Holiday rentals with a pool in South Asia

It was a very scenic and cute place. Very cozy getaway from the rush of Mumbai. The caretaker made it feel homely. The food served was yummy!! Loved the peace which this place had offered. Recommending to all to visit this place.. the early morning view was just wonderful! The pool was so clean and relaxing 😌

Prashant is an amazing host, nice accommodation with all you need, beautiful garden and pool, we got help with renting a scooter, some medication, ordering a taxi. If you are looking for a relaxing place away from hustle , it's here.

Beautiful place, we completely enjoyed the stay. Caretaker Raj is a super guy. He cooks and cleans and is always smiling! Loved the vibes, and the place.

A beautifully designed house, directly on the sands of a lovely quiet beach. Perfect for swimming, surfing or snorkeling! Views of the ocean can be seen from every room in the house. Our highlights were afternoon drinks in the pool, and champagne in the hot tub of an evening. The house is immaculate, and the staff are so attentive. The chef is fantastic, best meals we’ve had in Sri Lanka! The house is walking distance to great restaurants, cafes and the very popular ‘Doctors House’. Wish we could have stayed longer.

The house and grounds are beautiful. A short walk to the beach. Friendly and attentive staff. The perfect getaway spot for a couple.

The place is in a truly lovely place, nestled amidst lush greenery. The location was incredibly calm and quiet, offering a perfect escape. The house itself was beautiful, even more so than the pictures suggested. Ben was a great host, making sure our stay was absolutely unhindered. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and picturesque getaway.

Good place nearby Pune and Mumbai for a family staycation. Property is well maintained and fun to stay at. Caretakers are helpful. Please do not rely on Swiggy/Zomato deliveries for this location though. The number of delivery associates are less in this area and food always gets delayed. Plan for eating out or pickup food from nearby places. Lot of options in 2-3 km radius.

Kusai's place was so homely and well-kept. Beautiful home with all essentials. Easy to find! We had a great stay! Would highly recommend.

The careful selection of Sofa-cum-bed is what caters for a family of 04. Otherwise giest has to book for 02 bedrooms. This has helped to choose this location. The society is extreamly peaceful and the pool is very clean. it's good that care takers have kept the pool filtration on as per their laid down SOP and not based on guest using it. Great place

I had a great stay! Shekharji - The host was very cooperative and friendly, making the whole experience smooth and comfortable. The caretakers (Sanjay and Ram) were also attentive and helpful throughout. Would definitely recommend this place to others!

Awesome host with proactive guidance on directions, local restaurants, transportation. Messages were really helpful. The property is located in a remote place in Mumbai. Old construction but the house was well maintained.

We had the most wonderful stay here! The place was exactly as shown in the pictures, actually, even better in real life. It looked like something right out of a Pinterest board—thoughtfully done up, full of charm and aesthetics, and every corner felt like it was designed with love. It was spotlessly clean and so well maintained. Truly a premium property in every sense. Salil was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout. I had mentioned that we were celebrating my baby’s first birthday, and to our surprise, he even sent over some sweets to make it extra special. It meant a lot! This place turned out to be everything I was hoping for and more. Honestly, we were so taken by the vibe that we didn’t feel like stepping out to explore much—just being indoors felt like a vacation in itself. Just know that this place is not close to any of the beaches or touristy spots—so plan accordingly. But if you’re looking to slow down and soak in a peaceful, beautiful space, this one’s a gem.

Chikoo is an amazing property, it's very well maintained and is exactly as shown in the photos. The property is also very close to the beach which makes the stay even better. Merlin is an amazing host, She and Austin are very responsive and did help us with all our requests Thankyou for hosting us, We really enjoyed our stay. We loved Tai’s place. The house is beautiful, and both Tai and all of the staff were extremely accommodating. We had beautiful meals and loved the pool and garden in particular.

Excellent stay in the Pepper Jungle House. It was better than we had imagined. Very serene and peaceful. Sunethra and Chaturanga were amazing and cooked some delicious meals during our time there. Antoinette also was extremely accommodating to our requests and we are very grateful. We would definitely return!

We had an amazing stay at Indie’s house! The host and the staff in the house makes you feel right at home. The breakfast in the morning is homemade and delicious. The house, garden and pool were cleaned daily. The host offered lots of info on activities, restaurants and arranged our transportation. The house is spacious, well decorated and has everything you could need. Right on the beach, you can hear the waves from your bedroom. Will definitely stay there again :)

This place was incredible. We loved our stay! The property itself was gorgeous and we had the best time relaxing by the pool. Jagath and Upul made the stay by cooking us delicious food and helping us with anything we needed. We will be planning another stay in the future!!
