couch, and just a cute, interestingly decorated apartment. The rooftop patio is so nice...it's got a grill and 360 views. I wish the weather had been nicer so we could have hung out there more. Not really close to many bars or restaurants, but an easy walk to the train station or the bike rentals and a 30-minute (ish) walk to the Fenway Park area. I would stay there again; it felt like home.

Our stay was wonderful, our hosts were communicative, and I would be more than happy to return. The unit was immaculately cleaned upon our arrival. The living room and kitchen are incredibly spacious - more so than I would have thought from the pictures. The outdoor spaces provide nice fresh air, and everything else is as advertised. But, sometimes, it's the little things that make an AirBnB. I took time each day to recover with a nice sauna. They have the things that hosts normally don't provide but everyone needs - aluminum foil, saran wrap, ziploc baggies, extra blankets, extra towels, and more. The shower that I used was great. Good water pressure. Good HVAC and water temp. Great natural light. Keyless entry, meaning no "who gets the keys" juggling. No ridiculous checkout expectations. So many "good AirBnB" boxes checked. :) The location is great to either explore East Boston (which has its own charm I wasn't aware of) or to get downtown. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

Perfect rental for a couple on a Boston visit. Pretty quiet neighborhood with no disturbances while we were there for our 4 night stay. Plenty of room and a very well stocked kitchen. Communication was clear, polite and prompt. Parking garage ($25 a day) was close and easy to find. Inexpensive ($8-$12) Lyft rides to many Boston attractions. Would definitely stay at Jennifer’s unit again, if we return to Boston.

Amazing place and Kaitlyn was very helpful. The guide was very helpful and the location could not be more central. Felt at home and we would definitely recommend.
