Je tiens à remercier chaleureusement Mr Abdelkader pour ce merveilleux séjour. L’appartement était impeccable, confortable et parfaitement conforme à la description. J’ai particulièrement apprécié l’accueil attentionné, la disponibilité et la gentillesse de mon hôte tout au long du séjour : il est toujours au RDV . C’était un vrai plaisir d’y séjourner, et je n’hésiterai pas à revenir lors de mon prochain passage. Merci encore pour tout cher Abdelkader !

This apartment was fantastic! It was impeccably clean and provided a wonderfully quiet atmosphere, making for a very peaceful stay. The furniture was in great condition and well-appointed. I also felt very secure during my time there. Being located on the 2nd floor was manageable, even without an elevator. Overall, I had a great experience and would absolutely not hesitate to rent this apartment again in the future. Highly recommended!

Je me joins aux autres commentaires pour témoigner de notre séjour : Nous avons séjourné deux semaines. Le rapport qualité/prix est imbattable. L'immeuble / jardin / piscine sont neufs et très bien entretenu. Les photos de présentation de la location correspondent parfaitement à ce que vous constaterez en arrivant sur place. Il n'y a aucune mauvaise surprise. La localisation est idéale entre la plage à 10 min à pied et la route principale au bout de la rue donne un accès direct et une facilité de déplacement entre Sousse / Hergla. Il y à un bon petit café/restaurant ainsi qu'une petite supérette à proximité si besoin (10-15 min à pied). Pour les "grosses courses", la voiture est à privilégier (Mall de Sousse). Naila et Fethi sont des hôtes très chaleureux et accueillants, bourrés de petites attentions qui pour moi font la différence par rapport à d'autres offres du meme type. Toujours à disposition, toujours avec le sourire, ils vous feront un plaisir de vous donner les bons plans pour découvrir la région et de vous conseiller quel que soit le sujet en cas de besoin. Les qualités humaines se dégradants de manière générale nos jours, je tenais vraiment à souligner ce point car nous avons fait une très belle rencontre. Ce sont vraiment de belles personnes. Si vous cherchez un endroit au calme, propre avec de l'intimité et bienveillant, loin des hôtels all inclusives bruyants avec un risque accru de vous décevoir, en fait ne cherchez pas plus loin. I join the other comments to attest to our stay: We stayed two weeks. The quality/price ratio is unbeatable. The building/ garden/ pool are new and very well maintained. The photos of presentation of the rental perfectly match what you will find when you arrive on site. There are no bad surprises. The location is ideal between the beach a 10 min walk and the main road at the end of the street gives direct access and ease of travel between Sousse/ Hergla. There is a good small café/restaurant and a small supermarket nearby (10-15 min walk). For the "big shop", the car is preferred (Mall of Sousse). Naila and Fethi are very warm and welcoming hosts, full of small attentions that make the difference for me compared to other offers of the same type. Always at your disposal, always with a smile, they will be happy to give you the good plans to discover the region and to advise you whatever the subject in case of need. Human qualities are generally degrading nowadays, I really wanted to emphasize this point because we had a very nice meeting. They are really beautiful people. If you are looking for a quiet, clean place with privacy and caring, away from noisy all inclusive hotels with an increased risk of disappointing yourself, in fact look no further.

Herr Bachar ist ein sehr freundlicher, angenehmer und sympathischer Mann. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und die Lage optimal. Ich empfehle die Wohnung gerne weiter.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement ! La communication avec l'hôte a été claire et rapide, ce qui a grandement facilité notre arrivée. Il s'est montré très respectueux et chaleureux, prenant le temps de bien nous expliquer tout ce qu'il fallait savoir. L'appartement est lumineux, parfaitement équipé et d'une propreté irréprochable. Avec deux lits personnels et un lit double, il est idéal pour un groupe de 4 personnes. Je recommande vivement cet hébergement :))

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. La villa est très spacieuse et agréable à de pas de la plage … Villa entièrement meublée avec soins, piscine entretenu tous les jours il ne manque rien pour passé un agréable séjour. Merci à Ramzi pour ça gentillesse et toujours disponible je recommande

Logement loin du tumulte de la ville, il est bien équipé. Nous étions de passage pour une nuit, la présence de la piscine en été doit être très agréable.

Magnifique logement! Il est bien situé près de la meilleur plage de Sousse, il est grand sur 3 étages et les voisins sont chaleureux. Je recommande fortement👌🏼 L'hôte est aussi chaleureux et flexible. Merci je reviendrais

Superbe séjour dans une magnifique villa ! La maison est spacieuse, très propre et offre un cadre exceptionnel avec son grand jardin rempli d'arbres fruitiers et sa grande piscine. Quel plaisir d’avoir un poulailler sur place et de pouvoir savourer des œufs frais chaque matin ! Un grand merci à notre hôte Chaker, qui nous a accueillis chaleureusement et a été très réactif tout au long de notre séjour. Ses recommandations pour les activités et les restaurants locaux ont été précieuses et ont vraiment enrichi notre expérience. Merci encore pour tout, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! Moèze

Super séjour dans un logement parfaitement situé dans la zone touristique de Kantaoui. Tout est à proximité : restaurants, commerces, cafés, plages… L’appartement est propre, bien équipé et très confortable. Les hôtes, Mme Nadia et son mari, sont accueillants, disponibles et très arrangeants. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Lovely villa right next to the beach with beautiful views of the sea. The rooftop is a stand out, and the barbecue in the back garden was amazing for cooking all the fresh seafood you can find in the local fishmongers. Do bear in mind that during Ramadan, Hergla restaurants aren’t really open even for dinner, so come ready to cook (supermarkets, greengrocers, butchers etc open as normal). Maher is a great host and very responsive.

We had a wonderful 2 week stay in Port El Kantoui. Nizar’s apartment was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. In a perfect location, with beautiful views from the balcony. The beach was literally behind the apartment and there are many shops and restaurants on the Marina. We felt really safe staying there, as there are lots of security and police monitoring the area. Nizar was a great host and very responsive. Such a great find and very reasonably priced. We will definitely be looking at staying there again!

My friend and I enjoyed every minute spent in khalil’s house ! It was safe, clean and cozy. Khalil is very helpful and responsive. And his mother is incredibly friendly and nice. I would highly recommend khallol’s house if anyone wants to visit soussa!

I had a great stay and made many great memories here! I rented the place for 2 months. The location is good, very walkable and accessible to taxi service as well! Everything I needed was close by. I did some other travels from here and felt very secure in leaving belongings behind. The building is very secure! Any issues I had were dealt with promptly and Habib was quick to respond and very polite and kind! I would definitely return to this nice, beach side location! I did alot of cooking here and found that the kitchen was well stocked with all the basics! Overall, a fantastic experience!😁 Thanks Habib

Marwan is a great host, he will do his best to help you if you need anything during your stay. The place is very pleasant, especially for those who want to enjoy the beauty of the sea, admire the sunrise and walk on the white sand of long beaches.
