The property has a fireplace, barbecue, garden furniture and canoes with paddles. On the lower floor of the cottage there is a toilet, bathroom, dining room with living room and fireplace with access to the terrace with a beautiful view of the dam. In the attic there is a room and a bedroom with balcony. In the immediate vicinity there are Orlík Castle, Zvíkov Castle and Žďákovský most.
