10/10 amazing host David and team were wonderful, we are coming back here if we ever visit Pondicherry again. Both villas were great. these two are the best properties we found in our < 1 week stay, Appreciate the professional team here this goes a long way makes us feel comfortable and safe and welcomed. besides which the air conditioning was perfect in both the villas. This place is hot, really *really* hot. bathrooms were clean. the villas as a whole as well, usb c power outlets on the first property, on call support, amazing balcony on the first villa, second villa has a pool, These both are beachfront properties. Beach is okay. Not too far from the city center. Instamart servicing was available.

We reached Goa early morning and we also contacted our hosts since the checkin was at 2pm and glad that they were very responsive and helpful!! And they also asked us to check in by 1 hour prior since we reached early, once we reached the stay me and my friends felt like a home!! The whole property is aesthetically designed with all the modern amenities which has pool and also a private garden. The villa is located in a peaceful location which was a plus point to a people like me to be away from the chaos! And whenever we needed something we used to reach out to our host and the response was highly quick and if any problem was arised, it was fixed in a short span!! Overall the stay was complete 10/10 recommendation to anyone looking for a peaceful stay, we all enjoyed it and it was quite difficult for us to leave this beautiful property at the end. And definitely would love to come back here again!!

To start with, this house is the perfect getaway for a relaxing yet energizing stay in South Goa. It's located in a prime spot, with beautiful beaches just a short ride away, Palolem is only 4 km (around 11 minutes), Patnem just 1.8 km (about 6 minutes), Agonda Beach 11 km (roughly 22 minutes), and Cabo de Rama is about 25 km away. Shefali has thoughtfully put together a detailed pdf with everything you need to know about the places to visit, eat, and fun activities to try. It made exploring the area so easy and enjoyable. Katja the manager was the heart of the place. She was incredibly warm and kind, always there to help whenever I needed anything. The house itself is beautifully built and decorated, it truly felt like a home away from home. The vibe of the place is something special, I’m still missing it! And Nafisa, another gem in the property made delicious breakfasts every morning, and her lovely smile made my day. Kind people, a fantastic location, and a stunning property!!

Staying at Mr. Paulson’s Airbnb was an absolute delight! From the moment I arrived, he was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and kind. He made sure I had everything I needed and went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable throughout my stay. The place itself was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I could possibly need. It felt like a true home away from home. The surroundings were peaceful and relaxing, and it was the perfect spot to unwind after a long day. What really stood out was Mr. Paulson’s hospitality—he was always available if I had any questions, offered great local tips, and genuinely cared that I was enjoying my time. He’s not just a great host, but also a genuinely lovely person. I would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone looking for a comfortable and friendly place. Terrene Villa was everything and more. Jalal responded quickly to any queries before arrival and during the booking process. We stayed for two weeks as a family of 4, plus daughter's boyfriend. The villa is stunning and just as described. Sri Lanka is the gift that keeps on giving and Terrene Villa is the perfect place to enjoy it all. Suda and Judi (apologies if I have spelt their names wrong) were a delight and looked after us very well. Their breakfasts were enjoyable and the fresh juices were delicious. The gardens were kept beautifully and what a joy to see monkeys in the trees and on the roof! Viraj sorted all our travel and day trips out and was always quick to reply and make suggestions. We were so sad to leave the villa, it really is an oasis of calm.

The place feels like heaven! The breathtaking views of the Kattery waterfall and the valley are the total showstoppers. The place is beautiful inside out. It feels like home. It was clean and well maintained with all the amenities. The care takers Mr. Suresh and his wife are very warm and welcoming. They were all ears to our demands and needs. They freshly prepared delicious homely food in front of our eyes, specially for us. Would definitely recommend this to all.

We stayed at Thushi s place for four night. The place was in a great location. Thushi was very helpful quick to respond. The apartment is specious and clean. We had a relaxing quiet time at Thushi s place.

Easily one of the best AirBnBs I’ve stayed at! So much so that I am rebooking as I swing back through Katmandu on my way to trek. Worth spending a tad more I had the top floor to myself, balcony, extra study nook, and a cute interior. The added architectural details made for the perfect introduction to Nepal and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful!!! Thank you so much!

Amazing place with an amazing view... easily the best view in Delhi NCR

A place you never want to leave... In the middle of a forest, surrounded by a variety of animals, lies this little paradise. Beach, shops and restaurants are in walking distance and also really good. We were happy to eat local dishes in Cool Place and right next to it also discovered the bakery, who sells his bread from the bakery (absolute secret tip). Amila is always easily accessible and helps where he can. I was surfing with him and he organized for us a day trip to the rainforest, which he even accompanied us to. The driver was a piece of gold and stopped for us countless times so we could take photos. Amila has become a good friend and we miss him and the Banana Leaf House already.

Prakshit was really proactive and helpful with everything, literally everything, from getting our luggage from cab to arranging anything we needed. He provided with great recommendations. 11/10 for hospitality and responsiveness. Would love to stay again.

The careful selection of Sofa-cum-bed is what caters for a family of 04. Otherwise giest has to book for 02 bedrooms. This has helped to choose this location. The society is extreamly peaceful and the pool is very clean. it's good that care takers have kept the pool filtration on as per their laid down SOP and not based on guest using it. Great place

Had a great stay! The apartment was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully done with little touches like snacks, chilled water, and even an umbrella that made us feel instantly welcome. It’s in a great location too, super close to most of the places we wanted to visit, including cafes, shops, and key sights around Pondicherry. Dipen was a fantastic host! very responsive and helpful. His list of recommendations for cafés and things to do really came in handy. We had a last minute change in plans, and he generously offered another property without any prior notice, which we’re extremely grateful for. He was also kind enough to accommodate a late checkout, which made our departure so much smoother. A big thanks to Jacqueline Akka as well. She was incredibly sweet and showed us around the place, making sure we were comfortable and knew how everything worked. Overall, a lovely and relaxed experience. Would 100% recommend this stay to anyone visiting Pondicherry!

Perfect stay … for homely vibes With perfect surrounding and worth it

We had the most wonderful stay here! The place was exactly as shown in the pictures, actually, even better in real life. It looked like something right out of a Pinterest board—thoughtfully done up, full of charm and aesthetics, and every corner felt like it was designed with love. It was spotlessly clean and so well maintained. Truly a premium property in every sense. Salil was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout. I had mentioned that we were celebrating my baby’s first birthday, and to our surprise, he even sent over some sweets to make it extra special. It meant a lot! This place turned out to be everything I was hoping for and more. Honestly, we were so taken by the vibe that we didn’t feel like stepping out to explore much—just being indoors felt like a vacation in itself. Just know that this place is not close to any of the beaches or touristy spots—so plan accordingly. But if you’re looking to slow down and soak in a peaceful, beautiful space, this one’s a gem.

Chikoo is an amazing property, it's very well maintained and is exactly as shown in the photos. The property is also very close to the beach which makes the stay even better. Merlin is an amazing host, She and Austin are very responsive and did help us with all our requests Thankyou for hosting us, We really enjoyed our stay.
