En Vilasam - a place which made us feel right at home from the moment we stepped in. Ashish and the team were very helpful and friendly in organising the stay. The staff at the villa were very sweet to accommodate our requests. My furry baby was a awesome time running in the garden , beach and watching the fishes in the koi pond. Definitely recommend for people who are looking for an offbeat location and stay.

Siddesh, his team and Clemente are amazing people! Everything I read about the property is 100% true. The food is amazing. The stay is at an untouched location. They were generous to set up a candle night dinner at the beach. We are extremely happy and would recommend it to everyone!

Highly recommend this stay! Our group stayed here for a wedding, and the location was perfect—less than a five-minute drive to the venue. While the entrance is unmarked and can be initially confusing to find, Google Maps guides you accurately. The space matched the photos—clean, with a beautiful pool (perfect for late night swims), property, house, and private beach. The kitchen, living areas, and bedrooms were spotless. The food was outstanding. Breakfast is included, while lunch, dinner, and snacks are affordable à la carte options. Chef Sendhil and his team were incredibly responsive to last-minute requests, from midday samosas to coffee/chai refills. The quality rivaled my mom’s homemade South Indian cooking and truly elevated our experience. The service was exceptional. Whether we needed bug spray or a new WiFi dongle for faster internet, Rekha and Teja responded quickly and efficiently, exceeding our expectations. The staff cleaned our rooms quickly but thoroughly.

The photos on Airbnb don’t do justice to how stunning this villa truly is. The entire space is beautifully designed, with multiple sections—starting from the parking area, leading up to the villa itself, then the pool, and finally direct access to the beach. Each section feels private and well thought out, offering both seclusion and easy beach access. We had an absolutely fantastic stay—completely worth it and highly recommended!

Croco House is a relaxing retreat. You can easily walk to the main area (recommend renting a scooty via Mita) or just spend the day at the house with hammocks, ocean, and good vibes. Nicola was a very responsive host and he genuinely cares about his guests. Having Mita on the premises was a blessing; he is very reserved, helped organize local logistics, and made great breakfasts. The place would be perfect for a small group of friends.

Wunderschön renovierte Villa direkt an einem einsamen Strand gelegen. Nach hinten raus somit mehr als großartig .Wenn man bis zu Nase in den Pool eintaucht ,verschmilzt dieser mit dem dahinter gelegenen Meer 🤍.Sie liegt aber direkt an einer Straße und wenn man im Garten ist ,hört man dieses auch.(Hat uns aber nicht sonderlich gestört.Bei uns hatte aber ein Geschäft auf der anderen Seite eröffnet und der beschallte uns einen Tag mit vielleicht etwas lauter Musik 🙈) Wir nutzten die Villa am Ende unserer Reise um etwas zu entspannen. Daher ideal für uns gelegen und somit nicht schlimm,dass die Gegend touristisch nicht ganz so erschlossen ist. Morgens wir ein inkludiertes Villa Frühstück angeboten und wir hatten Barbecue und Curry bestellen können. Die Jungs waren immer extrem freundlich und quasi auf „Knopfdruck“für uns da.Sie sprachen zwar kaum Englisch ,dafür war der Manager der Villa ,Sampath,immer per Handy erreichbar und extrem hilfsbereit. Wir können die Villa sehr empfehlen .

The property is well maintained and everybody was responsive, helpful and proactive. We loved the place and enjoyed every moment. Our kids were literally in the pool for 3-4 hrs everyday. We would recommend this place anyday. We had a wonderful holiday.

our stay was absolutely wonderful . the view is simply out of the world . all amenities are available . the host is super helpful and was always available solved any issue within minutes . everything from lights to paintings to artifacts is very well thot of . the kitchen has nice clean n pretty Crockery. Every minute detail has been given a thot like a shower outside , a hammock .the staff is also very friendly and welcoming .it was an amazingnuoliday with my family and would love to visit again .its a perfect place to relax with family or friends

Le logement était parfait, à 3 min de la plage à pied. Il était très propre et se situe dans un endroit calme. La plage est très peu fréquentée. Les gardiens de la maison nous ont préparé un très bon petit déjeuner. Ils se montrent très discret et professionnel. Nous recommandons ce logement.

We came in a group of 4 friends. Never seen such spacious villa. Comes with 3 bedrooms (two located on top and one at the ground floor). Spiral Staircase might be difficult for elderly. First thing that I must praise is the housekeeper, his name is Lakshan and he’s the most attentive boy ever. He’s always ready to assist. He helps to cook and reheat too. Theres ample of place for us to chill. From the living hall to the kitchen to the outdoor seats we basically fully utilized the space. The only downside is that it’s a little far from the Main Street coz the small lane seems quiet at night but it’s convenient to order food via apps so we never had to walk out. By the way; we arent pet lovers but the two doggies are sooooooooo well behaved.

Our stay at Wigis villa was wonderful. The villa itself is located in a perfect spot allowing you immediate access to the beach as well as the Main Street with all its cafes, shops and restaurants, on the other side. The villa is a haven of tranquility, in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the town. Inside, the house is fully equipped and very well kept. The garden was beautiful and our children had many hours of fun in the lovely pool. Lastly what really made it great was the excellent team on hand. The team prepared beautiful breakfasts each day, together with lunch and dinners on request. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We hope to be back!

We had a wonderful stay, all thanks to the amazing hospitality provided by our host, Parul. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, starting with a smooth late-night check-in that she personally assisted with—something we truly appreciated after a long journey. Parul was always available for anything we needed, replying promptly and helping us out at every step. Her dedication to making sure we were comfortable really stood out. We also want to give a special mention to Mallika, the caretaker, who was incredibly hardworking, polite, and always had a kind smile on her face. Her efforts made our stay even more pleasant. To top it all off, Parul sent her son to meet and greet us towards the end of our stay, which was such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend staying here for a warm, welcoming, and well-cared-for experience!

What a beautiful place. Light, airy with wonderful sea views. Nissanka and Damnika were stars. Always helpful and available. Great cooking. Easy walking everywhere. Will be back. Only slight downside was that the wifi was erratic which wasn’t great for working.

This was my second stay at Camper By the Bay, and it was just as wonderful as the first! This property is truly second to none—the staff are incredibly kind and welcoming, the food is absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere is perfect for relaxation. My family had such a great time, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a classy yet comfortable getaway. It's a fantastic spot for families, kids, and even small parties. The views from the balconies are so peaceful, making it the perfect place to unwind. I can’t wait for my next trip back to Camper By the Bay!

Lovely stay. Location is outstanding, straight onto the beach. Sashi - the house keeper - is as kind as it gets and cooks amazing dishes. We celebrated our daughter's birthday and she came with a gift, not only for the birthday girl but also her sister... So kind.

Perfekte Unterkunft mit einem super Team vor Ort, in allen Belangen fünf Sterne. Alle Ausflüge vor Ort haben wir mit dem Manager Mahinda geplant, auch hier hat alles perfekt geklappt. Herzlichen Dank für diesen schönen Urlaub!

Wir verbrachten 2 Nächte zu in einer derTrigon Huts und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Es ist ein wahrer Juwel, die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet man kann seine Seele einfach baumeln lassen, entweder in der Sonne direkt am Strand oder auf einer der vielen schönen und schattigen Sitz- bzw. Liegemöglichkeiten im Schatten. Wärmstens zu empfehlen, wenn man nach Ruhe und Entspannung sucht.

Wir waren eine Woche zum Surfen in Arugam Bay und hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in der Villa. Gute Grundaustattung auch wenn man diese in der Küche etwas verbessern könnte (Mehr Teller, neuer Spülschwamm, mehr Geschirr). Schönes Feeling mit Terasse in Strandrichtung. Paradiesische Lage vllt etwas abgelegen. Ca. 30 min zu Fuß zur Innensstadt/20 min bis zum Main Point über den Strand. Man braucht eigentlich täglich ein Tuk Tuk um herumzukommen. Man muss wissen, dass ein paar Hunde auf dem Grundstück sind. Das ist aber für Sri Lanka normal. Die Hunde waren bei uns sehr zahm und anständig. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Der Gastgeber war gut erreichbar und hat all unsere Wünsche erfüllt. Wir würden aufjedenfall wieder kommen und diese Unterkunft weiter empfehlen!

We loved our stay at Ricky Lee’s home ✨ I booked it for my birthday, and am so happy I did ~ the space was beautiful, inside and out! Madu was also so friendly and helpful with our check-in :) We look forward to staying again soon!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Cocomari-Villa. Die Villa ist wunderschön eingerichtet, sehr sauber und liegt perfekt an einem wenig besuchten Strandteil. Somit hat man den Strand quasi komplett für sich und hat einen direkten Zugang vom Grundstück aus. Ithquan war sehr hilfsbereit, jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns einen flexiblen Check-Out ermöglicht. Das einzige was man wissen muss ist, dass es nur in zwei der drei Schlafzimmer eine Klimaanlage gibt. Ansonsten können wir die Villa wärmstens weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder. 😊

Words cannot describe how perfect our stay was. Sharmini was a fantastic host, even before we got there. She was quick to answer my many questions about the villa, the local area and sharing details of companies that could collect our large party of 12 from the airport. Even calling them on my behalf when they didn't respond to my messages. The photos of the villa don't do it justice. The rooms are all a fantastic size, beds and pillows comfy and the bathrooms are wonderful. The location on the beach was just perfect. We were 3 families with 6 children between 2 and 8 and we all spent our time running from beach to pool l. Idilic. But the standout feature of the villa is the fabulous and dedicated staff. Dilu, Milan and Bandu. Dilu could not do enough for us and was on hand, yet discreet. Milan! Well his cooking is easily the best I've had in Sri Lanka. He cooked breakfast, lunch and dinner for all of us every night catering for us all! Our villa stay was perfect in every way!
