Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Souda

A brilliant stay in a beautiful apartment. The views were outstanding out over the ocean. Apartment immaculate and had everything we could possibly need. Perfect location for visiting Chania, Lake Kournas etc..Two observations for future visitors - highly recommend having a car whilst staying, we did and wouldn’t have wanted to be there without (it’s on a very steep hill!). Also, we visited in April. The pool is not heated and was too cold us to swim which was a shame and not something I clocked when booking. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The hospitality was outstanding we truly felt welcomed from the very beginning. A special thank you for the delicious meals we were offered, such a kind and generous gesture that made our experience even more memorable. The Airbnb is in a top location, close to everything we needed, and the apartment itself was spotless, cozy, and very comfortable. We felt completely at home and would love to come back. Highly recommended!

Achilleas's place was great and a relaxing space for our holiday. It's in a more residential area so it's quieter, which was what we were after. Still walkable to the main Old Town, we did the walk 2x a day and it's an easy route. Michael who was our main contact whilst there was very responsive, friendly, and helpful, providing recommendations, answering questions and delivering us more towels when we asked! Overall we had a lovely stay and would definitely book again :)

We had a wonderful stay. Gina and her family made us feel at home right from the beginning. Gina is an excellent cook and we had almost every meal at her taverna. Paradise!

What a comfortable stay we had at Judy and Mike’s beautiful Apartment Francesca! Suited our needs very well indeed. Fabulous location & views. Loved the private patio and relaxing by the pool. Judy and Mike are indeed ‘Super Hosts’, nothing was too much trouble. Recommended some fabulous taverna’s. It was a pleasure meeting them and their lovely dogs! Why we loved the location: Plenty of walks from the doorstep. Vamos only a short distance with excellent taverna’s and a great coffee shop next to the tourist office in Vamos Old Town. A short drive to Kalives which has a beautiful beach and seafood taverna’s on the beach front. Look forward to our return and would love to stay longer next time! We could not have picked a better spot! This has been one of the best places that we have ever stayed. The best host you could ask for. They left us great homemade cake, water, juice, milk. I would highly recommend this place. It’s very convenient, so many things right out your doorstep. Very responsive host, we could not have asked for anything else. Atypical place, very quiet and relaxing. Pool to share, very pleasant when returning from the beach or hiking.

This space was all we could have asked for and more. Stella was always communicating with us regarding flights and check-in. She met us at the home and gave us a tour + answered any questions. We ell enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and on the grill as the weather was perfect. The house was thoughtfully designed and comfortable. We appreciated having a parking space for longer journeys through Crete. Most of the time we walked into Chania town and to the nearby butcher and bakery. We would definitely recommend staying here and we'll be back. Thanks!

the most special airbnb i have ever stayed in. the place is exactly as you see in the pictures, a two story loft with a nice terrace, beautifully decorated. the location is also great, with a small beach right in front, lots of good restaurants ( a couple of great ones) but without the neighborhood being to loud or crowded. its also walking distance to the loud old town.

Really can’t recommend this place enough! I was working California hours during my stay here and found it perfect. The WiFi was great - had no issues with zoom calls. The space is private, it’s very walkable and close enough to all the tourist areas while being in a slightly more peaceful and authentic feeling neighborhood. The hosts are so responsive, so flexible, and so helpful. The local store owners were also all so lovely. Lastly the parking made having a car rental and accessing the region so easy. I often got my car out in the morning and drove to the beach and was able to quickly drop my car to get back to the apartment to make a work meeting.

we stayed in mid may 2025 for 9 nights the apartment is modern even usb charging sockets built in air con excellent Jacuzzi comfortable for 4 adults kitchen easy for cooking main balcony around 25feet by 12 feet with 2 sets of comfortable seating two lovely bathrooms even a dishwasher. Restaurants are 10 min walk as well as coffee shops etc. There are 3 large supermarkets 5mins drive and Chania is 15 mins drive by car and around 3 - 4 balconies NETFLIX and GOOD WIFI oh and did I mention the VIEW you WILL NOT BE WATCHING THE TV sunsets and vino . You will be living amongst local families and parking is outside. On our travels we like to have a modern apartment with large balconies and amenities near this apartment DELIVERED many thanks for the host for having us and best wishes to you all Declan and Mari

We had a fantastic stay in Michalis's lovely corner suite. It was cozy, unique, and had everything we needed, plus nice extras like a washer, a second bathroom and street parking (just do an extra lap around the block). The location was ideal, with traditional windows opening to a garden and ruins, and it was a short walk to everything while being away from the Old City crowds. Michalis was an amazing host—very responsive, provided great local tips, and even took time to offer us coffee and chat. He’s definitely one of the best hosts I've ever met. I highly recommend this place and a stay with Michalis!!

Had a lovely stay at Elina's beautiful home. Town is just walking distance away, and there are plenty of restaurants around the area - close to the bus station too! Apartment is spacious, and has all the amenities you might need; Elina was a great host, and gave many helpful recommendations of what to do and see around the area. Would definitely stay again - thank you!

It was an absolute pleasure to stay at Mary and Christos’ place. Out of all of the Airbnb’s we have stayed at, this was the most carefully thought out, with every room in the house being well equipped for your needs. It’s new, immaculately clean, and is centrally located, with an amazing view. As hosts, Mary and Christos had many great local recommendations and were very responsive and proactive with communication. Thank you Mary and Christos, you both exude and exemplify the essence of Greek hospitality.

We had a great time at Fotis and Amalia’s place. Definitely one of the cleanest places we’ve stayed! The location was perfect as we like to stay just outside of the hustle and bustle but close enough so we can dip in and out with ease. There’s plenty of bakeries, restaurants and supermarkets around. The views are just outstanding and we ended up getting food a few times to eat at home as we enjoyed to look at the sea from the house. It was also easy to cook, there’s plenty of utensils if you wish to prep a meal in. The bed was really comfortable, as I’m 7 months pregnant asked if we could have a couple of extra pillows and this was ready for our arrival. We were pleasantly surprised with the amount of groceries we had available at the house too! Fresh fruit (we loved making our own fresh orange juice in the morning!), bread, butter and many other snacks! Fotis was also great at recommending places to visit like beaches, restaurants and museums. We 100% recommend this place!

This Airbnb is just like the photos and worth the distance from Old Town (about 0.4 miles). The terrace wraps around the entire flat and has many seating options in sunshine and in shade. It’s surrounded by beautiful, well-cared for plants with a stunning view of the Sea of Crete and of Chania itself. You can take the stairs or there is an elevator. The hostess left some local treats for us as well as a lovely bouquet of flowers! Absolutely top notch! There is also air conditioning if the fresh air is too warm. The hostess was friendly and responsive. This was the best of 4 Airbnb’s we stayed in throughout Europe. The only thing to note is that the electricity is only on when the card is in the holder by the door. So, if you leave with the dryer or dishwasher running or charging devices, they will pause until you return.

The place is in the center of everything you would want to do. Would book again.
