Holiday rentals with a sauna in South Bohemian Region

We needed a place close to restaurants and easy access and Gabriela’s place was exactly like that. Gated parking provided security. The apartment was spotless and very well equipped. We stayed a week and didn’t feel like we were away from home. Definitely we’ll try to book again next time when we are visiting the area. Thank you Gabriela

We loved the place. As for the amenities, we were pleasantly surprised at how the apartment is furnished. As such, the area is very nice, it offers a lot of leisure activities and plenty of privacy. Kojákovice is just the place to recharge your batteries for a long time.

Super nice Airbnb. Furnished with a lot of love for detail. Communication with Richard was great, he responded within 5 minutes every time. Since we were there during the holiday season, the Airbnb was even decorated with Christmas decorations. Highly recommend!!!

The accommodation met our expectations. Spacious with a good roof terrace, almost all day with sun when it shines. Had an almost complete kitchen with a two-week stay. What we missed was an oven, the combination microwave was too small for 5 people. Kitchenware enough. Glad the bathroom has a shower and bathtub separately. In the master bedroom there is enough space for a cot that was also available. Not to mention a high chair. A nice arrival with a bottle of wine and nicely made beds. Outside a large lot where you can play in playground or football. The walkways were renovated at the time, not bothered by this.

We were there with a group of 10. The old building is simply wonderful and we enjoyed every day and especially the view. There are many different rooms, so there is plenty of space.

Thank you very much for the whole family to Stanislava for a beautiful place to stay. Since we spent Christmas here, we asked to buy a tree, and the host accommodated us and arranged Christmas decoration throughout the entire accommodation. I would also appreciate the offer of renting a beep with beer and that we were notified of the common room, where everything works for 10 crowns, so we were able to equip ourselves and we recommend the same to all other guests😁 Last but not least, most of our time there was a ginger kitty present from the neighbors, which we named Nitka(I don't know her real name), anyway it was the biggest pet❤️ Thank you for the opportunity to spend time here for quick and accommodating communication and we can only recommend a stay with Stanislava in beautiful South Bohemia ⭐️

Beautiful house with plenty of space in nature. No direct neighbors and with large property right by the forest.

A great family vacation. The house is great. In the kitchen is everything that is needed. The beds freshly made, everything clean. The electrical appliances all work perfectly.

As we arrived in Prague on our way back to Korea, we already started missing Hodcov’s house. The blue sky, green trees and fields outside the window, and Elisha always running into our arms... The month we spent at Jenik’s house was filled with pure happiness. Evenings sitting in the garden, talking over delicious drinks while looking at the stars, the warmth and charm of the wood stove, the heat and refreshment of the sauna, and the peaceful trips to the forest cottage… All of this was possible because of Jenik’s kind hospitality. We will always remember the beautiful days we spent at Jenik’s house in Jistebnice. And someday, we hope to visit his beautiful home again.

An incredibly great accommodation! Everything was just right from A to Z. Super easy check-in, the equipment is super modern, the hot tub and sauna are perfect for a relaxing evening. The area is super quiet and you have a great view. So there is really absolutely nothing to complain about - an absolute recommendation!

The place was beautiful. Everything was fine, but the sauna was missing extra sheets and towels, but the sauna was in place for a few days. After contacting the caretaker, spare towels were brought in. Otherwise, I highly recommend it. In addition to a great place to stay, the property was spacious and provided plenty of privacy.

It was just a wonderful week in a beautiful house. We've all felt right at home Our highlight was the sauna and the jacuzzi. It was like a wellness vacation. 👌🤗 The surroundings were also very nice. Lots of nature and beautiful hiking trails and many big cities can be reached in an hour by car. František was very nice, answered some questions very quickly, the check-in with key box was completely uncomplicated. Thank you František for your mega house🥹🥹we will be back.
